Spent a lot of time deciding if I should even leave a review.. hired him for a custody case and that s where I went wrong. He really didn t know anything about my case and kept on insisting to use certain information when there were bigger issues involved. With the end results, I could ve gotten that myself and not have wasted all that time and money. They take forever responding to your emails but when they need an immediate response, they expect it... now, my daughter continues to tell me the same problems she s having and no one wants to hear me out again because of how this case went the first time. He ruined my chance in getting my daughter. He didn t seem to actually truly, deeply care about anything at all. It seemed he was trying to rush it more than anything so he can get it over with. Would absolutely not hire for a custody case. I actually would like him to admit that my case didn t have much thought put into it and submit some paperwork on it somehow so it can be possible for me to submit the case again. But that s not going to happen. Too many red flags when he was speaking as well. He honestly ruined my chances of getting custody of my daughter. When I tell you I had everything for this case, I had everything. And you re telling me that if I had everything available, custody is not able to switch? Nope. He didn t try. Would not hire for custody cases, especially, if you re a dad. The little studying that was done for my case is not meant for fathers trying to get their kids.. and yes, this message shows my wife s name, but I m Mr. Organista and figured to write it under her email because it s the one I used for everything when dealing with my case.mine gets a lot of spam A lot more could be said, but I don t know how much I m able to say without me possibly getting sued for such a negative, descriptive review.

I cannot say enough good things about this man. He has stood by my side during my frantic text messages, my annoying phone calls, and has always made me feel better after I spoke with him. Just to give a little short summary my daughter, my best friend, was killed in a car accident while doing DoorDash. DoorDash claimed she was not on an active delivery and refused to pay the life insurance. Nick was able to pretty much do the impossible and prove that she was on an active Dash and got me the maximum allowable death benefit plus medical bills. No one else wanted to take my case, but Nick was all in from the beginning. If you are like me, and you don t like those stuffy law offices, where they treat you like, just another case number, you definitely need to go see Nick he is one of the nicest, most caring people that I have met. I d give him 10 stars if I could and I m not done with him yet although sometimes I bet he wishes that I was. Lol I 100% recommend him to anyone.

There are no winners in a divorce. When you have a lawyer like Nick, you do get a sense of comfort knowing that him and his team are 100% in your corner. He is fair. He is honest. He will tell you 100% how its going to be. Thats what I needed through this process. Not somebody who beats around the bush. He has your back and will hold your hand. That gave me a sense of pride knowing my money is being invested in somebody who truly cares about who he represents. Do not hesitate when it comes to picking Nick to be your attorney. He is the best! That includes the whole office!

They will charge you $100.00, and say they will take your case and then they will never contact you and then they will give you the run around when you call and then blame you later saying you never showed up to speak with them when it is their job to contact you. Nick Pesina agreed to take on my case then never contacted me to come in. I called his associate who answers the phone she said he was busy I left my contact information but he never got back to me now they are saying its my fault for not showing up when I was never contacted by anyone to do so. You shouldnt charge serious potential clients money (why would I pay $100 if I wasnt serious) then not tell them when to come over then you pocket free money and refuse to take the case for no reason after agreeing to do so. If I didnt cancel my non existent appointment you should really refund
