I went to this homegood today due to i bought a new huge mirror from katy homegoods but it broke so i take to this homegoods because i was near by there , firstly tgey said i need to take back to the katy back it shows like 1:30 minutes from this homegoods.They refused to accept at first but i explained to them i cant drive that long with the heavy traffic it was a pick hours i told them i have my baby at home with the maid so i cant make it. I request if they can help me this time. They said yes for this time they can do it.(it means alot when they said they accept this time because its very long and traffic hours in that time).This 2 nice lady was helping me alot their name are tina cowenda(manager). Great store, extremely long lines, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes or even longer to check out. Line is to back of the store on the weekends, makes me want to just put my stuff down and leave.

Sat. Aug 27, 2024, at 4:55pm. The inventory is terrible. They only have 1/3 the selection of decorative pillows they used to have, have 1/2 the furniture they used to have, and there are OVER 50 people in line waiting to check out ...I kid you not!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Worst customer service ever. Trying to do a return and get merchandise credit and had 2 items to return. The cashier wanted to do 2 different transactions. This why we get flagged with no more return without receipt. Manager was no help all she said was sorry.

The comments of people complaining on here must be a bunch of Karens. Let me just say this store is GREAT. Yes it is overloaded and packed with so much but you can t be the prices for good quality stuff they have. Not to mention their fashion merchandisers are amazing, they carry great brands here. The checkout is long even with 70% of the registers filled, just be patient. It moves quickly for the most part. Mid day the store will look a mess because the ones lined up outside before opening hours did their big one! It s a great store, the staff is helpful, bathrooms get messy per usual, but what do you expect this store is packed out from open to close!

1 star only because I have to. Store total in disarray.Bathroom absolutely discussing.Smell of feces upon entrance to facilities.Entering bathroom used toilet paper on floors ,filthy to say the least.Business lost my patronage absolutely disgusted w/ the smell.Upon informing the employee all I got was,blaming customer.It was obvious bathrooms had NOT been cleaned for days!Shame on HomeGoods in such a prominent area of Texas

As always there is a huge line going into the interior of the store at 10:30 am with what was 2, now 4 people working the registers. Three ladies folding clothes. It s so aggravating to observe the lack of urgency to cash out customers. Ugh!

Normally i like Marshalls but I cannot abide a place in the Woodlands that allows beggers and vagrants to Panhandle to paying customers in the parking lot. We drive to the Woodlands for some class. And to get away from such things. The police need to tell them to move on.

We love this store but today 11/26 this happened. Everyone was disappointed! How about a generator? You re loosing thousands of sales for hours of being closed. At least answer the phones, during work hours even though power is out. It s been 2 hours and outage issue hasn t been resolved. Hello to your management.

Absolutely no complaints from me. Its an Off-Price retailer so the items they sell are items that are slightly damaged and couldnt be sold at other retailers. Pros: Staff was very helpful on telling me the price of the item I was purchasing (it was a reclining chair) as well as taking it to the front for me. They even rolled it out to the curb so I could load it. Checkout time was exceptional based on how many people were in line (atleast 20 people). They seem to be adequately staffed and the line was moving quickly with their DMV-esque style Register 10 is now available thing they had going. Cons: None Closing comments: Everything was exceptional. 5/5 stars. Would definitely shop there again.

I am still in the store. I asked for directions to a young fellow and he was hesitant to give it. Any how continue looking around. For nor now this store it is not impressing me with service. Will check and let you know more. Well the prices are really decent and the majority of areas are well named and placed in locations that make sense. Clean easy accessible for handicap, and plenty of parking surrounded by other interesting stores. My overall experience was good.
