Yes !!Tyler finally has a comedy club . The understudy is the place to go. My friends and i had so much fun . I could not stop laughing . The people and atmosphere are Great ! I highly recommend going ! You wont be disappointed!!

We went to The Understudy on Saturday for their improv night and it was so much fun. I love that this exists in Tyler and we will definitely be back. They do other types of nights as well like game shows etc. Definitely go out and see them!

Good for an entertaining night out. Located in a business office area. Staff was welcoming. We pre-ordered tickets to an improv event and had no issues at check-in. Small selection of snacks. Would be nice if they were BYOB, but they are not. Pretty full audience, with seating spread out around small cocktail tables and an elevated stage. Comedians had good chemistry for improv and good interaction with the audience. Lots of laughs and chuckles. We will return for another show.

I ve been here twice now for the improv shows. It has brought me to tears each time, in a good way! From laughing to hard. Both times I brought different sets of friends and everyone had a blast both times. I can t wait to check out all their other stuff too! Definitely a must do in Tyler!

My wife and I have seen the Card 53 group several times at Liberty Hall, but it was never more intimate than this setting. The Under Study is a smaller venue, but it also made the experience feel so much more personal. We loved the show, and can t wait to go back for more! This is an awesome opportunity for Tyler, Tx to broaden out the comedy scene, and get better shows locally! I don t know about you, but I d much rather go see a show here and stay in my own bed over making the overnight trip to Dallas! They also sport an educational scene for up and coming artists, and promote that talent on open mic sessions regularly. Go and check this place out, they just started up and already have something for everyone!!

Went to the grand opening show - great balance of talent and the feel of the club is amazing! Club is the perfect size to where you can interact with the comedians yet still enjoy the show they put on. My wife and I went here for a date and will definitely be back!
