Horrible! My experience with this attorney was nightmare and added so much more unnecessary stress and delays to the sale of my business. After paying upfront retainer, communication quickly faded away. The work they handed over lacked quality and care, it was frankly disappointing. Deadlines were repeatedly ignored, showing a real lack of professionalism. And to top it off, it seemed like they just copy-pasted stuff from my emails without even bothering to fix it up. this lawyer is only good for consultations, never hire him for divorce proceedings!!! He will drag your case as he wants and constantly demand additional payment. He considers all immigrant women to be swindlers, although at the first consultation he will speak as sweetly as possible, feel sorry for you and assure you of the success of your business, but this is only until the moment of payment, after the advance payment his interest in your business will cool significantly. I do not recommend him as a lawyer, he will not finish your case the way you want, but he will drain all your savings.

There is a lot to say that went wrong. First, the process of setting up an LLC took forever. Then, they messed up all the names, addresses, etc. Asked the office to revise and edit all information and they did but also added a couple more mistakes. Still struggling to file my TAX because of the poor and low skilled service.
