10/10 stars!! Won-der-ful! QUALITY WORK! I got all the windows on my home replaced and 1 door. The quality...dude... Its honestly like the care and quality he put into my home was the work he would do on his own home. You can tell hes been doing it a long time for sure! Aside from the quality, he responds in a timely manner, easy to work with, very professional, communicates clearly, he shows up when he says. Oh and he gave a little tutorial of all the tricks to clean them easy. Windows are a big expense but Ive had them about a month now and my energy bill has already lowered, its comfortable ALL THE TIME in my home now aaaand, my point to anyone who is hesitant of buying new windows, they last decades! Oh and he installed my blinds and they are measured PERFECTLY! Probably better than my dad would have the patience to do or learn lol. I wish Randy and Abtex windows only to prosper! He deserves it!

Randy just completed the second major project at our home and we are very satisfied. This latest project included carpentry and special order windows and his work is excellent! We will be using his service again when we have new doors installed!

We cant recommend them more highly. Great professional installation with our energy-efficient replacement windows on our circa 1964 house here in Abilene, 10 windows along with replacing a large bay 9 x 6 bay window with three window panels. Foam sealed the window around the frames, great job caulking as well. With the Covid situation, there were supply chain delays, but as soon as they received the windows Randy was on-site in a couple of days and completed the work. They even repaired a couple of brick windowsills/aprons for the new windows and did mortar touchups. Showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly in the 95+ degree heat and as scheduled.

We just got replacement windows in our 60+ year old home and wish we had made this update sooner. We love the clean new look and quietness. The quality of the windows is great. Randy was very patient and professional in helping us decide window details. The windows were installed quickly and without mess. Calking inside and out, touch up painting, trim replacement, etc were all included. We highly recommend Randy Hancock and ABTEX windows.

We bought windows from lowes for the entire house 18 i believe and ABTEX is who installed them and honestly i dont know how there still in business twice they had to come back to fix there shotty work and not even the second time could they get it right if thats what they believe is quality work then they need to get there eyes checked or get better workers
