Was there today just wanted to say what a great job Emily was doing. She helped us at the prize counter then went to check people in at the front counter and between doing all that she helped us with the dipping Dots. Always patient and helpful and even though she was busy doing that all by herself she always had a smile on her face.

A good place to enjoy with the family, it is small but my son had a lot of fun in the play area. The pizza is simple but has good flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive. They offered us the appropriate packages for our needs and were patient in explaining how Chuck E. Cheese cards worked.

We love to come here, especially when its too hot/cold to play outside. Prices are reasonable and the kids love the games. Its always very clean. The manager(?) was super nice and came out to double-check a specialty order for my picky eater. I appreciated that he wanted to make sure they got it right!

Love this place, the manger was great but the cashier told me the salad bar was closed AT 8 pm. I asked her what time they close, she said 10 W..T..H!!! It s people like that, that ruin their chances of high rating. She was just not going to sell me the salad no matter what we told her. Manager had to be called, told us it was not closed. That s why he s the manager, great customer service.

Do not like the fact that they no longer use the black light when people are stealing and selling kids here like a foreign country. They make you take picture with your kids and show them the pic when you leave but my kids will take pictures with anyone so...that useless!! Otherwise pizza taste has gotten so much better !!! We arrived, had been waiting to be checked in....the put us to the side and then gave out reservation to someone behind us. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a new table set up and ready. We also had to then wait after receiving our table before we could start out part as for nothing had been ready.... We where given one childs table and the other tables next to them where unavailable for use at first as for the chairs had been zip tied to the table legs . We where left standing for a while until some finally allowed us to use one of the zip tied tables. The workers tried to make up for the issues....still could have been done better. Did not receive our full time at our table, we where rushed so that the next part could take place... did not get our full time do to the employe mistakes.
