This is our second time working with Noaman and team. This time around they helped us with filing GC for my mother. Though the process in general is simple on paper, that s never the case with immigration! We applied immediately after COVID and it took us about 2 years to get the GC approved for my mom. Noaman and his team kept us informed all along. They opened cases with USCIS on our behalf to get case status, answered several questions during this and also applied for any EAD renewals as needed. Noaman Azhar is wonderful on immigrant visa services. In 2018, I struggled a lot to sponsor my husband about whom to contact and how to proceed and wasted money in so many places. Later I got his contact and approached him about the green card process for my husband. He helped us with the process and my husband has got a green card in 2019. Then the good news is that he helped my husband to become U.S citizen by naturalization in Nov 2022. Even when my husband had a naturalization interview, there was a situation where my husband was in need of some information and the officer was not able to make a decision. immediately we contacted the Azar office and he responded back within a min. US visa or immigration cases are very complex and at a times difficult to understand. Especially when someone tries to navigate thru and becomes entangled. I was in a challenging work visa situation that came unexpectedly, and it looked like I ve exhausted all my options. Then, I came across Mr. Azhar and he presented some options. For 20 years i had been in process of getting Greencard and i must have had at least 4 different lawyers throughout that time span, but none of them were even close to being on the level of Noaman Azhar and Furqan Azhar. Azhar and Azhar got me a fast approval with my case. They are fast and very up front with you on what needs to get done and dont beat around the bush. Their office is so nice and staff is very nice and professional. They let you DIRECTLY email the lawyer you are working with and communicate with them. Our experience working with Noaman has been amazing. We reached out to Noaman after our first 485 had an RFE. We had to withdraw the application and re-apply. Recently I have had difficult situation regarding to my employment based permanent resiliency (green card) situation to a point that my previous lawyer will not represent me any further. I had talked to several immigration attorneys in the Dallas area and among them I felt like Furqan Sunny Azhar the most credible person. He took our case sincerely, prepared our paper work, cooperated with my previous attorney and one of his associates (Janelle Cremé) went with us during the interview with USCIS and everything went well. He could not go himself because he had a court date in Houston, TX. He was very cooperative in communication and paperwork, showed me the light in the dark tunnel far before I reached its end. I feel like it is important to try hard as much as you can and Sunny is the person who did that. I meant a lot to my wife and me. I highly recommend him and he firm he works at.
