Pros: Mike Priest handled everything fine...except the $235 fine really seemed excessive Cons: Assistant Atanya does not consistently return emails. I sent multiple emails that got no response. The phone wasnt answered, but I did receive a voicemail. For a couple days I thought I might have a warrant for my arrest because I received a failure to appear notice. Very disappointed with David White. Horrible communication and I ended up getting screwed in the end and he literally could care less. He was dishonest (or possibly extremely forgetful of his commitments), he took way too long on everything, and stated he would continue to negotiate outstanding medical bills; however, once he got his money he left all the medical providers hanging and they are calling me for full collections. It s sad that a car accident (that wasn t my fault) ended up costing me so much and I trusted him to be in my corner; yet, discovered he wasn t in my corner at all.

A very dishonest law office. He took money from my brother and then advised him to plead guilty. My brother is a struggling dad, whom supports our mom, his wife and 2 kids. He worked as a truck driver and this was my brothers first traffic violation ever. David White, insisted on having my brother plead guilty and ruining his life. Every attorney that we ve spoken with since then, have said that my brother should not have plead guilty and they would have at least kept this off of his record. David white claims that a 20 year old court martial prohibited this. He is a liar and a crook. I insist that you read every review on here and look at his responses to them. This guy shouldn t pretend to care about his clients or pretend to be an attorney.

This review was not left in error. My cousin is a truck driver and had to explain to his family how his license has been suspended after finding out about his wife s illness. You told him that no one would care When he brought this up to you. When he explained everything that happened to my sister in law, who is a secretary for a law firm, she said that he shouldn t have never plead guilty. You ruined my cousins life but Karma will catch up to you, either in this life or the afterlife. God Bless. Do Not use this attorney. He is a court appointed lawyer who will tell you to plead guilty and take a deal because hes friends and coworkers with the DA, and the judge. My cousin hired him in good faith and he did nothing for him. Didn t even read his case, until the day of court , nor did he argue or submit any of the documents that was asked to be presented. My cousin has a dying wife, with medical documents and asked to speak to the judge himself. He told my cousin that no one would care about his story. As God is my witness, this is what he told my cousin about his dying wife. I don t understand how someone can be that cold, heartless, and deceiving.

He s literally the worst communicating lawyer there is. I agreed to his amount of 33% on my case and in 9 months I ve never received one call from him or his law firm. He s literally the worst lawyer in the big country. I wouldn t suggest anyone using his law firm at any cost

A dishonest law office. I was robbed out of $300. They represented me in my absence for a traffic matter and then could not give any paperwork or evidence of what they say they did. Stay away from unscrupulous lawyers that will only steal your money.

I enlisted the Law Offices of David White for help with a general warranty deed. I tried contacting two other law offices in my area and they never returned my calls! I guess my case wasnt worth their time! David returned my call an hour after making contact with his office. My general warranty was taken care of in two days! Ive had multiple speeding tickets in the past and have never had any problem getting them dismissed when hiring an attorney to take care of it. However this is the second time Ive used David Whites services, both times were ultimate fails. It seems that the only thing his firm wants to do for their clients is negotiate schemes with his local county & district to help generate more revenue instead of actually assisting his clients. I doubt if he even does any work for his clients being the his legal assistants are the only ones ever processing paperwork or making phone calls. Im very disappointed yet again & wont be making the same mistake of hiring a small town attorney that clearly works with the county not the client. Sincerely disappointed with his lack of ambition and legal skills or lack thereof.

I had a personal civil case that I needed to have taken care of, I sought out Mr. White as my attorney. He was honest and open about all of the options that were at our disposal and made several suggestions as to what would be the best course of action and all of the possible outcomes with each option. He is also easily accessible, any time I had a question or requested an update, I would call in or e-mail and he would be available to let me know how everything was going and where in the case we were. He is highly knowledgeable and has a great grasp on any case that needs to be handled and I highly recommend using his services for any case that you may need to seek an attorney for.

I recently contacted this law office to get advice and representation for a speeding ticket. The legal assistant I spoke with, DLynn, was so kind and incredibly helpful. Although I still have to pay a fine and take a drivers safety course, the deal they reached with the courts for me will keep the ticket off my driving record, which was very important to me. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends should any of them ever need an attorney. I cannot express my appreciation for their prompt attention to my situation.

The last thing I imagined when I sent my child off to college in another state is that I would need attorney representation. Unfortunately this was the case and needless to say I was devasted. I have no friends or family in Texas to turn to for advise or recommendations. Ill never forget praying before picking an attorney at random. I asked God to point me in the right direction. I asked to be led to someone who would represent my child as he or she would their own and thank God for Attorney David White. From the moment I spoke to him I could feel his compassion and geniune concern for my situation. He listened without judgement and reassured me that he would help my child. Everything David White told me he would do he delivered. Although I was initially skeptical because Attorney White looks young and inexperienced he quickly earned my respect because he is intelligent, straight-forward, honest and willing to work with a limited income. I have not used their services, but I just called about getting help with a speeding ticket that I received while traveling through Clyde, Texas. The receptionist was honest and extremely helpful with the information she provided. A bad law office could have easily charged me for a service I did not need. Thank you for your honesty!
