It looks nice as we walked in but as we are going to wash our hands in the restrooms there are baby roaches everywhere on the floor. Me personally I would recommend not to go there cause I for sure know I never will again.

Update 8/14: Saw two new faces in the kitchen. They were good. The seafood crispy noodles tasted wonderful, maybe even better than when owner makes the dish. Onions were cooked but still had nice crisp texture. Carrots were softer than when owner makes this dish, I prefer the overly cooked carrots. Not a fan of crispy carrots, so this was a nice change. One piece of squid tasted like ammonia, but the other pieces were great. Right amount of saltiness. Fragrant oils, definitely saw them working that wok like the pros. Update 11/11/2022. Crispy noodle with seafood was incredible today. One of the best crispy noodles I ve had. Owner was there. He probably made it that s why it was so good. Redoing my old review with this one because takeout during Covid is delicious here. Pho street special pho. Crispy seafood noodles. Both were excellent. Nice temperature on the sauce. It was kept separate so crispy noodles didn t suffer sogginess. Plenty of veggies and protein. Wish there were one piece of mushroom and shrimp. Probably will just buy two orders of the crispy noodles next time. They are that good. There was practically no line for pickup.

Went tonight Food was ok Meat was sparse in my son s sandwich and our shrimp fried rice (we had 6 shrimp on it). Be prepared that the price on the screen is NOT what you are charged. Sandwich is listed as $6, but is actually $8 Fried rice and other chicken dish listed as $10.50, but is actually $13.50. Drinks listed as $2.25, but are actually $2.95 Our bill was almost $12 more than the prices listed. It s an electronic menu screen, so not sure why they can t change it.

I ordered delivery. The beef pho is 16 much more pricey than any other pho places. They didnt include the extra veggies like other places do. The noodles was also a tiny portion for a large.It was okay but will not be ordering again or dining in.

Food is good but customer service is absolutely terrible. Was told I ask for too much when I asked for one extra peanut sauce because my mother and I didn t want to have to share. Very rude staff, ESPECIALLY the young girl behind the counter. She is the reason for every problem I have heard come from that place. WILL NEVER BE BACK, and will make sure to spread the word about the terrible experience. I have many friends who eat there and they will be absolutely disgusted. Good luck continuing to ruin your business .

I have a problem staying away from this place. I love the spicy stir fry garlic chicken! Comes with vegetables, an egg roll and I get white rice. Very filling! The staff is friendly and food is ready when they say it is for pick up.

Ordered online, typed in specific instructions (NO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE for one order and NO EGG for another). Got home order completely wrong. Ordered take away. Some shrimp spring rolls, tofu spring rolls, and a seafood pho for the fam. If not into spicy spring roll peanut dipping sauce then ask for Sriracha on side. Broth for seafood pho was very hot, even after longish drive home. Nice packed hoisin and Sriracha to add extra oomph if desired. Do need to let noodles sit in broth, then stir, to help loosen them back up from drive home. Vegetarian options: Proteins csn be askedf for as add ons Parking: Strip center with plenty of spaces nearby door for take away.

I am a regular here. Well I was. Not anymore for sure. I hardly ever leave reviews and dont care to but this time I do feel that I have to. Loved the food and location was convenient. Come here all the time for Pho or BBH or Lemongrass grill pork. Today I went there at around 2:40. Before I went there I called to place my order for pick up. A young girl answered the phone(it was first time her answering for me, Its usually someone else) I said hello. She kept on saying hello hello like 5 times. Im saying hello can you hear me. She then goes what can I get for you with an attitude. Told her what i wanted. I placed my order. I get there to pay for my order and pick it up. The young girl who answered the phone and took my order was there. She asked me if I wanted an receipt I said yes. Came home. Ate the food and didnt look at the receipt until now. The young girl wrote FU on the receipt. I think shes daughter of the owner. Your disrespectful daughter is ruining your business. Up until today Ive never looked at their Google reviews, I do see all the 1 star reviews stating young lady being rude. I understand and know exactly who theyre reffering to. I wont put my foot in your restaurant ever again. Nobody should be disrespected like this. As I said I was a regular there and owner is always nice. Ill go to PHO544

I learned a hard lesson ordering their $8 banh mi sandwich and spring rolls. Not here... not this price. Im feeling a little cheated... my fault and also my opinion. Ive had dinner at Pho Street on several occasions and enjoy their service. They have a great system for their store! The only flaws I seem to catch are the gaps in the flavors of their beef broth. Something is missing in the beef broth - perhaps its my palate that is tricking me because Im not a professional - but on the outside looking in the beef broth leaves a bit to be desired. I did get a chance to try the vegetable broth today, and it was a great improvement from the last time I had it. I highly recommend the vegetable lovers out there to try it out.

Not the best Pho and Banh Mi Ive ever had but it definitely wasnt bad and worth a try if youre looking for pho in the area. The pho noodle they used was by far the best Ive had. Love the texture and how perfectly al dente it was. The broth itself was very clear and flavorful but I felt like it was short on one of the pho spices. Banh Mi was just ok. The bread they used was more like a sub or hero for a philly cheese steak. Rather than a real baguette, which would have been more crisper on the outside. The pickled carrots and radish was under seasoned. Needs more salt and acid to cut the fat from the meat. Overall, not disappointed. I will be back to try out more items on the menu. FYI: you order, pay, grab a seat and wait for your food. No servers. Seems like a new trend to cut out service staffs. Some may or may not agree but smart move.

11-10-22 at 745pm. The worst service ever. A young lady told me as I walked up, do you know what you want? I said not yet and she said well we close at 8. WOW So I ordered and the cost was high. So I asked for the receipt and she rolled her eyes. I asked for an extra bowl and she yelled from the kitchen that she put it on the register. People walked in and she yelled from the kitchen, we close at 8. They turned and walked out. Her attitude is trash and this is the second time, Im done. The food is not that great either, apparently they cant make a bowl of soup.

This place gets pretty packed during the night which is a great sign. Although i d love to leave 5 stars we did have a huge family in front of us when ordering so they did take a hefty amount of time. There was only one person in the front juggling all the tasks. They were also out of a lot of refreshment options. I absolutely loved the pork gyoza and the bulgogi beef. They are pretty quick bringing plates out thankfully.

This was the place to go, but not anymore this place is nasty and not clean, food doesnt have any flavor its just bad hard to eat they soup now. I ordered beef pho and got brisket instead with meat balls. Ill never be back i dont recommend this place. This is the worst place to eat vietnamese food in Texas. This is one of our family s go to pho locations. There is a bit of everything for everyone to enjoy and that delicious street food vibe. It pleases the pallets from all age groups. You can tell time and love is put into their pho broth and my husband really enjoys their lemongrass pork. My children will eat their noodles and meatballs everyday if they had a choice. They were a bit busy due to take out and from what I could see delivery service orders. The inside wasn t as busy so I m glad to see they have the business!

Hate it. I don t usually give reviews at all but I have ordered Pho from 5 different places and this one is the worst BY FAR. I am a Vegetarian but they only had a Vegan option and - I am sorry, but this tastes terrible. The noddles are all sticked together, they did not send me bread (I ordered bread) and this broth is just uneatable. The broth just has the weirdest taste ever. My husband ordered chicken wings and egg rolls and he absolutely hated it too. I am never ordering from this place ever again.

We use to come quite a bit before Covid and loved it. It took them way too long to open to the public and we decided to find another establishment to enjoy Pho. We came back after they shortly opening and have been disappointed both times. We miss the regular cashier. He was a very nice man who was attentive to getting your order, checking on you and saying bye when you left. The owner would come out to and say hello and it seems he is stuck behind preparing food and doesn t have the chance to remember his customers as much. The Pho has changed. Noodles are too much and broken up and hard to enjoy. The meat seems pre cooked and dried out. Meatballs seem a different flavor. Tables aren t cleared off quickly to be able to sit down. Seems there is more of a focus on take out then the dine in experience. Prices have gone up too. Seems during the panademic they redid the floors and table tops and booths. Honestly we are a little disappointed in the flavor of the broth too. We tried to come back but in all honesty it isn t worth the raised prices and lack of service. We have decided to continue with our new replacement Pho restaurant which is only down the street.

Been 4 times now in 2 weeks (3 years past now, several other times since) and had Pho (soup), entrees and appetizers. This is very good and nothing disappointed. This is one of my 2 new go-to reliable restaurants and drubs over 90% of other choices. I will return relatively frequently. My high fave is the Shaken Beef, delicious and tender. The spicy lemongrass chicken was prime and the pho was quite good.

The food was so fresh and delicious! I cant recommend the wonton tacos enough. Both chicken and beef varieties were fantastic! This was my first time ordering take out here. I appreciated that the websites menu was descriptive and the online order process was easy. Listing top sellers on the websites menu allowed me, a noob, an opportunity to try something that I could have missed. If this is your first time, I recommend trying some of the best sellers. You wont be disappointed.

My family loves the food, especially the wonton tacos. The only problem Ive found is its very inconsistent. You can order the same thing 5 times in a row and get different portions and flavors 5 times. The website is also terrible to order off of, sometimes it registers our account and sometimes it doesnt. Worth a try overall if youre curious.

I have been eating vietnamese sandwiches for many many years as its one of my favorite foods. Mybe Im just confused but out of the maybe 500 bahn mi sandwiches Ive eaten I have never had one with the same meat that comes in pho. Usually in my experience the pork meat on the sandwich is a grilled seasoned meat. I am kind of disappointed in the quality of the bread and dry egg as well. I guess ill try pho 544 next time. I ordered online and there was not a picture but I think maybe they gave me the wrong meat on the sandwich? I had to update my review! Pho Street Cafe reached out to me and apologized for my unsatisfactory experience. They offered to make it right and tonight they did! TOTALLY REDEEMED! My meal tonight was amazing! We re so happy we found this pho joint when we moved to Wylie! We ve become regular customers, their food is good and consistent! Love this place, always the highest quality pho. The homemade broth makes a huge difference. The owners have always been sweet and made us feel welcomed. Even before the pandemic, their delivery service was on point. Call directly to get it if you live nearby! Its worth it.

I always get the beef pho and Viet egg rolls! I ve tried every entree they have and they are great and fresh. Definitely try the wonton tacos and garlic edamame! If u like iced coffee they have the best. They just introduced me to the ready to go bowls that s amazing for times I have to go back to work and try to enjoy such a great meal! The customer service is just as great as their food they provide! Thanks crew for everything y all do!

The pho is of good quality and their service is friendly. Unlike the typical pho restaurant, the seating area and kitchen look very well kept and clean! The only down side, which I dont blame them for, is their prices. In the area, other Asian restaurants are priced the same which establishes the competition. However, Im used to paying a little less for the same or better quality pho in other cities (i.e. Garland or Arlington). Other than that, if I want a bowl of pho due to convenience, Ill go here because its close by with quality food!

So fresh and sooooo great! The staff is very nice and they are helpful with ordering and making sure your food is the spice level you prefer. We ve been eating here on a regular basis since they opened and have never had anything to complain about. The egg/spring rolls are fantastic, as is everything we have ever tried.

I love their food! Been going to Pho Street for almost 3 years now and its so good. Ive gotten their pork chops, basil and lemongrass fried rice and chicken pho and it never disappoints. Customer service is ok, not terrible but not great. But decent enough to keep going.
