Not a terrible experience up till after we bought the home. Turns out last tenant did not pay his electric bill so there was a hold on it. Been without electricity for a week due to this and the horrible experience with TXU giving us the runaround and placing us on hold 27 times per phone call to get us to the right people. I would just say a bit better research on properties by looking into utility history a bit better.

When the mortgage bank kept losing our papers and never gave us straight answers , she fought for us when some other realtors might not. She kept us from making some costly mistakes. I have known Pam Yungblut for a number of years now and I would highly recommend Pam to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home or property. Pam is so knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to know what you are looking for so she can find the best fit for you. My wife was able to call Pam on the spur of the moment to look at houses and Pam would be super quick to respond and get the appointments needed to look at houses. We could walk in an house and Pam would tell us the pros and cons of the house and give us essential information and opinions to help guide us in making good decisions. Even after the process was completed for buying a house, Pam would still call and check on us and give us important information and forms for just adjusting to a new house. She knows so many skilled people to get jobs done right! Pam works for you and is simply amazing at what she does!

When we decided to move to Texas we werent sure who to contact. We answered questions on Zillow and Kam Zinsser contacted us immediately. A little skeptical at first but shouldnt have been. All realtors should be as good as Kam. She stayed in contact with us from our first visit in April of 2022, until after we moved. No one has ever done that with us. We closed on our home the 15th of December 2022, and Kam still contacts us to see how we are doing. Everyone should be as dedicated as her.

Kam Zinsser is our go-to realtor! I recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor. Trustworthy! She replies very quickly when we reach out to her unlike some agents I ve used in the past. She sold our home a couple years ago and now we are looking to buy again. My daughter also recently purchased her first home with Kam. Great experience every time. She definitely ensures you know by her actions that she is there for you!

Pam Yungblut at Senter was my realtor for buying my very first house. God blessed me with finding her because we found a gem in the rough that I was able to fix up a bit and then sold 5 years later for more than others in the area were getting. Listen to her!! Look past fixes like paint or things she says you can fix. My house was purple and I wasn t sold but it was such a good buy I fell in love even with the purple color that made it unique! She also referred me to her electrician, house/car insurance, cleaner, etc. and they all are not only used by her, but some of the best, kindest working people I have met. I worked in real estate in college and someone like Pam is rarely what you get. She got me in a home in WEEKS when I was in a hurry to find somewhere and it was the best decision I made. I had an issue with the water after I moved in and she even took care of that. This woman goes ABOVE and BEYOND.

I was very fortunate to have connected with Sharla Wallace to begin my home search in Abilene. It was certainly challenging with ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and my living 3 hours away. Combine that with my home being sold in 4 days after listing on the market with a 30 day move-out....the stress level was pretty high to say the least. Sharla really helped make it all go smoothly and reduced the stress level with her efforts to find the perfect new home. I can honestly state that she went the extra mile through the entire process which I am quite grateful for. She knows the market very well which was a big plus.
