Good place to have a birthday party for kids. The downside is that its mostly packed all the time. Its to be expected since everyone wants to have a party where you dont break the bank. The staff is a bit hit or miss with service, but then again theyre still young and learning.

Food was good. Only thing I didnt like was that around 945-950 I saw one of the dish washer worker lady dump out a full urn of their sweet tea. That is my drink that I get. I dont get soda or their lemonade. Keep in mind the location doesnt close till 11pm. I asked for them make some tea since its way too early to throw it away. The lady didnt want to do it because shes lazy to clean after. That is very bad and really poor management. If you dont want to work and follow correct procedures then get another job, and hire someone who is willing to do job procedures right. Another employee decided to make tea himself which I appreciated but the pre-closing actions of throwing away full tea and closing ice cream machine and other things to prevent me as a customer to enjoy my beverage while opened during hours isnt allowed. Bad work ethic. Why close at 11 if by 10pm everything is turned off. No ice cream or tea and no breadsticks. So bad.

Dirty. Bathroom looked like someone toilet papered it with paper streamed across the doors. I went in as an employee was in there and she didnt see anything wrong with it I guess cuz she didnt even bother to clean it or get someone to clean it. The floors in the arcade area are sticky and gross.

Lets face it, Peter Piper is a good idea.. food, the ability to have parties and for our kids and or us to enjoy some games all under one roof. Its like the old days of skating and being able to enjoy the same but the only difference is Pp never really seems to have enough parking spaces because they are around other businesses.. I wish it would change as people were illegally parked, all the FEW Handicap spots were taken and even the 1 take-out spot was wrongly used by someone. Being Handicapped and out of energy and wind, I found myself having to park by the Kremlin. Parking: A heck of alot of shared mall parking but almost none to find on this Monday evening.

Worst Peter Piper Ive been to. We waited 55 minutes for our pizza and after going to ask them about our order, they claimed we had already gotten it so basically our pizza was stolen or taken by someone else and obviously they had no idea. And by the time we did get it, it was the ugliest, meh-tasting pizza wed ever had. Place feels old and dated. Lighting sucks. Staff were distracted and unattentive. Never going back to that location again.

Food is decent for birthday parties, but not everyday. Employees are quick to help. Soda machines could use an upgrade, run out of ice quickly and soft drinks were watery.
