I will just keep it simple. Poor communication between managers and staff. I should have recieved the side of tomato style dipping sauce with the pizza I ordered but did not. I had to ask for the manager since the staff member spoke poor English. The management must not be doing a good job of giving proper training. Keep in mind that some people, especially the ones who have trouble with English, need extra help or extra time and training. Shame on the management for throwing the sheep to the wolves when they are not ready yet. This is an area where a vast majority of people speak English fluently, and this type of setup at this pizza place does not go over very well, period, end of story.

Their pizza is still pretty good, but its wired how little caesars charges more for sauce than they do for pizza even though this is a pizza place. I purchased 2 containers of sauce for $2 and if I combine the 2 it can perfectly fit into one sauce cup. I get you need to raise prices, but what about the quantity of food, if they continue this method they will closely resemble pizza hut and not in a good way.

The pizzas are delivered to you hot and delicious, the waiting time for the food is relatively long, there are a variety of cold drinks available, there is no space to eat pizza and you can only order it outside, the parking lot is relatively small.

I called the store to place my order because the website does not have the option to add garlic and Parmesan to the whole pizza. I spoke with Joseph and he was very pleasant and informative. However when I got home, I noticed that not only did my pepperoni extra most best pizza not have garlic and Parmesan any where on the pizza, but it was also missing pepperonis. I called and spoke with Madison to make her aware. Her response was That s our bad . While the crazy puffs were amazing, I would not visit this location due to inability to pay attention to detail.

I hadn t ordered from this location for a few years. I placed order a few weeks ago and one pizza was great as well as the breadsticks, but unfortunately the second pizza was extremely undercooked. I called the store and spoke to the manager, he was very apologetic and offered free pizza next time. Well after a few weeks I took him up on the offer and he remembered. I arrived to pickup and I placed 2 orders of breadsticks as well, I was not charged so that was great! But . I ordered the pretzel pizza and it was regular pizza dough uggh so I guess I m back to square one. I don t anticipate going back for awhile. Despite the generous and kind manager, getting my order correct outweighs getting 2 orders of breadsticks for free. Please do better, pay attention to details.

All the workers have a bad disposition and nobody wears gloves and they all or either walking around rubbing their noses or their brows and continuing to make the pizzas with dirty hands. Deep dish pizza is usually burned. Last two times it was undercooked. Last one had a few sliced black olives on the bottom of the crust. I didnt order black olives! I ordered online and when it was supposed to be ready, waited 20 minutes in the store. Only 1 other person in the store waiting for their pickup order. No pizzas in the warming shelves or pickup shelves. At least 4 employees in kitchen. A customer walked in to place an order, employee in kitchen acknowledged them, but employee didnt come to front to help them for 10 minutes. Filthy. Hot atmosphere. Their ac must me ancient. Ceiling drips water. Poor management. Phone is constantly ringing and you can see people standing around blatantly not answering it. I called to place a order and I get no answer, I did leave it ring just in case they were busy which I do understand it does get busy. But if you can t answer a phone call for a customer to place a pizza order you have to remember that s money your store is not making. Probably the worst Little Ceasers Ive ever been to. Youll get what you ordered, maybe, eventually, who knows. Employees seem young but completely undisciplined, unmotivated, unmanaged. I understand that this is seemingly safe bet for fast food in the middle of a prime location for such a place, but if you think youre gonna get your order within a timely manner, good luck to you. Show them with your money, get something else for a quick dinner, theres a McDonalds across the street, I hate McDonalds but Ive gone there a few times just to avoid this little ceasers. Online ordering MIGHT be the only way to get your order, calling in? If they pick up. Serious lack of any urgency, granted, for minimum wage, I feel you. All these 1 star reviews are more often the standard than one off occurrences.

This little caesars is the worst location Ive ever been to. Ive been on multiple occasions and every single time the service is abysmal. All the employees in the back ignored me when I came in. They d just look at me and then go back to what they were doing. After about 5 minutes I realized no one was going to assist me and I began to leave. The manager was on his way back in from his smoke break out front and caught me on my way out. He offered to help me but was very rude about it. I asked for the 6.49$ hot and ready and mistakenly didn t look at the price when he rang me up. He charged me 9$ and when I got the receipt I told him that the large pepperoni is only supposed to be 6.49$. He told me I didn t get the normal pepperoni, he gave me some other specialty pizza. I told him that s not what I asked for and he picked up the phone, which wasn t ringing and held his finger up to me and walked away. I decided it wasn t worth my time and just went home with what I had. When I got home and checked the pizza I realized it definitely wasn t any kind of specialty pizza. Just a regular pepperoni that was pretty light on the pepperonis. Definitely not worth the visit.

*HEALTH SAFETY ISSUE* I ordered Deep! Deep! Dish Sausage tonight and the dough was RAW. I posted a picture. The fork is pulling raw dough from under the cheese. I tried to call them immediately to let them know about it bc of the health concern, but it kept going to a recording with no vml. Ill be contacting the health department to let them know, since I havent been able notify the restaurant. **Update: Notified the health dept and they are going to do an inspection of the ovens temperatures. ***2nd Update: health department found their oven temperature was fine and to code but found that the staff likely hadnt cooked the pizza per procedure (they only ran the deep dish pizza through the oven once, rather than twice as is required to cook the deep dish crust). The manager told the health inspector they would work on improving training for staff so it didnt happen again.

My friend and I bought two pepperoni pizzas. Half of each pizza didnt have cheese on it, just sauce and a few pepperonis. The other half was also very light on toppings. Definitely check your pizzas before you leave! A location I go to in Dallas really piles on the toppings, so those are a good deal compared to this location. Are they trying to save on food costs? Youre losing customers by skimping on the toppings.

One of my stuffed breads was just bread. One of the pizzas looks like an ugly misshaped star. The other pizza was almost a circle but failed to become one because one fourth of it was just a let down. Last time my family came the stuffed bread was really good. I would give zero stars if I could! Ordered crazy bread to be delivered and got bunt crusty bread with little to no seasoning. Had to call 6 times for someone to answer. When someone finally answered I was told I could come in and get a new one. I did end up coming in and had to wait 30 minutes before I was even recognized by someone. Tried twice in the last week, both times epic failures. Only reason I went back was because the manager took care of me after complaining the first time. Showed up second time and they did not even have the order, or lost it. Pizza is now 30 minutes late. First time they said they ran out of dough and employee problems. Owner should fix this or it shows he/she don t give a $-.t. Maybe reach out to your customers who know. Update- Pizza is now 40 min late but should have shortly. Also watched another customer come in where 25% of his pizza had nothing on it, including cheese. He got a refund.

Very very rude staff!!!! I was literally standing there for 5 min while 3 staff members just waited and didn t attend me! So I left and definitely I will NEVER BE COMING BACK!!!!

This is the worst Little Ceasars Ive ever been to to date. First time the pizza was under done. The second time the store was closed during business hours. This last time at 6:20 p.m. I was told they were not taking anymore orders, even though they close at 11:00. Dont waste your time or money at this store!!!!

The quality of this place has gone down hill over the past year to the point that I wont return. Its close by, cheap, and tastes good enough that I would always come crawling back after a bad experience. Now however, I realize it is just not worth it. What you can expect when going to this location: - Undercooked cheesy bread where the middle is 70 % Raw dough. - Interactions with staff that range from complete indifference to ones existence to aggressive and rude. - Pizzas cut so off center that one slice is three or four times the amount of pizza as the slice on the opposite side. - Availability of zap packs, crushed peppers, or cheese is up in the air. In fact, Im not even sure they still offer zap packs or cheese anymore?

Came in to get a pizza and the customer service here is great the guys here cool I liked it the pizza was also good to I had a great experience overall besides them getting my name wrong they had my name as Jenny which I found funny

This Little Caesars didn t even let us know that they were out of the specific ranch we wanted. But the real issue is, they did not even put pizza sauce on the pizza, it was the most flavorless pizza I have ever had and WILL NOT be returning to this location.

This is my go-to restaurant when I want a quick place to order to-go pizza/wings/dessert deals for my kids. I have ordered via Doordash or calling the store when I am 15-20 mins away to pick up on my way home. Their pizzas taste good and I particularly enjoy the cinnamon rolls.

If I could give them negative 5 I would..... this Little Ceasers is the worst location I have ever had the misfortune of getting pizza from. Hot and ready pepperoni stuffed crust had no pepperonis on it. Do yourself a favor and dont get a pizza or any food for that matter from this location!!!

Not trying to be rude. I have came here for quite sometime. Used to always have great service. The past few months have been different. There is never hot and ready pizza and the store is never open on time. I ve come in several times at 3 when the store first opens and it s always a 20 minute wait. I might as well go to Pizza Hut or somewhere for better quality. Isn t little Caesar s all about being ready. Not trying to be a Karen here. It s just frustrating when I ve been coming here for years.

I went in to get my pizza and they said it wasnt ready and it would be done in a couple minutes. I went back to go in 10 minutes later and asked again, they said it was ready and continued to leave me there waiting. 6 other people got their food before me and I was waiting longer.
