Went in on 07/18 for an eye exam, optometrist was great and very knowledgeable. Place next door that sells glasses/contacts good too. Only issue for me is when doing the eye exam, no costs whatsoever was discussed prior to doing it, had to pay out of pocket $110 for the eye exam with insurance. Would have been great if the cost was covered before actually doing the exam to know how much I would need to pay out of pocket.

First of all, Employee Michelle, She was the only one there, I was the first customer, she ran my insurance through, while I picked frames for my new prescription, she noticed something was wrong about the writing of the prescription, she called the Optometrist to verify and it was infact a mistake on their part! The whole time multitasking, helping other customers! After getting my prescription sorted out, she explained details of choices for lenses! All the while answering the phone! She totally instilled my faith in customer service and satisfaction! Which is lacking this day and age. Very professional, Very Attentive and most of all very Cordial to everyone! Michelle was engaging and greeted us the second we literally walked in the door. I can honestly say we would not have stayed otherwise , and she continued to make our entire glasses purchases pleasant, easy and enjoyable. She was helpful and very detailed with explaining our benefits and options.She was also able to make spending a bit of money more comfortable, which isnt easy in todays day and age by ensuring we had the best value! Office is nice, people were nice. I am on Medicare and my exam is covered 100%. I was charged $45 for Refraction. I questioned them and they said it was not covered. Talked to my insurance and it is covered. I will be contacting them for a refund.

We went in twice to look for frames, both times the ladies helping were very short and condescending towards me whenever I had a question about costs of things (first time using new insurance provider). Finally got my daughters glasses ordered. When we received the text that they were ready for pickup my daughter went I. To pick her glasses up and was completely ignored for almost an hrs AFTER letting then know her glasses had been paid in full and she was just picking up. If I could have located the frames she wanted somewhere else we would have gone a different route...lesson learned!!!

I went to vision works to see if I could found a pair of frames for my broken glasses. The screw was broken inside my frame and the other place I took my glasses to get fixed states that they could not fix them. Men selection was all the same. Womens was okay but limited and kids had some good options (not many for a larger than average young kid). Checking out was great/friendly. Final product was less than satisfactory. Frames felt bigger and falling off face, which ladies took as much effort to correct as frames would allow. But in the end do not fit as well as other phrases would and was with excuse it was the high index/type of lens. Ive had a high index lens for 3/4 of my life and other franchises and store have been able to help advise or have frames fit faces better.

Yesterday I called to order contacts but the system was glitchy since the new update so I m order to verify my prescription Jenny told me she d call me back the next day to get the order verified with the Dr. So she could order them for me. She double checked the prescription of my glasses to make sure the lenses were perfect and helped me with a glasses return which was very simple. went in to look for frames for my daughter and i guess i disturbed the group of women talking so they were annoyed we came in,the guy had to help us and they continued to talk like we werent even there,well i asked if could just leave my box they gave me to put the glasses in and they all just stared and said yea have a nice day,and as we were leaving they were laughing. it was a good learning experience for my daughter,,i asked her how did that make you feel as a customer and she said awful and that she couldnt wait to get out of that store, i asked her if she would ever want to come back and she said no,,its unfortunate that more arent trained to handle customers and to make them feel welcomed ,,but at least my daughter learned about what not to do if she is ever in customer service

I brought a Flexon frame which are durable with transition lenses, plus I added the non-glare/scratch resistant. The whole works from Visionworks #47 on 9/10/2019. The frame is still intact and the lenses dont have a single scratch on them, Visionworks frame and transition lenses are a must!!. This was a waste of time. Im in town working and wanted to update my prescription. At the age of 47, this is the first time my script improved from my previous exam. The Dr, for some reason, thought she could just flip the lenses back and forth several times asking me which is better. Then shed quit and as she would act as though that was it I would say, I still cant see the letters clear. Then repeat it again....and again. Still not satisfied and already decided that I wouldnt be investing in eye glasses from this place and definitely not with the Drs findings, I was still anxious to see how far off it was from my last exam. It wasnt close.

Let me tell you the whole enchilada on how well the service at Victoria vision works was. Me and my wife went in to update our glasses when we finally decided on which one made me look the most handsome (wife rolling her eyes) one of the associates by the name of Sylvia Marshal came to help us and boy let me tell you she made the whole process a breez like a walk threw a meadow in early spring. She was very knowledgeable and explained the pricing and different options to me and my wife. She made the whole experience of getting new glasses very pleasing not to mention her having to put up with my constant looking in the mirror at my self (wife rolling her eyes) I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to update their glasses.
