I wouldnt recommend this law office with anyone. They pretend as if they care about you. But theyre actually about money. If they see your case is not worth millions they become uninterested in your case. They dropped the ball on me. And then tried to make it as if it was my fault. The legal team and lawyer that handle my case was sorry as and poor as hell. If I could contact the both of the CEOS the ones that started this company. I would call them and launch a complaint.

After 18 months, my case dropped and therefore I am now responsible for medical bills that were agreed to be paid under an LOP. If I didnt have excellent insurance I would have been dropped from the practice. They did not respond to text, calls, or emails in a timely manner. I am very disappointed having had 2 uncles that were lawyers and studying prelaw myself.....this kind of practice is why I chose not to pursue law. We were hit by someone street racing on I-20 in Dallas and have an excellent case. I feel thier actions were more motivated by the insurance cap of $30k, and not for any good reason.

My experience has been amazing. My legal team was amazing. The paralegal (Brittney) that I worked with went above and beyond what I ever expected. She was so awesome about listening to me complain about the pain that I was in. She always was very helpful with any question I had and if she wasn t sure she would tell me she wasn t sure and would get back to me as soon as she knew something. Mark, Whitney, and their team were awesome! I have never had to use a lawyer and after being injured in my wreck and needing surgery they helped a lot. Not only were they very responsive, they referred me to an awesome surgeon, and made the whole process a breeze. I am very pleased I chose them. This is by far the worst team of lawyers I have ever encountered I was rear-ended by another vehicle and injured during the accident placed out of work for over 6 months due to back injuries my truck was a total loss and this lawfirm prolonged my claim only to send me a letter stating that there wasnt enough money for there firm to represent me after 3 months of no phone contact or response to my email now Im stuck with a bad back over 30k in medical bills and on top of that I still have to pay for my truck that is totalled they caused my insurance to drop my vehicle I wouldnt recommend this group to anyone. Totally disappointed with the outcome the commercials are a total fraud scam they only want money for there self from individuals complete crooks stay away SCAM ALERT THATS WHAT DANIEL STARK IS.

From start to finish, I enjoyed working with this team. Patricia is a valuable member of the firm and Attorney Chris Anderson was very knowledgeable. They were both a perfect mixture of professional and personable. They both went above and beyond for me. When I did not feel comfortable with the chiropractor I had initially, Patricia was able to connect me with one better suited to my liking. I visited Daniel Stark Law Firm, earlier this week. In the past I had a bad experience with an atty. and was dreading going to another attorney, from that terrible previous experience. Obviously, I was nervous and anxious but I needed to bite the bullet. I met with Cindy first and explained the situation. She was not only professional she was attentive, concerned, and sympathetic about my situation. She made me feel relaxed and confident. After our meeting she introduced me to the Attorney Chris. Chris, was concerned about how he and his partners could help me. Chris was a mild mannered easy to communicate with and compassionate about my long suffering. He wasn t sure he would be able to represent me and simply asked me April regardless if we can take your case what can I do to help you? I was blown away with this! I expressed my personal concern about getting a surgeon to look at my injuries. He immediately picked up his telephone and made an appointment for me on the spot!
