Update 3/1/24: no attention to the order. Ordered garlic crust and no such thing happened. Dry as a bone when I ordered Garlic on the crust. So sad. I have them another chance, but they failed yet again. Im updating my review from the Covid times when the employees of this location did not wear any PPE in 2020. Since the pandemic, I had started coming here to pick up orders for my husband (I generally get something else). Its been ok, with quality being off and on ok. Today, however, I felt very uncomfortable picking up the order. I came in and was told it would be a few more minutes to get the online order ready-- no problem at all, I sat down on the bench. While waiting, the actions of one particular employee made me feel very uncomfortable. He may not have seen me waiting there since I was sitting down, or most likely just didnt care. It was an older male employee with a receding hairline. He proceeded to turn to a younger female employee and irritably complain about the cinnamon squares order I was picking up, since it had double butter, double icing (which we had actually paid extra for). He then said, and theres also a guy who orders cheese bread three times a week, and gets triple everything, sigh! The female employee laughed uncomfortably and what seemed like obligatory at his derogatory comments and was clearly put off, especially since I was sitting right there, waiting. I felt judged and ridiculed by his comments. Im really ashamed for Marcos to have employees who ridicule their customers this way. I guess we should not order the options that are available?? In any case, I felt embarrassed to be picking up the order, especially since he was standing right there. It was a humiliating experience that I dont wish on anyone else, to have the order that Im picking up be ridiculed like this. Im not sure if Im going to be able to pick up an order for my husband again at this Marcos, it was that uncomfortable.

I got the all meat pizza and it was absolutely stacked with toppings. The pizza was really good. I ordered online. When I went to the place to pick it up, I was ignored for 10 minutes. No one bothered with a hello or any other communication. Pizza was good. Service was lacking. There isnt really an atmosphere since you dont eat there.

NEVER pay in advance with this Marcos. If something goes wrong with your order, you will never see a refund. 12/26/2023 I ordered two pizzas and wings for pick-up. The order was online and prepaid by CC. When I arrived to pick up, I was informed they were out of wings so I asked for a refund for that amount. It would have been $13.77. The employees were unable to process a refund and told me only a manager could and there was not one present. They promised to let the manager know. I have been ordering from this store for about 10 years and never had an issue and thought I could give them a chance to earn my trust. 12/28/2023 Trust but verify so I called the store asked for a manager. I spoke a person who claimed to be the GM. He promised to process the refund and even offered an additional credit. 1/4/2024 One week later and no sign of the refund so I called the store and left a message for the GM. 1/6/2024 Called the store again because still no sign of the refund nor a call from the GM. 1/8/2024 Same as above. 1/9/2024 It was clear that the GM was not going to refund the wings and the GM had no intention of calling me back. It is amazing to me that the supposed GM would care so little about a long term customer and not refund an incomplete order. It is surprising that is part of the Marco s customer service experience. Reading some of the other reviews here, though, I can see my experience at this Marco s is typical. Again, never pay in advance and especially do not tip in advance.

The service, quality, and performance is great. Alot of positive energy in there from the staff. Vegetarian options: You can build your own pizza or pizza bowl and they have salads as well that are top quality. Parking: Over 75 spots Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. They only have one table to sit at and they call it the VIP table. Wheelchair accessibility: If handicapped then you can enter the building with ease and multiple managers here will help you if you need it. They treat their guests like family.

I ordered from Marcos Pizza all the time and I think they have amazing pizza and I love it. Today I tried a pizzoli and it was extremely greasy and I ordered buffalo chicken and it was full of bacon and now were on the menu did it say bacon so it was really hard for me to eat since I dont eat bacon! I think they need to be really clear if it automatically comes with bacon because I didnt see that anywhere and the greasiness was way too much!

I came here to get a calzone. However, the employee at the register was so rude and unfriendly that I walked back out again and took my business elsewhere. Its too bad, because I would have liked to haven given it a try & give an honest review of the food. I certainly hope that nobody else has to encounter this person. Sorry but I can tell a lackluster employee when I see one. Drove all the way to Plano for a calzone & better service instead.

We purchased a delivery for Saturday 12/09 in the evening. The delivery was 45 min late and the food was cold. I called a couple of times however the phone had a lot of static and kept cutting out so I drove up there. The manger on duty was very nice but he was not able to help me since only the General Manager is allowed to do refunds. I left a message for the GM to call me. HE has not. I called back yesterday and left another message and still no call. I called again tonight and the manager on duty was very nice but there is nothing he can do for me. At this point I am done. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. It is nice to know I do not matter as a customer. Dont waste your money. When you do not get a response they ask you to private message them. TOO Late; first off I do not want to message you when I have already taken the time and I also do not feel like wasting any more of my time

Ordered a pizza for delivery on 23 Sep. Paid by credit card. Guess they forgot to make the pizza. Called them and they said they would refund the undelivered pizza charge. Now 30 Sep and they must have forgotten to refund the charge like they forgot to make the pizza. This was our go-to place for pizza, whatever they have done they should undo it because this place is horrible now. Sad. Will not use them again.

I have given Marcos too many try s and finally can t any more. Last time we tried to use them our order was over an hour late and the pizza was cold. The manager apologized and asked we try them again. Well it s been a while and decided to try them again. I tracked my order and it said it was delivered and no one ever showed up or knocked on the door. I checked to see if it was left outside and there was nothing. I called and spoke to someone and he said they they don t know what happened but they will remake it and redeliver the order. After waiting another hour I called them back and the person answering the call knew nothing about it. My order never got remade and they tried to offer to remake it again. At this point I refused and said I wanted my money back. I was promise that they would refund me. I called again the next day to make sure that the refund had been taken care of. As of now it has been a week and still no refund. I will never order from Marco s again and god know if I will ever see my refund. Worst service ever.

When I called and spoke with an alleged manager they blamed the new delivery drivers. A manager that fails to take accountability is not a leader. Several slices of pizza didnt have cheese on them. About a third of the pizza. Edit: A year after my review, they have improved significantly. Minor complaints are sometimes they get the crust wrong and the pizza is really greasy. Overall, great deal and pretty fast delivery. Sometimes they wont even ring the doorbell, they just dump it at the front. Not sure why when thats a special box you have to tick.

So I was very excited to order Marco s for my family tonight, we live an hour away & this location is on my way home from work so I thought I d treat them. I used to work at a different Marco s location so I know Friday be busy so I made a deferred order at 10:30 THIS MORNING to be picked up at 7:05. I arrive at 7:10 & not only is my order not ready, it apparently won t be ready for another 40 MINUTES. I understand Friday night rushes & being short-staffed but there was not even the slightest attempt to rush my order OR EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY. One of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences I ve ever had!!! Pizza was delivered by a young girl who appeared to be mad and left without even a Thank You . Despite her unfriendliness, I tipped the girl $5, but worse than the girl s attitude, was the pizza!! I opened the box and it looked like the pizza had been thrown upside down and run over! Cheese, sauce, and toppings were everywhere BUT on the crust - slices on top of one another and mushed up all together! Called Marcos and asked to speak to the manager. No manager on duty, so I spoke to ALYSSA who WAS EVEN WORSE than the rude delivery girl! Alyssa kept interrupting me and actually YELLED at me while I was trying to explain what happened. Alyssa was EXTREMELY argumentative, rude, and condescending and is the antithesis of helpful. Alyssa obviously doesn t have the ability to grasp the simple concept of Customer Service and is the epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I demanded a credit, since Alyssa offered up nothing and finally received one after my long and grueling ordeal with her over the phone. I now believe Alyssa was the rude delivery girl. The delivery girl and Alyssa leaves Marco s Pizza on Main St. in Allen, TX in poor reflection and leaves me with a poor taste in my mouth. Good luck, Marco s Pizza - you ll need it if your company and teams are comprised of people like her!

There website for delivery was super difficult and will not let you put in a card number. It redirect you to a third party to verify your card then it doesn t save it when you go back to Marcos website. You have to go through DoorDash and then pay the extra dash price. Bottom line they made ordering pizza difficult not worth the time.

Edit to Update: Weve given them a few more chances and theyve redeemed themselves. Their Philly cheese steak pizza is really delicious, I actually crave it! The wings are still incredible. I strongly suggest ordering them well done and plain with sauce on the side if you enjoy crispy wings!! So, so good!! Previous Review: Decent pizza, wings were pretty good! 2 stars for the wings. Worst place EVER! I ordered (for delivery)an Italian sub with extra ham, lettuce and mayo, not heated but cut. What I got was a greasy heated sub with no lettuce, no mayo barely any ham and totally gross. I immediately called the restaurant as soon as I saw the sub. The store didnt answer but left me on hold for over 20 minutes. I called back and again they just put me on hold for another 10 minutes. I gave up trying to get through to the restaurant and decided to go online to do the feedback survey. I asked to be contacted by the manager but no one contacted me. Instead I get an email offering me free cheesy bread for free with my next order! Why would I ever order from there again? Horrible food, horrible customer service and 0 follow up. This was my 2nd time giving this restaurant a chance to get my food order right. I will never go to Marcos pizza again!

Last several times Ive ordered from this store Ive been very disappointed. They used to be great. Last week I got a pizza delivered and it was very bad, the sauce was missing, one of thr toppings I ordered was missing and about 50% of the pizza didnt even have cheese on it, just bubbled up dry bread. I drove it back up there and didnt even get an apology from the person at the counter who seemed frustrated that they had to remake it for me. The guy who brought it back out to me was friendly though. Its not just this experience though, I get it, sometimes stuff gets messed up but as bad as this pizza looked they should have cared more about their quality to not deliver it. Previous 4 or 5 deliveries I got were either burnt, feta cheese on one of their special pizzas was missing half the time, guess they kept running out of it, always seemed to be something that just showed a lack of quality and care. Many other poor reviews for this store make me realize it wasnt just me having bad luck. Its a shame because the pizza, when good, is amazing! Just too risky to keep getting bad ones to keep spending my money here.

This location really depends on who is making your pizza. One guy makes the best pizzas ever (youre the bomb, pizza genius). Another makes these super lame pretty stingy pizzas that are disapointing. on a separate note. Just dont bring your problems to them, because some of them are very very mean!

Maybe 3 to 4 times a month I dont feel like cooking and love the convince of delivery but as always we are always missing part of the order. I ordered 2 lrg pizzas and wings and the wings are missing and yes its a big deal because one of my kids dont like pizza. I called to complaint and they said they cant afford to bring me the wings and they just refund me. Ridiculous now I have to cook for the 1 child that doesnt like pizza. We order from Marcos all the time, and have never had any issues. This time we ordered two pizzas from here to be delivered. The email to track my order said the delivery driver was named John and that our pizza would be here at 8:25pm. I keep checking and nothing. 8:45pm rolls around and I check the status, and my email says the pizza has been delivered. Well the pizza was NOT delivered to my house. I call and let the guy know (Ashton), so he calls John to verify where he delivered. John says my address, but we have zero pizza. Ashton was very rude and accused us of trying to get free pizza. After arguing with us, and so rudely saying we arent going to just give you free pizza he said he could come up and speak to the GM. My boyfriend left to go up there and I get a call saying that he is sorry for arguing and will refund our card and give us the pizza for free, but is marking my account if this happens again they wont give my money back. I told them I dont want the pizza i want my money. Horrible service, and Im upset to say I no longer will dine here. My boyfriend is at the store now speaking with the GM, however with this bad taste in my mouth I dont believe they can make it right. If you order here for delivery pay with cash otherwise you might get accused of trying to steal pizza.

The worst place. Rude attitude. Have no sense of customer service. I had chance to visit this place twice. Found filthy every time, will cook without hand wash. A guy took order used keyboard mouse to complete order and next moment he was holding doe. Dont need to wash hands after touching this filthy keyboard and mouse ?. In my first visit I did dine in. I saw him mopping floor and then in kitchen holding doe but no hand wash. I closely observed this thing. Still want to throw up when that picture comes to my mind. What they would have done to orders received over phones :( will avoid this place. It was not possible to post comments without star so I gave 1. Otherwise they dont deserve star. We just ordered at 5:50 for a 7:05-7:10 delivery for our kids and sitter. An hour twenty is a bit long but that still gave us time to wait on the driver before my husband and I had to leave for an event. At 7:30 once I was officially late for my event I called the store to see when the food would arrive. They said it hadn t even left the building yet and would be another 25-30 minutes. CALL PEOPLE and set the expectation. Bad news is always best delivered quickly and in this case it wasn t delivered at all.
