My husband and I have been patiently waiting to make our 2nd home purchase and after 8 years in our 1st home we pulled the trigger! There were a lot of working parts but Kim Ferrell and her team made it seamless. Above all, Kim has integrity and stuck by her word with every transaction that was processed. She sold our home and helped us purchase our new one. No question was a stupid question and she even sends us updates in the mail about upcoming events necessary for the home owning process, like applying for homestead exemptions! Searching for our perfect home while also being emotional about selling our previous house was not an easy task but Kim was supportive and understanding off all of our feelings/needs throughout the process. The rates when we purchased were not ideal but she gave us great resources and helped us feel comfort knowing when rates go down there are options for refi and to just reach back out to her! I shopped around for a realtor for several weeks until I was referred to Kimm Ferrell. I text messaged her 11/8/2021 and she responded within the same minute. The same day, she had the keys from the property manager and conducted an initial walkthrough. On 11/15/2021, the property was listed and by 11/17 an offer was accepted with a closing date of 12/17. Kimms connections in the greater Abilene area made for ease of repairs after the inspection report, and also for the expediency in replacing the roof...all within 30-days to ensure the closing date was met, which isnt easy in the month of December. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

My wife and I have purchased and sold 6 homes over the past 20 years. Of all of the transactions, this one was the fastest and easiest. Kim Ferrell was clearly the reason. She sold our home within 24 hours for full asking price and held fast during the negotiations with the owner of the home we purchased. We had to do very little during the process as Kim handled everything (pest inspection, small home repairs, closing on the day that fit our schedule etc.). We could not have been happier with our service.
