Nice enough store but Im only giving 3 stars because they got rid of shopping baskets. You have to use carts only or juggle everything by hand. I borrowed a small camping cooler from the sporting goods section and I used that for a basket. I left it at the self checkout when I paid for my stuff. I hope an associate brings it back to where it goes but what Im really hoping is that a manager notices and says to him/herself, Gee, getting rid of baskets was pretty dumb. Lets bring those back.

I love this Walmart, its calm, peaceful, lots of good things on discount, prices are alright, most things arent locked which is a good thing, safe place to shop if youre a woman, it just feels safer in this area, Variety of items, easy to navigate Walmart, I totally recommend this place.

I came at around 15 minutes before closing to have all my tires replaced in the auto care center. They could ve went home because this job would easily mean they would be working overtime but they did it anyway! Lots of thanks to them

Most of this Walmart is pretty decent. Still long lines at checkout because but enough cashiers but thats about what you expect anyway. They do a good job keeping the store clean at least. However do not use their car care. Its an absolute mess. If manager Brian is there youre just going to be gaslight instead of them making any attempt to do right. My most recent experience I rolled in with a leaking rear tire. I asked them to put my front tires on the rear, and 2 new tires on the front. Simple enough. What they did was take the 2 good tires off my front, put the rear tires including the leaking one I specifically needed replaced on the front, and then put 2 new tires on the back. I point this out to them and they tell me Im wrong. I point out the different brands on the tires, point to my receipt that I bought 2 Goodyear that should be in the front but the back, and have 2 Douglas on the front and they still try telling me Im wrong. I show them the residue if the fixaflat I used to get the true to their store and they say that was them balancing the new tire.... Which wasnt the brand I bought. On top of that driving home my whole car was vibrating like the tires hadnt been balanced. Seriously save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else if you need anything on your car. Ive used Walmart car care for a while and the grapevine shop isnt the first to make a mistake. But my gods theyre the first to refuse to fix their own screw up. Seriously stealing 2 good tires off my car and leaving a damaged one I specifically needed replaced? Then charging me for a rotation they did wrong, and balance they didnt do. They even had the audacity to charge me for road hazard that I didnt want. These guys are just scamming people for the hell of it. Not like theyre getting anything out of it, except maybe a laugh at putting me and my childrens lives at risk.

Staff members have a horrible attitude with customers. I was left 20 minutes waiting for someone to open the cologne isle last night before they closed they only help me a minute before they closed after we ourself had gone around constantly asking for help.
