The food wasnt my personal favorite, but it wasnt bad. The waitress made sure our glasses never made it half empty. She definitely gave us her full attention, granted we were the only 2 in the restaurant. I had the pasta sampler( one manicotti, one small square of lasagna, and another red sause pasta), and kiddo had the spaghetti.

Ordered online at the hotel that I was staying at. Total bill $30 dollars plus with delivery fee and tip! Absolutely the worst service and food I ve ever tasted. Salad not fresh and not cut into bite size, garlic knots very salty and not fresh, lasagna(cheap frozen would be better)! No utensils or napkins included, when called restaurant I was told they don t provide, and the employee hung up. Don t waste your time or money on this horrible restaurant!

Ordered Chicken Primavera Pasta. It was made quickly but they forgot the chicken. When I asked if they would remake my order they said they could give me a box of chicken, but would not remake my order. The pasta was soupy as others have mentioned in their reviews. Two stars because the women at the drive thru counter was very nice.

My Great Nephew and Great Nieces were coming over to swim so I thought I would order pizza for all of us. I typically like to stay away from the big chains so tried a local restaurant. I ordered a large Cheese and a large Pepperoni. I grew up in Pennsylvania so I have higher expectations for pizza. Down here in Texas I have yet to find pizza that reminds me of home. All of the time the main issue is the crust. No one can get it right so it was the same with Napolis. I would rate the crust about 4 on a scale of 1-10. Not the restaurants fault as I mentioned...no one can get it right. The sauce was a little spicy. Leaning towards salsa and the cheese was not the best mozzarella. All in all it was almost ok. The kids liked it or at least ate most of it but they were born in Texas. They have never had the experience of East coast pizza. Service was outstanding and the prices are great! Next time I am visiting I might try some of their other fares.

Try Luigis then try this. Napolis is a little closer to many things but their entire menus is stolen straight from Luigis -- and it really shows. The food is exactly what youd expect if someone random tried to knock off an authentic 5 star Italian chef. Sauce is very weirdly tangy, staff barely speak to you. Very little care is put into presentation. Astonishingly prices are even worse. The only reason the food gets 3 stars is because the menu they ripped off is so good. Seriously try the lasagna, pizza or any of the artichoke dishes at both places - you will know instantly.

The food took forever to come out once we ordered. We waited about 50 minutes. When what we had ordered was finally ready, we were disappointed at how small the portions were for such a high price. We left hungry and ended up spending an arm and a leg. We were the only ones there when we arrived so no reason why our food took 50 minutes to get out. There were also small children running around inside the kitchen area. If you ve got an Italian craving, Olive Garden is the place to go here in town.

Went there with my mother for first time. Worst junk we ever tried to eat. Ordered a plate with veal and mushrooms over spaghetti. Could not cut veal mushrooms were canned and spaghetti was terrible. I ordered the ravioli without sauce. The raviolis were burnt and the cheese was rotten could not even get fork to my nose the smell was so bad. Was charged for it anyway. Cook I wont call this guy a chef said it was because of no sauce. I guess that caused it to burn and spoil the cheese. He did not think I could understand him talking to the waitress. We also ordered a sm cheese pizza and a sm white cheese pizza to go. Decided to try a piece in car in parking lot. Those pizzas are now in the dumpster out back. Good luck if you eat at this place. 16$ for 3 tough shrimp and 50c of noodles and it tastes like clamp juice instead of shrimp Alfredo. Chicken Alfredo 14$ tastes the same clamp juice but with processed chicken jerky. After being turned away by a more pretentious restaurant in town, we checked here and they were able to quickly seat a larger party. Clearly a family run establishment with all the coziness and friendliness that comes with family. The menu was large and varied with great prices for the large amount of food you get. We were here from Denver scoping out Wichita Falls as a possible retirement city. Stopped in here for lunch and were very pleased. Great service, the waitress was on drink refills before we had to ask. I had the lasagne and it was delicious and steaming hot with the cheese all melted. My hubby had a pizza and he was very happy with it, the crust was nice and crisp without being burnt, and hot melted cheese. So hot it had to be eaten with a fork for the first few bites. The stuffed mushrooms you have to try they are the best I have ever had. But the pasta it was like cloud 9 all over again. I have never tasted anything like it. I went to the small little Italian restaurant with my cousin and oh my was it good. We got the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. It was in a tasty tomato based sauce that tasted like a tomato bisque and it was amazing. I got the Calzone and it was quite good but what topped it off was the excellent sweet tea. It was by far the best Sweet tea I have had since returning to Texas. Ten out of ten.

We stopped here on a recommendation from family, and we are glad we did. While the restaurant isnt stylish, it is clean and well maintained. The wait staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I ordered their sampler, it was outstanding. While some Italian restaurants use too much or too watery sauce, Napolis was perfect. The manicotti was particularity well made, it was obvious it was not made by a chain restaurant. The portion sizes were great for the price. It is always great to find a locally owned restaurant with great prices and great food!

Me and my girlfriend decided to try something new, and after looking at the reviews online, we decided on this place. When we arrived, we were seated immediately and given menus. After looking over all the items, we decided on the Chicken Alfredo. When we received the dish, the fettuccine and chicken were overly drenched in sauce that tasted like hamburger helper. The chicken tasted like it was heated up in a microwave then placed on the dish, and the fettuccine noodles were overcooked. We did get dessert which was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful; these both combined saved this review from a one star. After receiving the check, we ended up with a total of 37.98 for two waters, two Alfredos with chicken, and two desserts. Not worth the price.

Food was microwaved and there was only one server. Covid must have hit them hard. I remember the food being much better. Will try again in a few months.

Good Pizza! We enjoy getting pie from here, calling in and pick it up from the drive through window. Pizza is good, and not as salty as some of the chain restaurants. Nice to support a local business!
