Disappointed to say the least. Insurance company discredits you to lower the amount and Tara doesnt rebuttal that. I realized this after the fact but its ok I just wont never use her again!!

TARA WILL FIGHT FOR HER CLIENTS! I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR DUE TO VAVOLINE NOT PUTTING REAR END FLUID BACK IN AFTER CHANGING IT. THEY LIED AND SAID NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR CAUSED BY THEM. MY MECHANIC HAD THE PROOF AND TARA NEGOTIATED BACK AND FORTH TILL SHE GOT ME MONEY OUT OF THEM. SHE DOES NOT GIVE UP EASILY. SHE STANDS BY HER CLIENTS I HIGHLY RECCOMEND TARA

Tara recently helped a family member with a legal matter. They made an excellent decision by hiring Tara! Tara is a great listener and never made my family feel rushed or like a bother when telling Tara what they thought or asking questions. Tara also directly answered questions that were asked. Tara was always very easy to get in contact with if questions came up in between Office visits. Tara was a fierce advocate for our interests when dealing with the other side, but was also always honest with us about what to expect and what the law is. Tara always told us what we needed to hear even if it wasn t what we wanted to hear. Finally, Tara stayed in contact with us throughout the case and was always extremely quick with doing the work that needed to be done to achieve our successful result in a challenging, complex case.

My daughter experienced a work related injury and although the employer has no posted instructions regarding the reporting of injuries, my daughter took the correct steps, including immediately reporting the injury to her manager and obtaining ER attention. Middle management seems to have failed to report it to upper management, resulting in the employer denying responsibility because it was not reported timely. We called several law firms to inquire if legal intervention was warranted, and only the Low Law Firm returned her call. She was provided detailed advice and actionable information, including the name and contact number for the employers Workmans Comp carrier. She filed a claim directly with the carrier by phone and received exceptional service and payment of her medical costs. Best yet, she avoided the need for legal intervention or litigation. We couldnt be more pleased with, or appreciative of, MS Lows exceptional advice and help.
