I ve been sooooo pleased with the cleaning service I receive from Duster Crew. The ladies deliver a consistent cleaning that is fast and efficient. Scheduling is easy if i need to move a day and I love that they inform you days before what time they will be arriving so I can plan according. They also send a quick text when they are about 20 minutes out. I love that they are in and out while not skipping on the quality of their cleaning. I recommend them to all my neighbors!

Overall, the Duster Crew has been great. Of course, no humans are perfect, but they do a great job. The crews are reliable, efficient, and thorough. The Duster Crew has been a great cleaning company for us. They are efficient and if you notice something that they missed and call them, they come back out and correct it. I will say that you have to be flexible as they may text you changing the time they are coming. But they have worked with me on changing my dates when we have been traveling or had something come up that caused us to reschedule.

We have been using The Duster Crew on a biweekly basis for almost 6 months now. We are am pleased with our experience this far. They are extremely efficient and courteous (my husband and I both work from home and we don t feel bothered by them and they work around us respectfully). Hector is just a text away when I have a question/concern. My only complaint is something from my fire place mantel was broken during a cleaning and they didn t even apologize. I told them it was okay and to throw the piece away but I would have appreciated seeing or them expressing a little bit of remorse.

The Duster Crew is by far the best cleaning service Ive used in the last ten years. The team of cleaners are somehow both incredibly thorough and also quick. Sometimes services change over time but not with the Duster Crew - every time they come they leave my home in pristine condition. Also, the communication is top notch. If I ever need to change a date or time I just text and almost immediately I get a response with another date or time. I get reminder texts 20 minutes before the crew arrives. They are just the best.
