Arrived fathers day evening for some time out with the family. Immediately after passing gates (before anyone came close to touching water, they announced pool is closed, no refunds, no exceptions.

Too small of a water park fir a growing community like Tyler Texas. It would be nice if the pool was at least an Olympic sized pool. No diving board, 5ft max depth, not enough chairs in the sitting areas. It felt like, to me, the pool was over the max capacity.

In short, I have been to most of the parks in Tyler TX. And without a doubt this is one of the cleanest I have visited, and its bathrooms are impeccable. Congratulations to the maintenance people of this park

There were about 5 life guards on duty but I was most impressed by the vigilance of the young man working. He waited in front of the slide for each child to come down and made sure they were okay. The female who took his place was more interested in swimming around and talking. The price was super affordable and going on a Sunday was much better than a Saturday crowd wise. Havent tried anything from the concession stand but it smelled pretty good.

Very nice updated clean only $1 in town out of town $2 the staff very friendly ... cleaner and bigger locker rooms than splash kingdom and we went the day before tickets $35 a piece that s for children too. Playground: Very nice updated Toilets: Very very nice Clean and spacious

So not a good place for a birthday party !!! Rented a pavilion and we were told no good or drink and we asked if we could bring a cake and we re told YES only to get here and not be able to have the cake!!! Would not have booked this!!! What s a little 3 and 6 y.o party without birthday cake!!! Unless you have it on Tuesday really

The restroom and facility was very clean. Three concession stand was open, all of the features worked properly. Everyone was having a good time and the kids loved it! I just wish there was some shading parking and shade at the pool.

Dont like that you have to pay for adults even if youre just watching the kids but overall I guess $2 a person isnt that bad if youre planning on staying a while. Very very crowded though and they close for an hour in the middle of day. CASH ONLY!! Definitely planning on going back, but with much more preparation so we dont waste our money again.
