I would give 1 star if I could. Manager is very rude and even the sales person was very rude. They shouldn t have people like them in a store where they treat customers badly. Do not go here

I had to buy a BUNCH of vases and they were so nice about making sure they were all wrapped up so they wouldnt break and the manager even helped me out to my car. Great service.

So put off by management that I decided to go elsewhere. I was by the door waiting for the store to open and the manager that opened the door appeared to be mad that there were actually people waiting to shop that he didn t even say Good Morning or even smile. They had what I needed, but if they don t appreciate my business, I will take it elsewhere.

I visit Hobby Lobby quite often. Im pretty heavily into crafts and DIY so I sometimes need items for a project. Each week they have different items that go on sale and if you miss the sale, the item will probably be back on sale again in a couple of weeks. They also have very good clearance sales. This Hobby Lobby is conveniently located for me. The cashiers are usually very nice

Love this store!!! I stage houses for rentals and there are so many great finds here that the essential for mix and match to make a room feel loved. Let your imagination run wild here, I do! Super fun and a great frame shop in back corner. They have taken nothing and created something really special with me, that is so essential for phots for rental staging. Gotta have wall art!

I just went to get a small paint brush that s it. I was trying to remember why I stopped going to hobby lobby, I remember now. It s because whoever is working register is always slow making each and every person 10 minutes for less than 10 items each. I wanted one brush that s it. It took me 45 minutes. If you re going to be working register at all, you should be able to run every customer less than 3 minutes even if they have XL items.

All Hobby Lobby stores are pretty much the same regarding merchandise and pricing. The staffs helpfulness and friendliness is what makes this particular store stand out. NEVER have I found any employee or manager to be rude. Always smiling and friendly. Good location and lots of parking!

This store is located in a nice area but upon entering the front doors you walk straight into the registers. There is no main isle as most Hobby Lobby stores have. You literally must push past all the customers in line at the registers to make your way into the store. Overall this store is set up rather poorly compared to its counterparts.

If I could give them no Stars thats exactly what it would be. Gary, is on the returns line today and decided he was go make it obvious how racist he is. Its pouring down raining. After doing my returns I had 3 receipts that belonged to 3 difficult people in my crafts class. Since I dont have a purse I asked if he could keep them separate and place them with the cash in a tiny bag he told me no if I had any shopping to do. So my Craft class mate who is of a diddent race had w returns and decided to see what he would say to her but little did he know she had me on FaceTime so I could see and hear. Well Gary gave her 2 sacks plus a large sack to put over her head so her hair didnt get wet. All after she said she needed to run back to framing he said no problem have a good day. Now do to this being the 2 time this has happen at the Allen store Im definitely reporting this matter because its not right that blacks get profiled like we do. Im a professional designer and felt insulted from the beginning of Gary examining the items I brought back like he did and then he call a manager and she even asked what was wrong and looked at him crazy and told him to proceed with the return. Gary is not the right person to have dealing with customers because anyone else might have took things to another level with him instead of looking over what was obvious. I hope Hobby Lobby Corp. See this review and does whats best because other customers will soon be reporting this behavior

This Hobby Lobby at Preston and Beltline in Dallas never seems to have enough cashiers and they changed their greeting card area, which now feels closed in and dark. Before, the racks/shelf the cards are on werent as tall, and there was more space in the aisle. Now, racks are taller and the aisle is narrower. It makes me not want to take my time and browse when looking for cards... who knows the thinking behind that move? Maybe that was the idea?

Loved the quietness of this store over the always crowded store in Mckinney. But, I love Hobby Lobby and will go to either store. I went to this one as I was in town. Most of the store was 40% off. The workers were nice and I didnt have to wait in line. The only thing I can say that is a little negative, is the Isles are a little too narrow. Two people with carts can barely get by eachother. Less stuff, and more room is needed.
