Do yourself a favor and try the beef empanadas!!!!! The food was tasty! The only thing I did not enjoy was that the service was a bit slow and our waiter never came to check on us, but maybe it s a cultural thing? The food made up for it!

I spent a lot of time in Peru during my gap year and I ve been wanting Peruvian food for years. This was my first visit and I got the Lomo Saltado just to try it out. It was so delicious and clearly freshly cooked. The staff was kind and helpful, the food was amazing. Everyone else in the office wanted to try it because it smelled so good. Will be back.

Saw this place today and decided to give it a try. Already planning a return trip. The food was amazing! We had, as recommended by the server, Bandeja Paisa and Pescado a lo Macho en salsa de camarones. Everything was fresh and extremely good. Large portions. The fish was my favorite with a pleasant spice level and a sprinkling of cilantro for a fresh pop. I highly recommend this place and cant wait to try more from the impressive menu!

Usually the food is good. But the last time the rice they served us had eggshells in it. We told the owner and instead of apologizing he said its something that can happen.

This was our first time trying Peruvian food and it was delicious! We tried the strawberry milky and mango milky drink, both refreshing. The appetizers Leche de Tigre and fried Yucca were the perfect choices. Finally our main courses (too many items to list) were hot and had amazing flavor. We will surely be back!

The plate I ordered was very well prepared and had good portions. I felt service was a bit slow, but then again we were a large party that didnt make it known we were coming beforehand. Not happy that if you ask for a coke or water they bring out the actual can or bottle. That in itself is not an issue, but $3 for these items, especially bottled water and it never made clear if its free refills was a bit off putting. The drinks are not listed on the menu to even let you know if refills are free. FYI... The bottled water is from Sams. Drinking Sams brand is fine. Just saying they possibly make $120 on a 40 pack of water that costs $4 to go buy the whole pack. The margin here makes up for wherever there might be losses, if there are any. Also several misspelled words on the menu were easily spotted. They are easier to spot because they are correct on another item, but not in each place it appears. This is likely not a big deal to some, but these attention to details help make a better impression for some of us.

We tried a new place for lunch today with our friend. This little restaurant is out of the way, so it wasnt busy at all. We went at 11:30 today to try it. What a fun little gem of a lunch place! The food was fresh and hot, with good-sized portions. I had a beef steak meal and my hubby and our friend had a grilled chicken meal. The gentleman that served us has a very heavy accent, and his English is a work in progress. Still, we were able to communicate enough to order. The menu is written in Spanish with English description underneath. The food was delicious, and the pineapple agua-fresca was fantastic! Freshly made right after we ordered it, with real pineapple. The area is clean with colourful art, yet not so much that its busy/dusty. The only downside was that there were no dessert options available for lunch. All in all, a fun experience, and we will go back, with our friend, to try some other menu items. If youre looking for something different, and want to support local, give this place a try!

Got take-out tonight after surfing their extensive menu, and finally deciding on 3 dishes. It all looked so good, and it was hard to decide. Let me just say, they did not disappoint!!!! Their ceviche with Leche de Tigre was every bit as good as any that I have had in South America! The seafood was fresh, and very tasty, with great portions! If you aren t used to spicy, I would recommend ordering it medium instead of spicy, as medium still had enough heat for me, and I like spicy foods. I was pleasantly surprised to find this good of Peruvian Food in Tyler. Please support them because we need this gem to stay!

I was excited about eating food other than Mexican food so i came to this place. Omg Im so happy i did...I lived in Florida for many years and this place brought me back to home. Peruvian, Venezuelan but also Colombian!!! The Colombian empanadas were exactly what i remember and omg the Maracuya (passion fruit) drink is to die for. All the food was delicious. The only issue i had was the tip that was added automatically for only 3 people was $20. More than an actual plate of food there. I felt it was a bit much but i would still go get food. Its delicious and the staff is nice and very helpful. Will recommend.
