The amazing staff at Rose Rooftop & Restaurant made my one year sobriety anniversary one of the most memorable and special evenings of my life. Our private dinner entailed a custom menu and several signature mocktails all made from scratch. We then proceeded to the rooftop where we had na bottle service of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The entire evening was one my guests and I will remember forever!!

My friends and I held a private event at Rose and we had a great experience! We worked with Hannah to plan the event and she was so helpful and extremely accommodating. The service, food and drinks were great and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice and classy. Our party moved to the Rooftop and experienced great service. The staff was protective over our group and checked on us constantly to make sure we were all enjoying our night. I definitely recommend Rose for any private event, they were fantastic!

One particular male bartender which I regret I do not know the name was extremely rude and unwelcoming to my group that was celebrating a birthday. A horrible unfortunate experience since we have been previously and did not have issues. Large ethnic groups do not mesh well in the environment and they will single you out and be inhospitable. People of color be warned.

Went to inquire about bottle service a few weeks ago and the short blonde haired bartender told me I could Zelle her for cheaper bottle prices after I had questioned the $400 bottle of $20 Titos. Only now writing a review after my wife and her friends went with her company and got the same treatment from the same bartender! I will not be swindled into paying a bartender directly for a still overpriced bottle and cheap atmosphere. No thanks.

Our band performed at The Rose Rooftop, and the experience was incredible! In the 10 years in live music entertainment, this was the first time that I was impressed by the staff. Bartenders, hostesses, security, bar backs, waitstaff .everyone was helpful, professional, friendly, and made the laborious task of load in and out a breeze! They went above and beyond. The venue is beautiful with a view of the Waterway and surrounding areas, plenty of tables, and bottle service VIP seating, and the patrons were there for a good time. After the band, the Rooftop DJ takes over and keeps the party going. We loved performing here and look forward to our next show or just hanging out here on the rare night off. The Rose Rooftop is a must when partying on The Waterway in The Woodlands.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DRINKS UNATTENDED HERE. THERE IS SOMEONE IN THIS BAR DOPING DRINKS, What they are using has a short half life, is fast acting and does not show on a toxicology screen (likely GHB). The staff and security are all very good, but they cant be everywhere all the time! This one star review is here to help keep people safe! 09/03/2024 A couple of friends and I went to dance at the bar where they play Latin music and 3 times they stopped the music on orders from the manager to watch a fight that they were broadcasting, the manager was asked when they would play the music again? He said that in 15 minutes and that never happened, he went on for a long time and very rudely told me that if I wanted to dance I should go upstairs, I told him I came to dance to Latin music and I asked him if they had announced this event on their networks? And he responded yes on Facebook which was not true, the DJ said it was the managers order to stop the music and start the fight, many people left. I thought it was a bar to dance and have a good time. And I found a sports bar with the rudest manager. His 15 minutes turned into more than 30 minutes watching and listening to a fight. Terrible atmosphere and service

My experience was horrible due to fact that I came with a group of 5. I ordered my food to dine in and my fiancé to go 15 minutes before the rest of my group. Sadly my 2 orders came out way after the rest of my group. To make it even annoying I told our waitress that Im pregnant and my food was still late coming out. Even though my experience was horrible I still paid the bill plus gave the waitress a $16 tip. I will definitely not be a customer anymore.

This place looked like it was set up for a baby shower when we arrived. No hint or smell of food in the air at all. We had a reservation. There was no host. The bartender saw us standing at the door and said nothing. After a few minutes, I asked if there was a host and he said he was the only one there. It was almost 6 pm. He said we could seat ourselves. There were two old ladies at the bar. The rest of the place was empty. We decided to go elsewhere to spend our hard earned money.

This place was so fun! I visit houston from Dallas often and always come here for good music and vibes. Sadly tonight we were harassed by this man but the security guard Luis did an amazing job handling everything very professionally and made sure we felt safe and comfortable, he responded quickly and calmly. At Rose Rooftop & Restaurant, a disabled veteran was denied entry due to his non-offensive tattoos. Discrimination marred the evening, casting shadows over an otherwise promising setting. This injustice, born of unjust judgment, defies reason. The staffs indifference compounded the disappointment, as they failed to show compassion or engage in respectful dialogue. Sadly, I cannot endorse Rose Rooftop & Restaurant. Discrimination has no place in a venue that claims sophistication. One can only hope theyll reconsider their policies and embrace inclusivity. Until then, my patronage goes elsewhere.

We went here last night for a birthday celebration. There was 8 of us. The waiter was very nice and attentive but didn t write anything down. He only messed up one of our drink orders. However, all of our food orders were wrong in one or another (mostly the sides for each meal). All the steaks weren t cooked correctly. One ordered medium rare and the other rare. Both came out well done. Another ordered medium well and it came out rare. One of the meals didn t come at all and the waiter said that there was an issue with their system so he had to resubmit it. It took over an hour for her to have any kind of food put in front of her. The place was basically empty even though it was 7:30 on a Friday night. The waiter said something to the effect of they weren t prepared for us to come tonight because there was only 2 reservations. No manager ever came to talk to us even though people at our table were clearly unhappy. There was no offer discount/comp any of the meals/items that were incorrect (at the very least the one who had to wait about an hour and a half for her food). When the waiter came to do the checks, there was no receipt printed out. The waiter selected your food items and held out the card reader to pay. The tip option then popped up where you could select a percentage. The waiter stood there until you selected a tip option. It wasn t until one of our group asked for a copy of her receipt (which she received after we were all done paying) did we realize that they had already included 20% for each person. And some of our group tipped way over 20% despite all the issues we had dealt with. While we probably should have asked for an itemized breakdown before paying, we had been there for over 2.5 hours at this point. This business practice is completely sketchy in my opinion since there was no breakdown of the bill either paper or electronic shown to us before paying. I won t be coming back here for many reasons which is disappointing because it s such a cute place with the rose wall and neon signs.

I needed to set up a corporate event for my job so i stopped by after dinner for a drink to see if this would be a suitable place. We got turned down as you can wear sneakers, but they wont let you in if you are wearing Jordans .Unless, of course, you give the bouncer 20 dollars and make it worth his time Plenty of other bars within 100 ft. Perfect atmosphere for a sweet 16 birthday party! Rent the space during the afternoon hours before they open for business! Makenna was a fabulous hostess and the party was extra special for my daughter! Went a Saturday night to celebrate my best friend s birthday and everything was going great, the bar tenders on the 3rd floor are amazing and we liked the vibe but heard they had Latin music on the 2nd floor so we decided to go try it out! Well everything was good till the bartender girl that idk the name but I ve seen before (I believe she has at least 1 year working there), gives us water with juice, instead of vodka cranberry! Of course we tried telling her that is just water and she didn t denied it, she said oh we are out of everything , then why in the hell would you not tell us that since the beginning and then she also had the audacity to charge us and not give us back the money!
