He was nice.. they worked quick and mess free. Im having a constant problem with getting these windows to lock! Theyve been out and did try and correct the issue but its done no good. A couple screens have small gaps..that insects can get inside.. like Nats and mosquitoes! Im going to have to call the again to try and fix it.

Just recently had 2 completed projects by Window World - siding and doors. Joshua, the door technician did an outstanding job. He came on time, worked hard and installed 3 doors by himself in about 6 hours. He was very efficient, professional, and respectful. It was a pleasure to have him do the work at our house. The siding installers, Robert P. and his son Ezekiel were the best workers we have every had at our house. The quality of their work was just amazing. They didnt shy away from a challenging install, and kept focus until the job was done right. They also were respectful, professional, and pleasant to work with. They truly are an exceptional team!

The window pickup went great. Phillip and Austin were at the warehouse and loaded the windows. All I had to do was secure the windows in the trailer. Phillip checked my tie downs to confirm everything was secure. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.

The customer service and windows are a 10/10! The guys that installed the windows talked me throughout the process on installation day. Clean up could have been a little better. I called Window World of Waco Monday, June 3rd to report my kitchen screen had come loose from a bad storm (F 2 tornado) that did damage to our property. Thankfully all the windows were good except the kitchen screen. On May 4th they sent a guy named Steven (Red) who repaired the screen & calked one side of the window. He did a great job. We were referred by our neighbors who had their windows replaced. We had single pane windows from the early 90s. We contacted window world and they came out and did an amazing job showcasing their product. We purchased and we were told the windows would get here in 6-8 weeks. They got here in 4! And we were scheduled next day. Their installation team showed up and they were extremely professional and fast with the install. I work from home and I had no disturbances. The team kept me well informed of everything going on and the windows look amazing. Not to mention saving quite a bit of money on the electric bill. We had a wonderful experience with Window World. Isaac our salesman was so informative, kind and respectful. I never felt like he was pushing or bullying us into making a purchase. In fact, between the time of our official quote and the actual install, there was quite a bit of time. :) They gave us a good price, installation was quick and efficient. We live in an older home, and the look of the new windows elevates our space, inside and out. All of our old windows were painted shut and we didnt have any screens. The ability to now easily open our windows and let the fresh air in (and keeping mosquitos out) cannot be overstated. The installation team did a decent job considering the hurdles they encountered like a cracked window pane which came from the factory. The team was short one worker which caused them to rush too much. The five star rating goes to David the service technician who just left after a thorough post installation inspection, fixed some of the deficiencies I found, found more, took pictures of factory defects to order defective window panes. No condensation on cold nights, the windows are cool to the touch even after being in the sun for hours and the house temperature does fluctuate as much when the weather fluctuates like it does now. The outside noise has decreased significantly as well.

Beware! Quality & cust serv an issue. Windows ordered, took a month to arrive, then additional 2 weeks before being installed. All seemed OK. THEN crank windows started having problems. Took 3 weeks to get tech here to look at it. Took another 5 days for part to even get ordered. Still waiting on arrival of part. Should only be 6 weeks! Then once the part is received, if it ever is, guess we get to wait another 3 weeks to have tech actually replace broken piece. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

They dont just stand in front of their windows, they stand on them! The sells guy actually stood and bounced on the windows to prove their sturdiness. He was very knowledgeable and explained how their windows were made and what made them different. The quote from window world as compared to all other window replacement companies was significantly more economical and they were one of the few with a lifetime, transferable warranty. Also, their windows have this neat little feature where you can keep them cracked at night without worrying about someone coming along a trying to open them further/ quietly sneak or break in. They finance using Wells Fargo with a 0% interest over the first 12 months and the windows have this neat feature where they tilt open and/or off, toward the interior of the home for easy cleaning. I have had my windows less than a week and weve noticed our central heating comes on less frequently, particularly at night. I would and will be recommending Window World of Waco to anyone in need of windows and/or doors!

I got replacement windows from this company about three years ago and had a wonderful experience. I decided to use them to replace the wood (mostly soffits and facia but also a large section near the front door) on my home. They were very responsive during the sales phase but after the contract was signed that stopped. I was promised multiple delivery dates before the product finally arrived about three weeks later. The delivery was left in the middle of my driveway so I had to unload the pallet to get out of the garage. Product was delivered on a Thursday and I was told work would start on Monday. On Monday, I was told work would start on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told that work would start on Friday and they would work over the weekend to be done before Monday. They did work on Friday but not over the weekend. They returned on Monday and Tuesday and I would estimate that they are about 1/3 of the way to completion. No work was done on Wednesday or Thursday. After multiple calls, I was finally able to speak to Ray who promised that they would work on Friday and again through the weekend. Ray provided me with his cell phone number to contact him if the work was not happening. No work was done on Friday and no work has been done so far on Saturday. I have left two messages for Ray and a text message but have received no reply. We are now nine days into a project that was supposed to take two to three days and I cant get any response about when the work will be completed. The work they have done looks good but the overpromise and underdeliver is beyond frustrating. It has been about five weeks since the work stopped on the house. From a distance the work looks pretty good but up close reveals a number of issues. Where the doorbell used to be, they left two wires sticking out of the wall. Same for the front porch light but the hardware to mount a new light was completely covered. There are a few places where there are gouges in the siding and ripples in the metal used for the facia. There are corners that are not caulked or sealed and one place near the garage where there is a hole that is not covered. The work around some windows was caulked and others were not. After about a week of calling for service, they finally sent out an inspector who used words like rushed and sloppy to describe the work. It took two more weeks of calls and emails before the installer was sent back out for repairs. To fix the doorbell issue, they pushed the wires into the wall and caulked over the hole. They caulked around two windows but not a third. No effort was made to replace the damaged siding or facia metal. No effort was made to seal the hole in the siding near the garage and no effort was made to repair the corners that are not sealed. I have sent more emails and phone calls since the repair and have had no response. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this company for siding.

The windows look better than what my expectations were. The whole process from beginning to end was such hassle free experience for us. They kept us updated from the time we ordered till the time it was ready for install. The day of install the crew was very respectful and did a good job of keeping the job site clean. i ordered 25 windows for my home and spent over 20,000 and my experience was a nightmare. they destroyed my beautiful home. my walls were all damaged around the windows. they stepped all in my tub with there bare boots. most of the screens were damaged. they sent someone out to look at the damage after calling several times. they took over 50 pics and told me that team did not do a good job. then after about 2 weeks they sent out the same crew to fix the mess. still not satisfied and i haven t heard from them anymore. please find another company to replace your windows

Window world (of Waco) representative created multiples of our quote/order form (that we weren t aware of). They ordered the wrong color and will not make it right. I even had to walk the rep up to my other windows to show him we needed to order almond (not white). He held up the color swatch and admitted I was correct on the almond color. So he changed it to almond so that s what we thought we were ordering. Have copies of initial meeting that shows the correct color of almond on the form. The installers also left large shards of broken glass in our yard. We have kids and pets that play outside. I also work in the flower beds. Do not recommend using this business. We thought we were dealing with professionals. Apparently not. Very disappointed in the lack of initiative to help make it right. We have another house with 37 windows we are about to replace. Will not be using them on our next project or any future projects.

We are extremely happy with the ten installed 4000 series windows. These windows are Energy Star rated at a competitive price. Sales (Don Joyner), measurements (Charly), update and scheduling (Cassandra and Ray), and installation (Ramon): All were upfront, professional and thorough in services, as well as timely in completing the job. I ordered 13 windows, approximately $30k, at the end of March and paid half down. They came to install mid July and said the windows had been mismeasured and loaded them back up to return them. Different installers came back again a couple of weeks later and started an install at 1:00 in the afternoon - they were still at my house taking out picture windows at 9:00 at night on a Thursday night when it was 100 degrees outside. They had been telling me since 6:30 they were almost finished for the day and would finish the next day. I finally asked them to stop at 9:00 and finish the next day. Who installs windows in a residence at 9:00 on a weeknight? They did not come back the next day or at all to finish the job - left dirty windows inside and out, sawdust, broken glass, nails, etc. on the inside and the outside of my home. All the windows were in but some dont open and others are dented, scratched, or with marred finish. I spent many hours cleaning up after them. On August 2, a rep was given a punch list and assured us it would be a rush job to complete - less than 3 weeks and they would make it right. At least one window has to be completely reinstalled - more mess. Today is Sept 22 and they have not returned to finish my windows. I am beyond disappointed. Over 6 months with house in disarray. I am starting to wonder if they plan to come back and finish at all. I have also heard 2 of their employees suggest I was at fault and partly to blame for asking the installers to stop work at 9:00 on a week night and finish the next day. I just want the job finished with quality materials that i paid for.

I love our new windows from Window World. A little history: about a year ago, we bought 8 windows from a competitor and paid twice what we did for the remaining 11 windows from WW. The Window World windows are performing better than the other windows. They are easier to open, clean and keep heat out. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional, pleasant and responsible. This includes Isaac, our salesman who let the product sell itself and put no pressure on us to purchase. In fact, we have ordered a back door since the window installation. I would like to mention everyone by name but sadly I don t know all names of those I ve dealt with. The guy who came out to measure the windows deserves a shout out. He recorded some measurements incorrectly which meant the window didn t fit when the installation crew was here. He came out to recheck the measurements and owned his mistake. That is first class service: admit your mistake and fix it. I will use this company again for a new front door in the foreseeable future.

Arrived at Window World in Waco unannounced and was greeted by Ms. Jerri Glass. We will be starting a new build and investigating window, door and in particular siding for the home. We had recently discovered an alternative to vinyl, LP or cement fiber (James Hardie) called Everlast. Jerri had a great display that showed the product and some of the most popular colors. She had samples of the integration with the base and interlocking composite cladding. She was gracious and educational in reviewing all the products that we looked at. Product quality is important however customer support and trust is the most important factor when selecting a company to work with. Jerri Glass is impressive and represents the Waco Windows World well. So glad we visited and checked out the products. No sales pressure, just educational demonstration. Thank you Jerri!

When Isaac Plumlee showed up at my door he did not know that I was a Realtor and an investor/fix and flipper who has overseen the installation of hundreds of windows. He also did not know that Window Worlds reputation had already sold the windows he was coming to consult with me about. However, I still put Isaac to the test on his knowledge, salesmanship, and honesty. I could not recommend a better consultant. His knowledge was thorough, his presentation was top notch, and he never lied to me in an attempt to get a sale. Isaac took his time explaining everything in detail to my wife and I and answered all our questions. He consistently followed up pre, during, and post installation to make sure we were satisfied. As far as Window World goes, they are second to none in the Waco area, that is simply common knowledge. I was in serious need of window repair and decided to to contact Window World. I was very impressed with the demonstration of the many features of their windows. The installation process took one day and appointments were scheduled in a timely manner. The Installer was on time and very professional. We were told our windows would arrive in six to eight weeks; however, they arrived earlier than expected, which was a major plus. financing was easy and entire process was smooth. We recently replaced all of the windows in our house with new ones from Window World. They made the entire process very easy and the windows look fantastic. It was a huge improvement for our home. The quality of the windows is excellent, and they are easy to operate. We have also already noticed a huge improvement in terms of the weather/heat/cold staying outside rather than coming in through old, drafty windows. My landlord had Window World windows and doors installed in our condominium in College Station. The installers were fast and courteous. After the windows were installed we immediately noticed a drastic change in the efficiency of our condo. It was much more comfortable and the windows and doors are much easier to use. Our utility bills have also become much more affordable. We had a slight issue with the front door needing to be yanked on to stay shut, but Window World s service department addressed the issue promptly and free of charge.
