I love this place! The meat is perfectly cooked. So tender and flavorful. The bread is amazing. It stays soft and fluffy even with all the ingredients. Staff is friendly and the work ethic is top notch. They are all working for the customers and I loved seeing that! I will be back...probably tomorrow

Met the owner... Nice guy.. Great food.. One of the best Philly cheese steak places in dfw Update 8/2024 Went back and will definitely go back sooner. So the food is still great. I got a philly and it was great. But what really stuck out is the service. I ordered some stuff to go and we ate some stuff there. Without me asking..they waited to cook the to go stuff as we were finishing our food...so basically by the time we were done our to go food was ready...I thought that was awesome. Lots of places wouldnt do that and I appreciate the thoughtfulness.

Wow...strange experience at the allen location. There was a new employee I had never seen, a very gruff kinda rude off putting gentleman that definitely should not be doing customer service. After some time staying in house to eat and listening to him interact with customers I came to learn it was big tony...man oh man I would suggest he stay out of the store and away from customers. I certainly do not want to experience that again.

Food was so good the city hall was the perfect blend of steak and cheese with perfect onions and cheese. Despite the AMAZING philly ( like i really cant stress how amazing it was) i think the mild sauce that was included for the fries is what won me i wont even lie im biased cause im from chicago this was the closest i have ever gotten to chicago mild sauce and im in love 5000/10 recommend absolutely loved it almost ate my finger eating so fast

I ordered through uber , this place let someone steal my order because of their negligence then refused to own up for their mistake and make me another order , I couldnt cancel and they wouldnt because theyre so cheap they rather lose a costumer over 15 bux , what a cheap skate , I feel bad for the drivers that kept going there to pick up my stolen order, shame on you

The food and service were amazing! My daughter crowned it the best cheesesteak that shes ever had. Tony actually came in while we were there, introduced himself, and asked how things were. I also noticed how his employees did what he asked them to do without hesitation. You dont see that very often anymore. We highly recommend this place. Theres a cheesesteak on the menu for anything youre craving.

By far the worst Philly I ve had. Charley s in the mall beats this. Barely any meat in the sandwich the place as a million and ten signs. The fries taste like they have been fried in dirty oil where all kinds of items go in there. Save yourself Philly and go elsewhere!

I can honestly say my drive from Weatherford was worthwhile. I had the number 4 with extra mushrooms, bell peppers and onions and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Thank you to the lovely ladies and gentleman for cooking my sandwich with much love. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the prices are reasonable.

Whoever is claiming the cheesesteaks are good obviously never had a real Philly. The meat was dry and unseasoned. The ratio of meat compared to bread was extremely disappointing. I got a 12 inch and I m convinced they gave me the amount of meat that goes on a 6 inch sub and just stretched it across 12 inches of bread. Just to add fries and a drink, the entire meal would have cost over $20. I could literally go get a decent restaurant and order a ribeye for the same price. The service was good but I have to wonder if the workers are oblivious to serving barely Subway quality food.

Both food Quality & Quantity of food very poor, paid for 12 inch and got 8 inch sub. Filling was far less. Paid for large fries and got small you could count them. They don t care and are rude. Place is also dirty and smells. Never go again or recommend anyone to spend money and leave hungry.

This unassuming storefront has some of the best cheesesteaks I ve had in a long time. Chicken, steak, and quite a few other items grace their menu. I ve only tried a few and haven t hit a bad one yet. Fries are also fresh and hot, and you can grab a sauce out of the cooler to slice it up a bit.

Very delicious and delectable shrimp po boy sandwich I added extra shrimp with delectable sweet potatoes fries. Service was nice. Kinda busy which means the place is solid. I ve been here like 2/3 times and tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was good but didn t put enough meat to fill me up. So I guess you want to order more food if you wanna get full. Prices are up there for a joint in Allen I ll tell you that much. Would be back to try more menu items.

My wife is from PA and she says it is the best cheesesteak she has had outside the state, so that is high praise. A little pricey but a satisfying amount of food. Busy at lunch so maybe order ahead of you are getting it to go. They have a monthly newsletter with deals but they are never for their main (popular) sandwiches, but they are good for a change of pace.

The place is not bad, the service is good and the staff is friendly and fast. Regarding the food, in my point of view the sandwich lacks filling, the flavor is not bad but the bread predominates so it tends to be somewhat heavy. The wide variety on the menu is interesting and you are sure to find something you like.

The only other time I have had such a great Philly Cheesesteak here in Texas is from Hoodys in Round Rock. Big Tonys has perfected their skills on this delicious sandwich. The meat and cheese blends so well and the bread is soft. Their menu is full of different sandwiches to try. I would definitely recommend this if you love a great cheesesteak.

My husband and I decided to pop in and try this place out. I have to say their menu is slightly overwhelming because there is so much on the menu that their two big screens are hard to read what each item is. Thank goodness for smartphones! My husband got a philly cheesesteak and I got the chicken philly. There are a few things I would have preferred in mine but we both thought it was actually really good. I would like to come back and try another style of philly. There are tons of combos that I didnt see because I slightly panicked and didnt want to be that person in line unprepared. Staff seemed very relaxed, place seems a little dirty or not kept up as much but I was happy with our food. No need to knock off stars if I was happy with what I had!

I ve been coming here for years. I went there today and I got my usual order and asked the lady at the counter if my food was cooked next to bacon and sausage. She said yes. I told her I can t eat bacon or sausage or have anything else be cooked in it. I threw the food out. She did not even bother to tell me hey I can make you another one or apologize for what had happened. I will not be coming back here again. Hopefully Tony will read this because I know him from when I used to work at Firestone.

I would highly recommend the funnel cake fries OMG LOL they are very addicting. I love their cheese steaks they have a lot of different varieties to please everyone. The staff that works here are amazing. They knew I was in a hurry and they got me out of there quickly. Do not forget to get a Big Hanks soda and tasty kakes... I always seem to buy one of everything I cant help myself. Definitely makes me nostalgic. I highly recommend you go ASAP!

Best cheesesteaks around by far. Big Tony has been there every time I have gone in. Great service and great food. I always get the small with extra meat. I think its the number 4. I can almost never finish, so keep that in mind before you order a large. Onion strings and fries are also very good. This place is definitely worth checking out.

My Mommy, Barbara, and I went for an awesome Cheesesteak experience just driving back home from a lovely Autism Speaks Walk. We wanted something tasty and this place delivered on that front for sure! The Cheesesteak, Sweet Potato fries, and homemade Tonys Sauce and Jalapeno sauce were all so delicious!!! Also, the customer service of the nice young man at the register, Alex, was on point! He was very professional, patient, and pleasant while we ordered. He also had a great sense of humor! It was our first time and it most definitely wont be our last. Mommy and I have told so many of our family about this spot and cant wait to visit again. We told Alex how we visited Tony Lukes in South Philly which was as incredible (Wiz wit), and we were so excited to have a good philly in Texas! I ordered the number 7 and asked for extra cheese and mushrooms. There hardly was any cheese in the Philly and I couldnt taste any mushrooms. Its hard to really rate a Philly when its not originally from Philly, so Ill give them that. The meat wasnt seasoned and tasted very bland. The bread was good but didnt have that wholesome feel that I was yearning for. Id rather go to jersey Mikes if Im craving a Philly next time... The price was pretty steep for what I got too...
