Went for pizza. Thick crust, good flavor. Meats pizza included in photos. Also ordered chicken parm and buffalo wings which were good and consumed before proof was taken! Also ordered a cesar salad which was decent. Pizza came out right away. Rest of meal took way longer and my son finally had to go ask where it was.... bathrooms and restaurant were clean.

First, let me say, I am not a huge pizza person, but Barros has changed that! The service at this place was fantastic. Zach greeted us right away and made sure we were enjoying our meal throughout our visit. We ordered the Barros Special pizza and the Spicy BBQ Chicken pizza, both with NY style crust. The Barros Special was the best pizza I have had in a very long time! The crust was the perfect balance: tender and chewy, yet crisp on the bottom and outer ring around the whole pie. The toppings were spread almost to the outer edge, ensuring tons of flavor in every bite. The meat toppings were of high quality, and the veggies were fresh. Overall, the dining experience at Barros was exceptional. I will definitely be going back again! EDIT: Weve been back several times since our first visit, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and Hayden is another standout team member who made our experience even better. Ive tried almost all the flavors of pizza, and our second favorite is definitely the Chicken Supreme. Weve also sampled both desserts and give them our seal of approval. While I think the cinnamon sticks could use a bit more topping, my husband thinks they were perfect just the way they are. Overall, a fantastic spot with great food and excellent service! I had never heard of Barros pizza and decided to try it for the first time. My entire family was impressed. The service was great, food was delicious and they have a nice family friendly atmosphere. As a side note they have my favorite Texas beer (Shiner) on tap. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and a small play area for the little ones.

This has got to be the most CONSISTENT restaurant I ve ever been to. This is by far my favorite pizza out of all the pizza I ve had across the US and other countries. It s just my style. I had it AZ a long time ago and was very happy to see they opened here as well. I ve probably been here 20 times and no matter what time or day it is, the food is fresh and delicious and the service is good. Fave menu items: basic pepperoni pizza with honey hot traditional wings. The mega meats is good too, moz sticks are decent, and I ve even had the vegan pizza and its really good. If you haven t been here yet, go, you won t be disappointed.

Great pizza and salad. Kids love the play room which gets a lot of use but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX the mens bathroom. The counter is always wet, the soap dispenser is like 2 inches off the counter and the Paper towels machine is always out of service. Like the past 4 times we have gone in the same number of months. Swap out the towel machine or fix the one you have please. Does it just need batteries?

This place is within walking distance of our hotel. For about $75 the 3 of us had an XL 1-topping pizza, 24 wings, a big salad, 4 big beers, and a tea. Everything was great! Would highly recommend, and will probably eat here again while we re in town.

First impression? Friendly greeting and decent service ordering at the counter. My wife needs gluten free pizza. According to her the gluten free crust was above average. My pizza was very good. I got the thicker crust. They were generous with the ingredients. The atmosphere was sports bar/baseball. They seemed short staffed and had a hard time keeping the place clean. Our first table was dirty and the took a minute to get it wiped down. The vinyl benches had little kids greasy handprints all over. We moved to another table which was much better. With a little attention to cleaning details and maybe a couple of different channels on the tvs, this place would get five stars. We will go back in the future.

This is the best pizza in McKinney. Honestly, the closest I have had to pizza I am used to from other parts of the country. The prices are fair. Hubby had the regular pizza with crust. I have the white pizza that is vegetarian. Huge fan of risotto chunks on it but we re still good pizza. This is some mighty fine hand tossed pizza. We got two larges (planned leftovers) and ate there. The decor isn t much to look at. Rather sterile, some TVs on the walls, nothing to write home about. You order at the counter, and find a place to sit. I do recommend checking the table for how wobbly it is, though. There s wobbly, and there s can t eat at that table because the table feels like it will fall over wobbly.

The flavor of the ingredients were good but the meatball sub was hard and dry and the pizza had so much sauce we couldnt eat it. We have had pizza here many times and the flavor is great but the sauce is very inconsistent. It was late so we ordered from door dash but the sauce on the pizza was so thick this time some of the cheese was not fully melted we love the pizza when it is right but there is no option for light regular or heavy sauce when ordering online.

Barros is hands down, our favorite pizza place! It is the same family who started Barros in Arizona, and I think CA....not sure about CA. We have had parties in their party room, we have taken to-go, and dine-in. The service has always been great! They are friendly and fast. The food quality is excellent. We love to get a side of meatballs as an appetizer- they are SO good! The pizzas are generous with cheese and toppings, and always cooked perfectly. They have a super yummy cream soda, that is I believe sweetened with agave, so a lower sugar content, but doesnt taste like those fake chemical sweeteners. They also have some yummy iced tea. We probably eat Barros at least 20 times a year, since they opened a few years ago, and weve never been anything but completely happy and satisfied.

I used to live in McKinney and this was my go to pizza place. I moved to Caddo Mills and still drive once a week to get my Barro s pizza. I tried many others nothing compares once you have a Barros. Even though it s 14 degrees out today I will drive to McKinney to get my pizza for the Cowboy game this afternoon. I am very picky when it comes to pizza. Being from Chicago, I am always looking for local, fresh good tasting pizza preferably non-franchise. That being said, this place is good. I ordered a small pizza and planned on taking some home. There was nothing left. The slices are thick, but the bread is not dry. It is soft, moist and tasty. The sauce is very flavorful and they apply a fair amount. The cheese is gooey and tastes good. Whenever it stretches as far as your arm can reach you can bet it is a good mix. The reataurant is very clean and has plenty of sitting area so take your whole family. I plan on taking mine sooner than later. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

My sensitive celiac daughter has eaten here 6+ times and has never gotten sick (this rarely happens when eating from supposedly safe gluten free menus in other restaurants). Their new thicker gluten free crust is AMAZING! And their high quality cheese is to die for. They prep the gluten free pizzas in the walk-in with fresh ingredients to avoid the risk of cross contamination. We have most of our family parties here because the restaurant is spacious with more of a nicer restaurant feel than a just a pizza joint & they have large room in the back with TVs, long tables, and a small play area for the kids (a play kitchen with play food, blocks, and such). We LOVE Barros SO MUCH!!!!!!! Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease, gluten free Kid-friendliness: Dedicated eat-in play area with play kitchen, play food, blocks.

Great pizza at a great price with friendly service. It is a bit hidden away on the northeast edge of the shopping center near the Fairfield Suites, but quite worth the hunt. The only complaint is the poor choice of wine labels. Sutter Home is about as low end as you can find.

Excellent family friendly pizza place with delicious food and great service. They have a toddler play area in the back, too! We tried the chicken supreme - fantastic - and the white pizza. If you like cheese youll love the white pizza. It was the highlight, for sure. We also ordered wings and ravioli, and everything was really good. Aside from wonderful food, they had a large selection of beers on tap, and a friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. If youre in the area, give Barros a shot - youll be happy you did! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, but not sure about vegan. Kid-friendliness: Play area in the back. Very family friendly!

Its the best pizza in town in my opinion Lots of space. This is like the pizza tavern of way back when, but more modern. I cant handle the pizza buffets in town. I can eat a greqt pizza and drink a beer here. A juke box would be fun. Food

My wife had a coupon for a free pizza. The pizza is OK. There are not too many choices by the slice. The soda fountain had no CO2. The Ceasars salad is pretty good. That was the highlight. Im not crazy about the pizza barn atmosphere.

I Love Barros! This is the only place I can get a gluten free pizza that tastes exactly like an original pizza! Not once have I had a bad experience or a bad pizza! Great employees and accommodating!!! I drive all the way from the Rockwall area to McKinney to get My pizza!!! I will not go anywhere else!!! Our daughter plays for vision volleyball. So on our trip down there tonight we stop by because we heard this pizza place was amazing. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere and the employees were absolutely awesome. I think the wife and I found a new place for date night, and we live over 30 minutes away.

Amazing pizza! Love love love this place! So glad they are in TX we used to visit in AZ. They have specials and we ordered their two large 1 topping pizza. With drinks and a a salad the price was very reasonable. My kids enjoy their play area and we enjoy the TVs and calm while they play!

Customer Service is everything to me and here lacks it! Today I went in to pick up my order. I repeat my said the salad is missing. The young ladies had an whole attitude claiming it was on the bad. I m knowing it wasn t! So I goes to the car to check , and guess what, NO Salad! I went back in and they had attitudes! Ask for a manager and her attitude was the same! Please get workers that care, these things make business lose customers!!!!!!

Medium sized family event and they were on top of it. Food was good and we went for a bunch of things. At least one of every pizza, wings, salads (Ill need to go back and get their chef salad I was too late getting to it ). Kids enjoyed the area in the back. All had a good time. Enjoy!

If big thick slices of pizza is your thing then this is the place! I went with the Lunch Special of 3 slices and a drink. For the special you are limited to what they have on hand, in this case pepperoni. It was hot, lots of gooey cheese and perfect amount of tangy sauce. The crust was thick and cooked thru without being raw or dry. There are many other options such as salads and sandwiches I did not try. Inside was clean and along the lines of a quiet sports bar, but family friendly. Parking: Many parking options as this is near other eateries.
