Took my 10 yr sister to a birthday party up here on 2 different occasions, both times customer service was absolutely horrible! The husband (Andy I believe) who owns the place harassed me both times, & now this time actually followed me to my car to tell me the party mom said I can t leave (I spoke to the mother before hand & walked out with another parent who left their child & he said not a word to) I explained to him I wasn t even leaving, just sitting in my car to make a phone call. He then proceeded to question my age, I asked him why he needed to know that & told him I m an adult. He begins screaming that I need to leave the parking lot or go inside. I tell him nothing he is asking me is his concern and I will be leaving. I begin to get out to get get my sister who s inside. he continues yelling asking me where do you think your going I proceed to walk back in & very calmly tell my sister it is time to go, as this is a 10 yr old birthday party I was not going to make a scene. We very quickly got her shoes on, thanked the party mom & headed towards the door. The husband flipped off my 10 yr old sister on the way out & then continued to follow and watch us until we got back in the car to drive away. Not to mention the skate floor is broken in so many different places, one of the wheels actually came off one of the skates I was wearing, & the whole place is just gross! Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience. The place is vintage but had a nice charm, the actual skating was nice as well. However, the customer service and rudeness from the owners, Gloria and Andy, was absolutely ridiculous. Gloria approached a 14 year old girl about 2 inches from her face and proceeded to wave her finger in the childs face. The child was standing about 10 feet from the front door with TWO ADULTS, she was not unsupervised or causing harm, she was simply looking at the surprise gift that was about to be shown to the birthday boy. It is absolutely ridiculous for a person to behave in that manner to a child. When Gloria was confronted and confirmed that the child was indeed with a responsible adult her attitude and rudeness escalated. She proceeded to return inside and continue to say ugly and hateful things out loud for all at the party to hear. I would not recommend this to anyone. I understand that it is a cheaper option, but that does not make it ok to treat your customers in such an awful manner.

Great place for a party! Very nice owners. Most reasonable price party venue I ve found in Wichita. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again!

Family friendly atmosphere but dont drive past it as its easy to miss right past the animal shelter. Amenities arent many; however, it is definitely a skating rink
