Food was not cooked throughout, and the server did not care. Did not offer or ask if I wanted something to replace it. Then after I seen food was still in bill, asked if she had it cause I would take to dog since I wouldnt eat it. She looked dumb founded like she wasnt expecting to be questioned about it. My daughter and I visited this place for dinner for the first time the other night. I live very close to this location. I signed up for texts/messenger alerts for coupons. One of the coupons I received was for a BOGO Free pasta. My daughter and I both had the Penne Ala Vodka. They give you garlic rolls when they seat you. We each had a soda. We split a Tirimisu for dessert. We took pasta and Tirimisu home. Everything was really good. Our bill came to just under $24 after the free pasta dish. Ive paid more for fast food! Its a comfortable little neighborhood/family feeling place. Our server, Riley was friendly and professional. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone whos never been!

One of the best place ever! All the staff is very nice and freindly I recommend Shannon she is very sweet and kind she put my kids pasta in the Togo box for him but I would recommend all the staff. Food is really good. I would recommend Chicken Dinna or Chicken Murphy. Restrant is very clean and prices are very good.

Our office ordered lasagna, chicken Alfredo, garlic rolls, grilled chicken and salad for our staff meeting. The ladies at the front were quick to help me and do our tax exempt form. They helped me carry the food to my car. The staff loved the food. The chicken Alfredo was probably the best we ever had! Everyone raved about it! Its so good! All of the food is good! Dont let the exterior keep you from trying this quaint restaurant. The atmosphere on the inside is cozy and romantic, the service is great, and the food is always delicious. The baked ziti is my favorite dish and their cheesecake is the perfect way to end a meal. The food on the menu is fairly priced compared to the excellent quality which is a big reason I keep coming back.

March 2024 Ordered my favorite pizza tonight. White pizza with meatballs. Sooooo good! So glad this place is local for me. Older review Normally I really enjoy this place and I did this evening as well. But it almost seems like they forgot half of the pasta in the chicken fettuccine alfredo. It was so lacking, the chicken ratio was off. LOL. It was delicious though :) And I have cannelloni for tomorrow! They do excellent cannelloni.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! We love Italian Villa! The stuffed shells are my favorite! Their bread is so fluffy and yummy. Their house dressing might be the best around! Its so, so good!! The pizza is amazing. I havent had anything from Italian Villa that I havent liked BYOB, I believe, but they do have some wines on hand, as well. Its a fantastic, family owned, Italian restaurant!

Got it delivered and it came hot and fresh. The pizza slice was huge and amazing. The anti pasta salad good to as well, but the dressing was nasty, like a tomato vingerette or close to that taste. Now, the pasta was good and studying inside was as well, but the sauce was very flat. They could of took the seasoning from the rolls and it been better. The sauce needed salt, herbs, garlic just to get a good flavor out of it bc it was so bland and flat, my sister refused to eat.

I just ordered delivery of dinner. This is my first and reviews were good. The chicken and pasta dinner was very good and would order again, However I paid extra $5.00 for garlic bread. No garlic taste whatsoever to the hard as a brick bread. I tried heating it in microwave which did nothing so I had no garlic bread. I ve never seen garlic bread made or delivered like a curled up brick!!! Oh well, there are other good Italian restaurants. The slit of pie was expensive for size . My husband and I went for dinner. He had a sampler plate, I had the veal picatta. My husband enjoyed his meal, the veal was so tough I couldnt cut it. They took it back and prepared another dish. At that point, I wasnt hungry so we took it home. Again when I tried to eat the veal, this was even worse. I never could get a knife through it. I threw it in the trash. I would think if you cant make the dish edible, you shouldnt have it on the menu. Our server was amazing and offered a free dessert for the trouble.

Two words sum up my experience at Italian Villa in Allen Texas. Those two words would be Simply Wonderful. I was craving Italian food, so I Google. Italian near me. Italian Villa was only 6 minutes from were I was, so I took the recommendation. I walked in the door and was instantly greeted with a warm hello. Cadence was my server and she was fantastic. I started with the Fried Mozzarella and I honestly could have stopped there. It was exceptional. I then ordered the lunch special and tried the Manicotti and the Chicken Alfredo. Both were delicious, however the Chicken Alfredo was my favorite:) It was so creamy with just the right amount of dried oregano, onion powder and salt and pepper. Whenever Im craving Italian food again, I will definitely go back to Italian Villa.

I am absolutely impressed by this restaurant. I was setting up a board meeting for 6:30pm and had placed a food order at another local restaurant. At 5:15 pm, the other restaurant canceled my order stating they could not fulfill the order. I was desperate. I called Italian Villa and spoke to the most wonderful woman who stated she could most definitely help me. I placed an order for a full tray of lasagna, salad, rolls and grilled chicken. The order arrived at 6:15pm and was absolutely amazing. They provided all the plates, plasticware and all condiments. After eating the board members stated they preferred Italian Villa over the order they had placed at the other restaurant. We will definitely be doing business here again.

Very relaxed and casual atmosphere. They sat us right away and helped provide recommendations on the menu when I indicated wed never been there before. I want to share my experience. It s a special treat when we get to go out to eat especially for Italian food $$. Usually I spend Sunday with my family but after 29 yrs of this tradition they have moved away. So I wanted to have a special Sunday lunch just me and my two children. They are both pretty much babies and wouldn t settle down lots of screaming crying. So it turned out to be just to difficult to sit and eat so we had to take it to go. My server was lovey and so sweet! And the women with purple hair was the same, they helped me get packed up (I mean I just couldn t get anything together. One of those days I guess.) mrs.Purple even threw a slice of cheesecake in for me when I had (a minute to myself) that was so special for me today. Im emotional about it!! I am sad this Sunday marked the first of many without my big loud fun family lunch but I m so glad I went to Italian Villa. Also, the linguini clams in white sauce tasted fantastic!!

Stopped in for a casual lunch with the wife. Honestly expected just another hole in the wall pizza and pasta joint and was pleasantly surprised. Elliana was our lovely host and server. I called Italian Villa the following day about the large cheese pizza was more like a large sauce pizza. I explained to them that we came back from the hospital where my wife and BF had a car accident and was pulled out because the car was on fire and they were both knocked out. We did not even eat the pizza until an hr later because we were all exhausted. I did not ask for a refund only a credit and they said no! They said I should have called the day before but that was super bowl Sunday. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. Now I question there loyalty to customers. Dine in or Dine out Italian Villa is a fantastic environment and incredible food. Pizza and dishes are all family favorites. Especially the house dressing for salads. This is one of the very few pizza/Italian locations that match up with the east coast when it comes to quality.

The bread is terribly dry. The Seafood Combo made me terribly ill. I called the restaurant to let them know it was bad. I had told the lady who answered the phone, that I was not looking for a refund. She said Tony said they could not do anything. I simply was trying to help them so they would not serve the bad Calamari again and get someone else sick. I am disappointed in their attitude and customer service.

We got the chicken marsala and the Chicken Murphy. We also paid for 2 Tossed House Salads and garlic bread. The flavor of the sauce for both entrées was outstanding! The problem is that they failed in an epic way on the protein. Both dishes, the chicken was severely overcooked and very very tough. The pasta was excellent but the star of the dish is supposed to be the chicken and it was inedible. The tossed salad with house dressing: The house dressing is again excellent. The salad was severely lacking in every way. Very little lettuce. A small tomato wedge and that s it. Oh and a pepperchini. We ordered pickup and the plasticware requested was missing. The food temp was great but had the entre sauces not been exceptional, this would have been a 1-2 star review. we will try once more and give them a second chance. Truly hoping for redemption. For now: *** Maybe Good for dine in where you can send back a subpar meal but NOT RECOMMENDED for carry out *****

I reserved the party room for a 20-guest memorial dinner. Shannons service to our party was excellent -- responsive and accommodating to our every request. The food was amazing, and Shannons service could not have been better. Italian Villa made our memorial dinner perfect!

A group of 15 went back again....and we were not disappointed. Service 5 s Food Quality 5 s Food Quantity 5 s Atmosphere 5 s Want some wine with dinner...Bring Your Own. Yes BYOB wine or beer. We sat in a room next to their main dining area, we could all chat and laugh without bothering others. Price to value....excellent....

Im done.....Overcharging prices then always deliver cold food! If you cannot deliver fresh hot food why are you charging more than other places. Next time Im going to Napolis or Verona Italian Cafe. Both are further cost less better taste and food arrives hot.
