I was charged $4500 for 5 hours of his time. Many of the questions I had he was unable to answer. It took me a few months to write this review, since I do appreciate what he does for the community and was the only reason I went with him in the first place. I think up front pricing would help a small startup business strategize better. Get your cost upfront unless you dont care what it costs you. After doing more research on what it should have cost me with other attorneys, they were closer to $2,000-$2,500. The articles of formation he wrote for the LLC were very standard and even had some typos on personal documentation. Be careful with providing a retainer because unless it is in writing the $5,000 may never be returned.
