I scheduled a cleaning and they didn t book me for a cleaning, instead I waited an hour ONLY to have x-rays done & see the dentist. Then he only polished my teeth. When I asked, they said they didn t schedule me for a cleaning. Wth! I ve never in my life scheduled an appointment and not had my teeth cleaned. They also took an hour to contact my insurance which should have been done before my arrival. When I tried to explain and give information to the front they were not very friendly. I will not be going back here.

The Office called me two days before my appointment which was on Wednesday and they could not see me. They rescheduled it for the Thursday. I asked them if they still took the insurance that I had last year and they told me yes when I got to the office 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment they informed me that they did not take my insurance. I live 25 miles in the country. I made a special trip just to go to the dentist to get there and be informed that they do not accept my insurance when they could have told me that two days prior when they called about the appointment I have been waiting for an appointment all year. They could have in for me at the time of the phone call that they did not except my insurance which would ve been fine but now they will probably charge me a fee, which I will not pay because I did discuss the insurance that I had and I assured me that they excepted that insurance, so yes, I am very disappointed with the company, and I will not use them again Robert Rhoton

The clinic is very dirty n dusty. When u enter the receptionist is very rude, answers u very aggressive. Always different staff to where u don t feel comfortable or trusting to work on ur dental issues. The staff Never change gloves or wear gloves never wash their hands either from coming one room to another. I will not ever come back to seek services ever again. These doctors n administrators really need to educate their staff to be more clean.

I highly recommend Golden Crescent. Im low key terrified when going to the dentist but here I am as relaxed and comfortable as I possibly could be. The office staff are busy but friendly and helpful. My dentist is both knowledgeable, funny, and great at putting you at ease. The office is clean, cool, and well managed. The rooms are spacious, with an open layout, cool, and the chair accommodates plus size patients. There are TVs above each chair and in both waiting areas. The dental assistants are super friendly and supportive. I could go on but thats the basics. Youll be happy with the dentist, his dental work, the staff, and location. So schedule an appointment today. There can be a wait for an appointment but you can ask to be put on the cancellation list and emergencies are worked in same day. So if you have a broken, bleeding, or otherwise urgent dental need call today.

I will never go here again! Had a few fillings done and couldnt chew on the side with the filings for over a year. They tried to fix it twice, with no improvement. They were also rushing, and hurting me including when I went for my semi-annual teeth cleaning. On my last visit the doctor was condescending and saying it was my fault. I made it very clear I didnt hurt until he started working on my teeth and fired him on the spot. This was as of a year ago, so all I can do is hope that they have improved. Kept forgetting to give a review on this place since that experience.

Ive been to many places but Golden crescent dental is the best for me. Very professional but relaxing atmosphere. Ive been to others locally and I never felt comfortable, I always felt like I didnt belong but with Dr. Ben and his staff I feel welcomed and personally cared for. His pricing is amazing considering his pricing was over $10,000 less than the place I went before. His staff is always in a great attitude and he is always attentive and courteous. Exceptional experience! Finding a new dentist is a nightmare but after visiting 2 other offices in town, I found a great one! Very patient with my 8 year old that was scared to what was going to happen and they walked him step by step to be sure he knew what they were about to do and when they were about to begin. They also saw my 2 year old who is always a battle to brush his teeth they were quick and gentle to avoid him from getting upset. They didn t disappoint
