The food and service are awesome! We had deviled eggs, pork carnitas quesadilla, and chicken and waffles. All far exceeded expectation. Staff was attentive and the restaurant was impeccably clean. Josh and his team do an excellent job at this location!

I went in on Sunday sat at the bar with a friend. The bartender took our drink order and forgot to mention that the league city water taste like dirt. After the bartender took our drink order we had to flag someone down to get our food order and then when I wanted another drink again I had flag some one down. The food was very good it was slightly greasy but good.

Our first time came to this place, Our experience was slightly disappointed. I gave it a one star service. We walked in, ordered our foods from menu posted on the wall. A card for open tab was required; until you tell them to close it. We were given a tracking device, pick a seat wherever we want and server would bring food to our table. We sat and waited tor our foods about 20+ minutes later, our foods were brought but still no server. We had to walk up to a bar to find someone to serve us drinks. We were told they will send someone. When she same, there was not a friendly greet just ask us what we want to drink. Brought us our drink and not once came back to us to see if we needed refill or anything else. Servers were young probably in their late teen or very early 20s. They huddled, chit-chat, but did not tend to us. We were the only customers on the floor seatings and a few people were seated on stools at a drink bar at that time. It was not busy at all. We felt neglected and unwelcome. Maybe because we are not Caucasians? Food was pricey but decent tastings. A little over rated for me. Personally I am not coming back.

Overall very rude staff. The place seems to be ran by a bunch of kids who don t want to work. We had to ask for forks, boxes etc. basic things and were met with attitudes like we were stupid. The food was just okay. Nothing special. This place looks like it would be so fun but the staff make it a unwelcoming environment.

WOW, WOW and WOW!!! A really cute place! Lots of room for families. Very clean, great Bloody Marys, and food was fresh and delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A credit card is required when you start ordering and they run a tab. Finally, and most importantly, THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PICKLE BALL COURTS. Dont forget to reserve a court to play so you wont be disappointed.

Pickle ball was fun but if you want to eat there then expect zero customer service. We paid for pickle ball but afterwards we were hungry and there was no one on site :( we waited for 25 minutes and no one ever bothered to check on us so we paid our tab (which we had to find a register) and left. So for the future we will only show up to play but will find another place to eat so we can be acknowledged.

This place is super legit. The food - awesome, I havent had a bad meal yet. Highlights - the smoked wings, wraps and chicken strips. The service - very good, sometimes it can be hard to track someone down when busy, but overall, multiple servers are willing to help you out. Atmosphere - amazing, so much to do and such a chill vibe to take friends, chill with the family. Overall this is a place I will continue coming back, just for the food and atmosphere. I havent even played one game of pickleball yet, so they have more than enough reasons to come and hangout.

Huge place to bring the family to eat, drink and enjoy a game of pickle ball. Place has plenty of space to host an event or party. There is also a Saturday brunch and a patio area upstairs with seating. Part of it is covered which is perfect for those Texas hot sunny days. Customer service was great and so was my Caesar Chicken Wrap with Potato Fries. The Margaritas were decent as well.

There was a little miscommunication when we got there, but the management team did an awesome job ( Alejando , Alhin )( sry if misspelled the names) our serving staff outstanding ( Joni Sanchez and Hunter Thomas ) just like Chad had said prior , me booking a birthday party for my daughter there. First time here and I really enjoyed it. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and orzo pasta salad. I highly enjoyed it. We also had fried pickles that were so crispy. Not pictured was my husbands pickled chicken sandwich which I accidentally got grilled and not fried but he devoured the the whole thing. I cant comment on the business because we came right when they opened. I will definitely be back another day to try when they are busy to see if the service and food is the same. I love the space and atmosphere and cant wait to see how it is with lots of people or even when it starts getting cool outside.

This place is a really fun, laid back environment! Its great for families, groups, dates, and happy hours. They have multiple indoor and outdoor bars, indoor and outdoor activities, indoor pickle, outdoor pickle, upstairs over 21 bar, sports bar, indoor seating, yard games, ping pong. And the setup allows you to move about and play in different areas because you open a tab and keep ordering under your name, food and drinks! So you can pick up and move to different areas! I could spend hours and a whole lot of money here. I will be back. OH AND they have sport wheelchairs so more people with disabilities can participate in pickle. Kid-friendliness: We came with a 7, 4, and 2 year old. Set them up with some games inside a circle of lawn chairs keeping them corralled, so we could just sit and relax and order food and drinks while the kids played!

Took my wife here to get something quick to eat and watch some people play pickle ball. Instead of getting a table and waited on , you order your meal first thing, then pick a seat then you get a waiter/tress to get your drinks from the bar. So you end up opening a tab anyways. The night we went was pretty dead so service was good. While sitting in the bar area they keep the AC cold enough to hang meat, so if you get cold easy bring a jacket. Our food came out fairly easy and was pretty good for the price. After we ate we went outside to check out the rest of the place. There is a ton of outdoor games to play for free : cornhole , connect four, Jenga, foosball, ping pong. We ended up getting another beer at the indoor pickleball area. Which every court was taken. If you want to play pickleball I think you have to reserve days in advance. All in all this is a pretty good place for a date night. The place itself was very nice, even though I m not a pickleball player. I went to just check out the food since it s a fairly new place in the area, it was slightly confusing. I didn t know rather if I needed to just sit down and wait for a waitress, or how it worked. Nobody greeted me, once I finally figured out myself I had to order at the front, the guy taking orders wasn t very informative. I even told him it was our first time, he didn t seem to really care. Food was decent. The service is nice. They have wait staff walling around and you can always find someone if you have a concern or question. They offer pickleball. You should ask about a waiting list of sorts. Drove 4hrs for the experience. Arrived at 4pm and had a pleasant greeting fr a you g woman and given and a broken down explanation of how it all works since we had not ever been. The bartenders were very hospitable and the staff for the most part were good. A few employees went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time since it was my birthday, I wish I got their names because they were absolutely amazing. When we first arrived we set up our pickle ball reservation for 730pm. So we played just about every game, enjoyed drinks and food until then. We walked into the pickleball area to check in at 720p. The young guy at the counter stated that he would let us know when our court, paddles and ball were ready. We stayed by the counter until 745pm; our reservation was only for 30mins. Throughout this time that we waited we observed this employee scrolling through social media while standing at the counter. There were still people playing on our reserved court. After the people prior to us left I finally went over to the counter and asked, again he was still playing on his phone, the young guy about our court to which he replied as if we had not just spoken. He took us over to our court and I asked how we know what time to get off the court to which he replied you re reservation is until 8pm , I looked at him shocked because by this time it was 750pm. I could not believe what he just told me. So we began to play. At 8:02pm the next group came up with the same employee who was asking us to leave the court. I was again shocked. We explained our frustration but left the court to respect the next party s reservation. We spoke with the young guy to express our frustration to which he replied that he would remove the court from the bill. After receiving the bill we noticed that the paddles and balls were still on the bill; we asked again for it to be revised, it came back with game supplies still listed after the 3rd revision and a manager override twice it was finally removed from the bill. They offered a free game another day but our trip was already planned so we didn t have time to come back. By this point it was already 820pm and we were over the experience. It all went so well until the end; we came for the experience and will not be coming back because of it

Came here for an event I was invited to. It was my first time. I understand this place is less than a year old. Its a huge place. Lots of room to hang out. The staff were very attentive. They have a bar or two. There are lots of Pickleball courts available. Most of the menu is chicken based here. We tried a few different items. The food was nothing special. The sweet potato fries were my favorite. The deviled eggs were good, but the jalapeño on top made them a bit spicy. The fried pickles were. The chicken sandwich was pretty tasty. We stayed seven hours and had a good time. I would definitely come back again.

Had a great time today, call us crazy but we went mid day, mid summer in Texas! The courtyard is spacious and has a ton of games to keep everyone occupied. From pickle ball, battleship, jumbo jenga, ping pong & cornhole all spread out with seats, shade and fans to keep cool. Gina was amazing with tips and tricks! My wife won an hour on one of the courts, so our entire family went to enjoy the fun. We played ball for the entire hour, then we went and sat outside for another hour or so. The weather was great considering it has been humid. The entire facility is super clean, the staff is very attentive and its an excellent place to take kids. I bet this would be a great place for a birthday party. Our server inside was Jakorian and our server outside was Jayden and they both did a fantastic job.

I coach and play at Chicken n Pickle. Best in door courts on the south side of town. Only 6 in side so book on line and book up to 14 days in advance. Open play and drills are cheap and under utilized . They are cashless so bring your CC. Lots of free stuff in the courtyard for the kids. Great place. Fair price per hour for the courts (somw times are more expensive than others based off of how busy some time alits are). Easy to book times as well and you can book ahead online so that you lock down your day of the week if you have a weekly pickleball night Servers are always on top of it so that you can make the most out of your time without having to chase them down. Great for groups. There are tvs throughout and they always know when the games are on, also good uptempo music. There are multiple bar areas and an outdoor hangout spot with corn hole. Food is fairly priced and decent. Great variety of drinks also. Parking: Big enough lot to find parking every time. Free parking. Kid-friendliness: There is a big open area outside for kids. There are yard games available.

Tonight was my first time here with my family and our server Bri really made our night! She was so friendly and very attentive and looked adorable in her pride hat. Our tables were always clean and we saw her making sure her area was spotless. She was definitely one of the best servers weve ever had and we would love to be back and see Bri again! This is a one and done for us. The employees are not trained well at all. Its actually quite embarrassing how little they know. It started with ordering food. Our total was $71 for 2 kids meals, and 2 adult meals. I handed the cashier $75 in gift cards. He used 2 and told me that my balance was $21. I told him the 3rd gift card had another $25. He proceeded to tell me he needed more. I explained that $25 is more than $21 and if he just tried to swipe the card, he would see that there was enough on there to cover it. He finally did, and to his surprise, it worked. The food was disappointing to say the least. We waited about 15 minutes, and it came out cold. The fries seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. The chicken was cold. I only ate maybe a quarter of my chicken sandwich. I just couldnt stomach it and chalked it up to a loss. My son said the burger was hard and gross, but ate the tots. We tried to play games, but theyre missing so many pieces to everything, you cant play. You have to give your ID to the host to get the game pieces, so it doesnt really make sense. You can also only do one game at a time per family. So if you have your kids with you, they can either play something, and you sit and watch, or they have to watch you and your partner play. We wanted to enjoy this place and have it be our new go to for family/friends night, but they absolutely dont have it together in any sense. Dont waste your money and time here.

I ordered the chicken tinga quesadilla and avocado hummus without cilantro. The quesadilla had good flavor but there were a few pieces of chicken that weren t edible. It came with a small scoop of guacamole that looked like it had been sitting awhile and didn t look appetizing. The avocado hummus was different. It was very thick and not very spreadable. The gilled pita was good. The pickle ball courts were full but my grandson enjoyed playing ping pong. To get ping pong paddles and a ball you need to exchange your ID for them at the reception desk. The outside area is very nice with several yard games. I recommend bug spray.

Only nice thing about this place was the energy and atmosphere. I got the 1/2 Rack of ribs and honest opinion. They ain t all that, wings are good but for a place serving ribs just for the meat to be stuck to the bone and no sauce is wild to me.

Place isnt set up for what they advertise. Not enough courts for any body walking in off the street. 2 week wait right now. Hamburger Pattys have no season. Draft beer is instant headache. Service is weak. Good place to play yard games if you want to spend triple the money while doing it. If you want to just hang out and watch the games then there is way better options. Parking: Parking lot was loaded and the place looked like 10% capacity. Dont know where everyone was that had a car parked there. It was strange

Absolutely love playing pickleball here in their great pickleball facilities. I had an outdoor court but the indoor courts also looked really nice. Its a really nice place. Some of the staff are really nice and some are just okay. Their food was a little Hit or Miss, some really good, some not so good. Their kitchen staff doesnt look like they have it all together. I was surprised when I asked for mayonnaise, and they came back 15 minutes later and said they were out. The fries were served cold, but they made it right by bringing me a hot fresh order.

Charles is the great one. Hes upstairs where the adults are. 21 and over up there. He makes the best drinks. We ordered the Chicken and Ribs and the Smash burger. Great recommendations from the Charles. Did I mention that he was upstairs? Did I mention that he makes drinks? Charles also gave us a little back story with his food suggestions. I plan on going back for a few more drinks from Charles. Adults should find Charles the upstairs guy, or find the upstairs guy Charles. Thanks Charles.

This was my first time at Chicken N Pickle. My husband and I finally got to have a date night and we took advantage of the 21+ area. Upon walking up to the place, we were honestly blown away with how cool it looked. Lots of cool lawn games, seating areas, etc. The highlight of our visit was our experience in the 21+ area. Charles was our bartender and he provided such a welcoming, professional, master mixologist experience. He was able to customize our drinks based off our preference. We would not only recommend the place, but also HIGHLY recommend Charles. He provided us with such a positive experience! Kid-friendliness: Even though we didnt bring our kids, we will definitely be bringing them with next time.

This is a fun place to come and play PB with friends and family. Theres lots of open spaces to hangout inside and out. The food is good and is prepared quickly. The only frustrating and confusing part about C and P is the service. When you order food at the counter youre asked to leave your credit card open just in case you order more at another location in the facility like one of the bars. You cannot pay with a gift card initially, but can use them once you close out your bill. This is confusing for a food counter and for those who are there for a meal only. If you sit out at a table during certain hours, a wait person will take your order, but Im not sure what time that starts. The staff is young and friendly, but struggle with this process.

Started with pickle ball and had a great time! Courts are very nice and we got on and off in a timely manner. Afterwards we sat outside by the restaurant and had some appetizers and drinks. Traveling through town and decided to stop by even though we do not play pickleball. We are glad we did as it was a great place to just hangout and people watch. We had several servers, Payton, Larson and Dre, and all three were awesome and very attentive. There is a great space in the middle with plenty of seating and place for kids to play so dont worry if you do not plan on playing pickleball.

We arrived by 9:45 AM, so that I could meet up with the host and finalize all the details. That never really happened and the host didnt approach me until around 11:00 AM. When the host finally approached me, they mentioned that lunch wouldnt be served until 2:00 PM. I had to clarify that lunch should be served at 12:00 PM. We were promised water stations from the beginning, but that took quite some time before they were actually set up. Once lunch was served, it came to my attention that 2 proteins were missing. The kitchen then had to scramble to make up for this mistake. I was extremely annoyed after discovering this issue. My guests informed me that the chicken tenders were really salty. The wings that were initially served were also over seasoned. Eventually, all issues were remedied, but I was still very unsatisfied with everything that happened beforehand. I was informed that they could possibly make up for what happened. That was 2 weeks ago and no communication of any sort since then. Be extremely wary of booking a birthday party there. Youre much better off making a 3 hour court reservation and ordering from the waitstaff. Kid-friendliness: There was an Easter egg hunt event while we were there.

Awesome place for the whole family. Definitely a fun place to go with all the activities available indoors and outdoors. Food was delicious! Best part was the service. My kids have food allergies. Most places will just assume certain foods don t have certain allergens in it. But everyone, especially Chef Travis went out of their way to ensure there were no specific allergens were in my kids food. He even made sure there was no cross contamination at the buffet and made a fresh plate for my kids from the kitchen. Thanks Chef Travis!
