Was very disappointed with this being a newly opened Hartz Chicken, its nothing like the other ones we have been to. The set up is very inconvenient, instead of having access to both sides of the buffet you have to reach across the food in the front to get any in the back. The price was much higher, even for senior citizens, the chicken strips & fish I got were cold, the mac & cheese was very dry, the rolls were not fresh, just all around bad. It was not at all worth the price, will not be returning. The best Hartz Chicken is in Texas City.

Our family went to this location for a sit down meal. Five people for the buffet was $81. The food was hot and fairly decent. They dont put fries on the buffet and dont offer BBQ sauce for the chicken tenders on the buffet. The only sauces offered is hot sauce and ketchup. Not ideal if you have kids. They also have a sign that says to eat clear your plate before you get a new one. I felt like workers were watching before you got a new plate. So if you didnt like the beans as I didnt, you would toss it away. The chicken fingers are also not comparable to the Beaumont location. The ends are very crispy and super small. I prefer that location over the buffet here.

Hartz Chicken is ok, dont have lots of variety of food, and the service line on the buffet needs to be turned up, food doesnt stay hot!

Their Buffet is really really good! They keep fresh and hot items constantly flowing! The dirty rice there is some of the best I ve had in a good hot minute lol. I highly recommend the spicy wings, the okra and tomatoes , the macaroni and cheese has a groovy sweetness to it that hits the mark! And they have more meats other than fried chicken pieces but they offer baked chicken, tenders , gizzards and livers to enjoy along with meatballs in gravy, fried fish, GO GET YOU SOME!!!

The food was okay, but it was way too expensive! I really can not eat that much at one time to get my moneys worth at a buffet for the price that they charge. They will not let you take anything that you have left on your pkaye home in a to-go box.

We went on Tuesday at 8:43pm. They close at 8pm. Went through drive thru. Our experience was great the Teenagers we very polite and mannerable unlike so many fast food places. We ordered the 12pc special and ½ Rolls Everything was hot fresh and delicious to say the were closing. We did have to wait a while but it was worth the wait!!! Omgoodness those Rolls were so soft, buttery, & fresh. Definitely going back! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Chicken was really good. I got there around 11:45 am. The first round of food was cold, but the second round of chicken was fresh and hot . The fried gizzards were good. Also, it was worth the 14.99 will go back again.

The fried chicken and liver was good but everything else needed a lot more love. The set up for the buffet is completely wrong and parking is a nightmare because access to the other half of the parking lot is blocked by the drive through. Hopefully this is just practice and they can get it right later on. First of all there are no labels on anything so you have to guess at what youre putting on your plate. Second you only have access from the front and have to wait or squeeze between people if you wanna go back to get something else. Until they switch it up and make it better I wont be going back. And I was really excited that we were getting a Hartz. Its nothing like I remember from being on the road looking forward to my favorite stop in Houston.

I go to Hartz (11th street Beaumont) almost everyday because the chicken tenders are not the size of gargantuan dinosaur strips. I came to this location (Twin City) just yesterday and the tenders were normal size like Hartz on 11th street, I go today and the strips are extra long and thick, I just waisted right at $15 and all I m eating from my meal is beans & a roll. Gonna stick to 11th street
