Christine McDonald is the agent that we worked with on our purchase of an undeveloped lot. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the entire purchase process, particularly because we live almost 900 miles away. Christine worked closely with us on every aspect, even providing contact information for getting a street address assigned, as well as information on the utilities. We handled the details of the purchase almost entirely via text messages, emails, and a few phone calls. Christine did a great job for us and we highly recommend her to anyone considering a real estate purchase.

Christine did amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. My family and I relocated across the country and needed to purchase a new home and we were referred to Christine (thankfully) for the task. Kandi quickly responded to all of our questions and made herself available whenever we needed something. The main thing that I really appreciated about Kandi was that she knew her stuff. Mainly, she could look at a home and point out structural issues or other potential problems. So, she wasn t just interested in making a quick sale, she really wanted to make sure she was helping us buy the best home for our needs. Amy has seriously been the biggest blessing in mine and my husbands life the past few months. She helped us sell our house in Clyde (we closed yesterday). Throughout the whole process, she was super informative, answered every single question we had no matter how stupid it was, & kept us up to date on every single thing going on. In looking to purchase our first home, we didnt know what we needed to do, so we just went to tons of open houses and met many realtors to get an idea of what we wanted. We first came in contact with the Brandi Smith Team when we emailed Cloe to complain about a listing online saying it had 26 pictures but it was the same three pictures. After that Cloe did her best to help us find a house and was very understanding when I told her we were going to stop looking due to an out of state job offer.
