Pho has good flavor! Vietnamese coffee was yummy. Service was ok. Lady -maybe the owner, is super sweet but I had to flag her down a few times to ask for missing things. Table wasnt checked on. I would still go back though.

My wife and I had the meatiest bowls of pho Id ever had. We split a sandwich as well. My wife liked the sandwich. I thought it was not bad, mid, passable -- She was raving about it though. I left super-full. I think the value of the meat and flavor makes it worth it. It had a very ma and pa vibe from back in the day, so maybe my expectation for service is graded on a curve. They were responsive if we asked for anything but dont expect them to top off the water without an ask, but they were very accommodating when we did bring anything up.

It s usually pretty good! Last time I went though some tables were covered with left overs from previous customers, our food took almost half am hour to be brought to us, and the rice, OHH, the rice had egg shells all over. Pho Tan usually does better than this.

We come here all the time food is good. Today we decided to try out their Vietnamese ice coffee which are about $5 ea. and we got the cups on the picture filled about 1/5th of the way with coffee and a bag of ice on the side. This is ridiculous they have the nerve to charge people $5 for that. When my wife went to ask the lady for more coffee she added something in a cup with water and tried giving it to her when my wife rejected the drinks and asked for a refund the lady handed her $10 bill because apparently they dont do refunds on card purchases mind you the drinks are more than $10 with taxes. Very rude customer service from the lady. DO NOT ORDER THE ICE COFFEE IT IS A RIP OFF.

Over 30 mins for 2 banh mi sandwiches. I even called ahead of time when we were driving there so it would be ready by the time we got there (about 8 mins away.) O We were the only people in the restaurant. Lady was extremely rude and seemed flustered by our presence. Pretty sure our food was actually ready but since the lady wanted to be mean she made us wait 30 minutes. We will not be back which is a shame because we live across the street. The other Vietnamese restaurant down the street on West Airport is sooooo much better. They will have our business from now on.

Nice spot for yummy banh mi -- chicken was especially good. Quick prep so able to walk in, order, and walk out in less than 15 minutes. Banh mi had crispy crust that gave way to very fluffy interior. Filled with delicious meats and the standard cucumber, jalapeno , and cilantro. Nice sandwich and filling! Buy 5 get 1 free deal is nice as well. Plenty of parking outside!

I forgot my card there once and then received a notification from my bank about a transaction that was made but not approved. Then i called and the lady in the front had it. I went to pick it up and she said she found it in the restroom! Not knowing i knew they had tried using it. Bad service...she also speaks very little english so when i called prior to make the order the only thing she said was too busy and hung up the phone. I tried calling again to see if i can speak to someone else and she disconnected the line..or put it on DND. Rude, the food is not all that good...and the place is not that clean.

Was excited to try this place. Ordered fried egg rolls. Well, someone before us must have ordered and sent them back because we got their cold egg rolls. Had potential but because the lady wanted to save $3.99, gave us the old egg rolls. Sad, because the place isnt half bad. The food is always amazing! I dont eat pork, but my fiance does and they love the pork dishes! I love the beef and chicken dishes. Our favorites are the traditional Vietnamese egg rolls, pho ga (chicken pho), and their banh mi (sandwiches)! Their egg rolls are super addicting and their pho is so homey and delicious . Its really nice comfort food! The servers are super sweet and polite My fiance and I have tried different pho and Vietnamese places and personally this is the best place. What makes it even better is the lunch special that is from 11 am to 2 pm ! Its comfort food at a cheap price! If you havent been here youre absolutely missing out ! Parking: There are a limited amount of spots right in front since its in a strip center. But there are tons of parking elsewhere. Kid-friendliness: They allow kids and babies,etc. They have some kid friendly dishes too. They also have some sweet music playing in the background

I really want this restaurant to improve the quality of their ingredients, because we order very often from here, especially to-go. This is not the first time it s happened, these veggies went straight to the trash. I know they are pre packed, but the temperature you guys are storing them in are making them go bad. This is a on and off issue. Second, please put the saté from the bun Bo hue separately like other places, not mixed or directly on the noodles! I ordered 3 portions today and it was so spicy and difficult to eat, I m always choking when I order this. I m hoping our next order will be better.

#10 is my absolute favorite. Delicious pork, a small kick with the jalapeño in a sandwich. Love it! My husband always gets the #41 and it s also delicious. We haven t had a bad experience with the food. Their egg rolls are delicious too! Only problem is I wish the service was a bit better. Kid-friendliness: My kids always feel comfortable here. I am not typically a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, but at the insistence of a friend, I decided to give this restaurant a try. Since I prefer vegetarian options, I opted for their Veg Pho (Dish 39). To my pleasant surprise, it was an absolute delight! The dish was not only delicious but also remarkably healthy and nutritious. Whats more, it offered excellent value for money, priced at only $9, and the portion was so generous that I had to take half of it home. Considering the wonderful experience I had, I am now planning to make this a regular spot and visit at least twice every month. I must also commend the server who provided impeccable and courteous service throughout my visit. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant to both Vietnamese cuisine enthusiasts and even those who typically arent, like me. Its definitely worth a visit! 10/10 couldnt praise more. My friends and I would come here every time we have the chance. Friendly services, great portion for the price, and the dishes look and taste incredible. I would recommend the #78 (bánh mi bò né-steak, spam & egg served on a hot sizzling plate with house pâté, butter, side of salad and bread). The steaks are flavorful as always. We had Pho, Grilled Ban Mi,and Egg Rolls ...was not a big fan. We love Pho but here just was not as good as other places we have been too. The Beef broth had a very weak beef/bone broth flavor. The egg rolls were smaller than we normally are used too, didnt have much flavor either. The Bahn Mi was to go, had we eaten it there...we would have asked to replace it or refund. The chicken in it was all fat and gristly. The meat was very sparse as well. Not enough Meat to bun/Veggie ratio ...way off. Staff was on point though. Customer Service was excellent!!

I just finished enjoying the my quang dish and it was super delicious. The shrimp was tender, and the soup broth was so light and rich in flavor. The restaurant looked very clean and the staff was very friendly. The employee (Chau I think) was so welcoming and helped me get my meal fast since I was in a rush. Will be coming back soon and bringing friends for a proper sit-down meal. 10/10 :)

Good Pho. It says that they are one of the top Vietnamese places in America. I am not sure about all that. The food was good and service was great. I had Pho with tendon and meatballs. Not sure what my wife ordered. It was a special of the house.

We went here this afternoon and our last visit prior to that was several years ago. The pho tasted ok., The crispy wonton appetizer was great. Service wise, it was a 5. However, for cleanliness its disappointing. Went to the restroom to wash my hands prior to eating our food and it was just gross. There should be someone checking the restrooms in a 1 hr mark to make sure its clean. I washed my hands and was having second nd thoughts touching the paper towels abd had to grab my sanitizer in the car after washing my hands. Im sorry but you really need to clean the restrooms. My husband washed his hands and had the same feedback.

If i could give 0 star i would. I regret going this place. Service is awful. I had to ask for silverware sauces etc. Food is not good at all, it looked like they had recycled a previous or used leftovers to make my plate. Now the wait staff is unprofessional his nails were way to long and he kept on scratching his ears and head. Its just not clean its again health codes. Just really bad experience. For sure not coming here ever again.

Check them out with my friends today and really impressed. We each have different dishes Bunbohue is tasty and the vegetables come with it are plenty The other friend of mine got combination pho which has a lot of meat and the broth is well cook and smell just right I got MiQuang and buy one more for togo because it was so good. Not much for the interior or the design inside. But foods are good. Will come back for buncha Hanoi, heard that they are famouse with this dish and can t wait to try it out

Ive been to alot of places throughout Vietnam (like a dozen or so, in many different cities) and Chicago, and this place is super authentic. Everytime i try a place in America I try to compare it to a place that Ive had in Vietnam and this, is nearly identical to my favorite spot in Da Nang. Ill be coming back very often, and I would recommend this place to anyone all day long. The broth is so flavorful and has such a deep depth of flavor, my bowl is empty. Broth and all. Wow, just wow. Probably my new favorite Pho is the USA.

Found a great spot to go for Vietnamese food on my way home. Bun was delicious, the steamed rice was fresh. The coffee was strong, which is good, but the condensed milk just stuck to the bottom of the cup. I even tried mixing it once I got home.

Was originally gonna try out Chppys next door but they were closed so tried this place and Im glad I did since its close to my workplace. Food was really good!
