The best location and awesome customer service. I came in when there were barely any cookies left but the young gentleman had some freshly baked ones in the back. I think he s about to be the assistant manager of that location and he had everything running by himself flawlessly. Will be back!

I ve always had great cookies from Tiff s. When I ordered the s mores cookies last week, they looked nothing like the advertisement, marshmallows weren t melted at all. I commented a photo on Tiff s facebook and they responded by giving me a free order of cookies to make it right. I just arrived to pick up the cookies and the employee was very rude stated they did nothing wrong when making the cookies last week. She pointed to the s mores cookies in the display case, which showed melted marshmallows, so nothing like what I received last week. She was argumentative instead of being apologetic for the mistake from last week. She then made a comment that she personally made my cookies so now I m not even comfortable eating these since I don t know what the rude employee did to my cookies.

We wanted a sweet snack last night. Ordered 6 of the Chocolate Chip cookies and the Cookie Dough Truffle treats. Even though I ordered through Uber Eats, the store delivered them personally. Took a little longer to arrive but...worth the wait! The cookies were still warm with big pieces of pecan and gooey chocolate chips. Perfect for a late night sweet treat!

I check to see if any new flavors are on the menu from time to time but I always get the chocolate chip pecan. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The manager was super friendly and accommodating to my card issues. July 2024- 3rd time in and they are out of chocolate chip pecan. There are rarely new flavors seems they should be able to keep stocked and ready. Lately every time I go in it takes the counter person forever to get to the front. Guess Ill have to check for a new location. Hate driving all the way out in the morning,afternoon, evening or right before close and they dont have chocolate chip pecan.

Just left this place. The employee was so rude. Walked in and asked if I could place an order. She said MAYBE after I package all the orders. I told her I only wanted a 3-4 cookies. She looked at me and said well these are $100 order verses your $3.00 order. Will 100% be taking my money elsewhere from now on where they appreciate my $3.00 order. Would give zero stars if I could.

Our townhome complex kindly ordered some cookies as a gift for my boyfriend but delivered to his old job. He was in contact with the delivery driver and they were aware that he didnt want the cookies delivered there. We couldve picked them up after work or something. Instead of listening, the delivery driver left them at his old job for no one to claim. Called the store, they said the delivery was for his job, not him. How? Our townhome complex has delivered cookies as a gift to him before with his name on it, same as this time, with his name on the box! Bad experience overall.

Many of my co-workers raved about this place, so my husband and I decided to try them. I really dont know what all the hype is. $21 for a dozen very small cookies, that are just ok, was not money well spent. I would rather pay $26 for half a dozen, very large cookies at Crumbl.

You are better off ordering cookies from McDonald s off Uber eats. Never got notified my order was delivered. My order sat outside for hours. Terrible process. Had an order of about $90. When I went to pic the order up my girlfriend and I decided to get a coke and some cookies for the road. The lady at the front was incredibly nice! She gave us the drinks and cookies for free because of how big our order already was. She thanked us for our business and wished us a great day. Tiffs treats failed miserably on my delivery. Supposed to leave treats with reception as stated in delivery instructions and they didn t. Driver drove off without doing their job. When asked for refund, they only refunded product amount. Not my delivery fee, gas fee, or tip was refunded. You lost my business for good. Hope it was worth it.

Anytime we order Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, there are issues. Today, 10/29, the evening shift gave us oatmeal raisin and then instead of replacing the wrong ones, told us we need to re-order the right ones. Soooooo disappointed!!! I ordered from this location as a birthday surprise and the delivery never showed after verifying with the recipient. When I called customer service, I was informed the driver ran out of gas! Never called the recipient . They were then supposed to be redelivered the next night and after they were 2 hours late I called and was told they were 15 min away.... 2 hours later no cookies!!! These are the best cookies ever (besides the ones my great grandma used to make)... we ordered the peanut butter, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chip cookies.... they were so warm and amazing. Ordered a dozen mixed cookies and two frozen treats to be delivered to my nephew for his 2nd birthday! Delivery was on time and the cookies arrived nice & warm just as promised! He seems to love them. The ONLY thing I would have wished to be different would have been more decorative options for smaller children.
