We all had a fantastic time! DJ, the manager, is an amazing host! He is very passionate about everyone having a great time! Everything is clean and really nice inside. They have an arcade, snack bar, and bar area. Also great specials on bowling! Go see DJ and have a great experience!

We had a big group go last night for my husbands 51st Birthday! We had so much fun! DJ was absolutely amazing and made sure everyone that went was well taken care of! He even came over several time during the evening to crack jokes and make sure everyone was taking care of! When we got ready to leave we wanted a big group picture and he went outside and took this amazing pic for us. We were very pleased and will definitely be back very soon.

Amazing staff!! Great food! Lots of fun!! DJ went over and beyond to make sure everyone in the party had a great time. The bartender Jake provided great service! The scoring system didnt work correctly. A strike might be recorded as a 9 and then the spare. Hitting 7 pins in the first part of the frame might register as 4, and then 3 more, ignoring whatever you actually got on the 2nd throw. We had 6 people bowling together, so it got to be a big impediment and the scores had to be continually corrected. Otherwise, it would have been pretty good bowling there.

You should make sure that people know the rules before you let them bowl like maybe have them watch a short video and let them know not to walk in front of peoples Lanes thats not theirs that theyre not bowling on. Also they need to keep their kid on a leash so they dont go running across the lanes as well. There were tons of lanes and I got stuck next to some idiots with a kid who was all up in my Lane. The good points is the lanes never malfunctioned and it didnt eat my ball.

Great time, I always love bowling and this place is no exception. The only problem is if you are really into bowling they dont have a pro shop. This most recent time going to bowlero Waco I bowled a three game set and there was no oil on the lane so I talked to the front desk and asked if I could be moved or put something on my lane. They ended up moving me. and lane was just as bad. its almost as if they hadnt oiled in weeks. so I asked them to put oil out and they said no. so Im kinda upset because the only bowling alley in Waco wont even take care of there own lanes. I dont recommend coming here if youre a bowler unless youre bowling a league. if youre not then I think it could still be fun.

They were out of cookies, and offered us snickers bars as compensation. We decided to just get funnel cake fries instead, which they almost gave to the wrong people. The thing that returns the bowling ball was broken, and after 1 hours it ended our game even though we payed for 2. The price is way too high for this experience.

This place use to be okay but now its a joke. My family bowls on league nights and every time we go we have an issue with them getting their free games because the cards never work. Everyone working there now has attitudes when you ask them anything , and the person working the food window should not be in customer service. He was rude to me and my son when asking for a drink. I ordered chicken tenders and fries with a drink and it was almost 19 dollars.. The chicken tenders were like rubber you couldnt pull them apart or bite in to them. No one cares when you voice a concern they just give you attitude.

We had a group of about 60 employees and their families here tonight for some afterhours social time. The staff at Bowlero was over the top at assuring that every aspect of the evening was fun and amazing. Pizza, drinks, arcsde games, and bowling.... everyone had a blast!! Had my daughters birthday party here, and I was very pleased how seamless our experience was. Our lanes were set up and ready when we got there 40 minutes beforehand to set up. I ordered the chicken tenders and pizza, and there was enough food for all the kids and adults to eat their fill. Staff was prompt when it came to our needs. They gifted my daughter a stuffed animal, bowling passes, and really made her day. I think I may host a party for myself there!

The one star is because of prices!! The staff is friendly. But the prices are outrageous. $65 for two people to bowl only 4 games. One bottle of beer was $7 and so we decided to get a pitcher and a pitcher of Mich Ultra was $40!!!!! Don t think we will be back any time soon and we used to go here ALL the time since the late 90s.

First time coming and we had some issues with the lanes and had to switch lanes three times. They compensated us for the inconvenience by giving a two hours pass to come back and bowl for free. We ended up coming back and we ordered food like chips and dip and cheese sticks and they took a little longer than what you think they would take to get to us. And yet again the compensated us. They have great customer service even though we had some issues they helped us out and I don t think anyone else would do that for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Waited 20 minutes for a drink at the bar because the manager had all the employees up front chit chatting. After our party finally got our drinks, we waited in line up front for over 30 minutes. That was how long it took them to take care of one small party. There were only 2 other (small) parties in front of us. We ended up leaving line and went to Top Golf. Funny enough, we ran into the couple that was in front of us there . Place needs a LOT of improvement before it s worth going to again. 2 stars only because of how polite the bartender was with us.

Staff is OFTEN hard to find when lanes have problems. Players shouldnt have to go hunt down staff. Often leagues have trouble getting copies of paperwork due to staff not knowing where paper is or how to run copier. Snack bar is ALWAYS out of something needed to make menu items. Shall I go on? I will leave this at 3 stars (Neutral) for now. I have known of this business for a long time, never had the chance or the curiosity to visit. I do enjoy bowling which is why, I was looking for somewhere else that isnt Main Event. I got a groupon deal , which basically was 2 hours of bowling and a 2 person shoe rental. Pretty snazzy deal if I say so myself. I went on the only day of the week where I am able to do something after work by myself (Thursday). Usually I just like to go to places have some beers and just relax. That was my intent here. Pulling into the parking lot, it didnt look too busy, I wasnt expecting to be given a lane immediately, but hey I figured lets just see how long of a wait. I walked in and there was a group being serviced at the counter, I waited maybe like 8 minutes before It was my turn. Looking around, the place seemed pretty cool, just straight up ol time bowling alley feel. Of course there was like 10+ lanes open, but that really doesnt mean anything. I know some people complain about there is like 50 lanes open and they dont have a spot for me. Thats not how it works, its about the place having a server to be able to serve, at least I think thats how it works. Anyways to make this long story short, I basically was told they dont have any lanes for me and to come back around 9pm or 10pm ( It was 4pm at this time). That shocked me completely. I wasnt rude or anything, and the person who was servicing me was friendly about it, though I wont lie and say I wasnt disappointed. I will try again, and update my review score accordingly based off my visit. Thou if I get told again to come back tonight or whatever again, I will be forced to drop my review to a 1star and hopefully request a refund back from Groupon.

This was my first time here and I didnt have a good time here. The bowling was good. But the server was really bad we were in lane 10 My husband and I wanted beer she was gonna charge us almost 20 bucks for two beers but she didnt realize that we wanted bottles. When we got our beer it was barely cold we also ordered water and she never brought it out to us. My husband tried to order something else and she just walked away ignoring him. I will not be coming to this bowling alley again.

We visited this bowling alley while on a weekend getaway to Waco. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the young man who seemed to be the manager. The place was clean and equipment worked well. My only hope is they come down on the price and that they can get new balls soon, they were very pitted. We were able to afford it through a Groupon, otherwise we would have had to leave. But we loved how all the balls had 2 finger sizes! That was great. We will definitely go back if we can get another Groupon or deal

We had an awesome time here last night! They really engage with the bowling crowd. Every now again they have competitions and do giveaways. Even if you are in the arcade, they interact with the children too. The staff was so friendly and it was very clean. No doubt, we will continue to go here for family fun nights! The management was awesome! Was a great experience and felt so welcomed. Our kids received 3 free arcade cards. Very engaging with their customers. I honestly dont know if I could even give it a star. Experience was awful. The staff was lazy, and not very respectful. The lanes were not well kept, and the system hardly ever tracked the pins correctly so it meant constant adjusting of the score. The area where we sat was not clean, it was dirty and grimy. You could tell they do not wipe down the seating area, tables at your lane. The wait service was ridiculous.. no one was there and it took over 15 minutes to get soda, beer, water whatever it was.. The pricing for 2 people for 2 games was almost $50!. That is not including shoes because we had our own. What a ripoff. We will never bowl here again, and would highly recommend to anyone bowling elsewhere. Bowling for that price and lack of anything special is a no go.

I give one star because staff was generally nice. If you are a regular bowler, this is not the place to go. We paid 44.99$ for 2 people to play 2 games....and we have our own shoes, ball, etc. The lanes not oiled well and their system did not register so we had to manually change our pins/strikes/spares multiple times. Would never go back and would not recommend.

Had lots of fun but very pricey. Great music during our games. For 3 people to play 2 games including shoe rentals the total came out to $94. Fountain drinks are over $5 and were an additional cost. So overall $120 for 2 hours. Definitely a more pricey form of entertainment for 2 hours. Limited staff, long waits. Staff are nice. Half the menu was unavailable due to being out of cheese on a Saturday evening even though the place was empty. Therefore, no loaded fries, no nachos, no pizza, etc. Wasnt the greatest experience but not the worst. Had no clue how the adult drinks even worked because there was no one around to even ask. Disappointed that because our daughter needed bumpers...it also meant that us adults had to have bumpers to! We had to go back to the serving area several times and no one would be there.

We had a family of five bowlers and two young ones. Overall we had a good time. It has been at least a year since we have bowled here. Prices have gone up for games and shoes. The gentleman working the counter was friendly, as was the cook and bartender. We ordered food, received half of the order and then had to go back and request the other half. We will probably return in the future but it is difficult to say.

Hands down, the worst. Lake Air was way better. The staff is limited, incompetent, or the management is a joke. 1st time, bar was barely managed, kitchen was rude. Gave it a second chance and brought a group. This time, kitchen closed and still cant bring in food. We were told, sure, you can order a pizza, but you have to eat it in your car. Save your money and go elsewhere. I was really hoping it would be a great place, apparently no.

Unfortunately, our first visit was not a great experience. Prior to coming we reached out on Facebook and never heard back (til after our visit) trying to get pricing. We called and nobody ever answered the phones. So we just showed up and hoped it wasnt ridiculously priced. We took a group of friends and young people to bowl and rented two lanes. They were short staffed. The staff that was working, with the exception of one sweet staff member, were not friendly and not available. We let the young people bowl a second game, and the person running the front desk shut their game down before they were done bowling. I had to hunt him down and after about 15 minutes, he showed up at the front finally. As far as the food, etc., The measly sodas were $5.29 each. Ridiculous pricing. However, Jonah, the kitchen staff was swamped and overworked but still was extremely kind and accommodating. He was the only staff member in the entire building that made us feel happy to be there. I dont know if this is a place we will bring our group again, due our disappointment in taking a church group and spending a lot of money and getting bad service.

Come in on a Friday @ 8. They will make you wait 10 min to get checked out at the front even though it won t be busy. You ll then be briefed that the bowling is $10/round and shoes are $8. They will fail to tell you if you wait till 9 it s unlimited bowling till close for $25. A beer costs $8 and cocktails are Vegas prices. Make sure to order the nachos avalanche they take about 45 min of handcrafted care to make. In summary you spend $40 for an hour of time. (Well worth it).

Went in today a few minutes before 10p. Paid full price when I could of got a discount for going after 10pm. Didnt get my military discount either because the cut off time is 6pm for it. The bar wasnt busy but took forever to get served drinks. Ordered food took forever to get anything. Drinks could of been brought to out to my spot but No.

Its a great place for big groups and parties. Its a real good deal if you go during one of their specials with a discounted price; otherwise, the overall cost per person can get up there if you plan on playing more than one or two games during peak times (especially after you factor in the cost of shoe rentals, etc.) Overall, a fun alley! They use full mechanical pin reset machinery where Main Event does not (and instead uses a wire reset system which is not as accurate).

We had fun as a family except... It was over half empty and they placed other people right on top of us. It would be nice if they tried to space it out some. It makes it difficult when a large group came in the next lane and we can hardly move. The bowling balls they just didnt feel right either. For first time ever bowling we have sore fingers, and we have bowled alot. Needless to say it was our family night and we spent it together. However, I will say i think we will be checking out other places.
