He had a really great time here. Came on a Sunday right when they open and we got to enjoy the whole place to ourselves. The staff here are very friendly and made the experience wonderful. We enjoyed that besides laser tag there was also a Laser Maze which allowed us to have fun in between the games. The laser tag arena is huge and it is three stories. Tons of fun. Definitely coming back here again. Would recommend to come on a Sunday with a group. Definitely come check this out. Great staff here and great place overall. Support local and come check this place out

went on a field trip with my summer camp here in June 2024 we all had so much fun the place seems small when you first walk in but once you start the game it feels never ending inside and has 3 levels will definitely be back for more fun and unbeatable price

Kids had fun but I m not happy. 1st. The price for a party includes unlimited laser tag and maze but there seemed to be only 1 person working so they didn t get to play as much as we would ve hopped. 2nd the maze was so easy my children finished within seconds. When they tried to go back the attendant told them they couldn t because our party was over. Mind you we got there at 5:05 but no one came to the room to explain how the party works and we didn t get wrist bands until 5:45. 3rd the bathroom was a mess. It was so nasty. Poop and pee just sitting in the toilets. No paper towels, old and in horrible need of replacement. 4th the laser tag vest and gun was sooooo sticky and gross like they never clean them. 5th the party room was small and outdated and not well kept. The trash can had no bag. There was a broom sitting in there. The tables were wobbly and old and not clean. And to top it all off the one person working there. A young teen with braces and blonde hair was rude. She rolled her eyes when she brought me an off brand water and I asked her for Ozarka that she was clearly selling to other guests. When I asked her about the my children not being able to go on the maze she basically said she couldn t do anything and would look into it later with an attitude and eye roll. She was no help during the party. Also on the website it says 3hr party large but in smaller print 2hr 45mins. Just keep that in mind. We will stick to Main Event for laser tag in the future. I will never go to Laserzone again.

Aside from the laser maze, which was extremely short and small, the laser tag was so awesome. Its great for kids and adults. I highly recommend it. Well be coming back for sure and the prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

We had my sons birthday here. I had been in communication with them about the date and time for four days. When it came to booking and deposit they told me I was good to go, then sent an email one minute later saying sorry it was booked. We could use a table in the lobby. When I arrived to see the small picnic table the male behind the counter could tell I was upset. He told me he would give me a discount and he was sorry. He also told me they had booked too many parties and the place was packed. I go to settle my tab at the end of the 1 hr and 45 min time allotment and she gives me an outrageous price. Then gives me attitude and was so rude when I asked about the discount I was promised by the young man. So I had to pay the EXACT same price for my small picnic table for 20+ kids in the lobby as the groups that had the large party rooms with privacy and multiple tables. On their website under party pricing it states Includes party room for 1 hr and 45 min which we did not get. Also, because it was so overbooked l, the 2 games and unlimited maze entrances my party was supposed to have were squeezed in and not much in the maze cause there was too many people. My sons who the birthday was for wouldn t even do the second round of laser tag because of how many kids they were trying to shove in there. It was a joke. Just beware and make sure you get everything in writing and make sure it s not being booked with 6 parties at once.

Had my child s birthday party here. When we showed up there was very little guidance as or explanation of what we were to do. There were only two very young boys working and it was not busy at all but I swear they were hiding most of the time. I literally found one of them hiding in the laser room sitting on the floor on his phone. Meanwhile, I m trying to guid a bunch of eager kids through activities at a place that I don t work at. It was very stressful but despite all that they still had fun . My suggestion would be to not let two teenage boys run the place alone because that was a mess.

I had my son and daughters birthday party here on 9/23 and I was left speechless at the behavior from the owner, Patricia or Pat (she believes putting her hands on someone elses child is justifiable). We showed up on time for our party, but had to wait for our room which was fine as it was clear how busy it was, but there was confusion as another party was put in there when they were supposed to be placed somewhere else. Once that was settled we setup and the first game was announced and our groups made their way in. As I was putting the vests on our kids, Patricia comes in yelling at the attendant because my child asked about the gun and how to use it and she took it upon herself to shake the gun out of her hand and yell at her. I had to yell at her to get her hands off of her and to never touch her again. She came to apologize attempting to excuse her actions because they were busy, but to find out she was the owner and she laid her hands on a child and yelled at them because they were asking ME how to use the gun was beyond wrong, unprofessional and she should not be allowed anywhere near children if she cant handle her own emotions with her job. I can not put into words how infuriated I am and we will never be back to this location so long as Patricia is there, my childrens safety is my top priority and I am so thankful I was there to stop her. **update** There was no misunderstanding as I know what I saw and heard. Im glad another group had a better experience than ours, and its that more upsetting that one of our kids was treated the way she was. It was a question asked of me and it to be interfered the way it was can not be excused.

We just had the most horrible experience for my son s 9th birthday party. When we arrived the employee was outside the front door smoking a cigarette. He took his time before coming in to assist us. He was barely responsive to us at all. Mumbling and moving very slow. It was apparent to us and our guests that he was under the influence. He smelled very strongly of marijuana. He gave very confusing instructions about how to enter the lazer maze and then went back outside to smoke. The maze wan t working and we couldn t find him. We wasted about 15 mins just standing there with the party. When he came back in my husband asked if he could help and he said I guess you wasn t listening to me when I told you the first time. I told him that was very rude and this was my son s birthday. He started acting extremely disrespectful saying who se rude? over and over. I asked to speak to his manager and he just kept repeating himself and rolling his eyes at me. He refused to give me his managers information. I PROMISE I would have left if it wasn t my son s birthday party. It also smelled STRONGLY of urine in the party room. I was so embarrassed that we invited guests to this place to be treated this way and sit in a room that smelled like urine! Most of the games in the arcade area were broken and not in working order. Just an absolute nightmare of a time. We will never go back and I strongly recommend you PASS on this place for a birthday party!

5 stars for the super fun Lazer tag experience. The 2-story Lazer tag field was one of the best I have been to. The place is older and some care to the restrooms including making sure there is soap is needed; however, playing Lazer tag here was incredibly fun and the longest amount of game play per game. Highly recommend for all ages!

UPDATE: we went back again this year for my son s bday. It was a ton of fun! Don t sleep on the laser maze. I recommend the $10/hour deal. My 3 year old even enjoyed it. I imagine this place is much busier on the weekend, but fun and not crowded during the week. I took the boys on June 6. Sadly no one was there. Prices are so reasonable and my kids had a blast. I played with them and an employee joined in too to make it a better game! They were so friendly and it is a better experience than it was when I was a kid. As a parent I m glad that the name-choosing process is made by your laser vest. That means my small boys don t have to read whatever the teenagers might come up with. We will be back and hopefully lots more people will join us!

Hi, i recently came in and bought 3 lazertag games yesterday , me and my sons. There were 3 people working but the ones that stood out to me were Will and Zion , lol had to remember their names because they were so helpful and patient, my sons loved their time here. There was one other guy that was here and he was in the back helping us, very polite boy. Will gave us a free game because my boys wanted to play a game with a larger party and Zion also gave us a free lazermaze because we got first place. Their were a lot of people but those 2 kids kept working hard, wish i could have tipped them for making our day brighter. Me and my family recently lost a family member of ours so they really made me and my kids day. All to say, i enjoyed coming here

Listen, I ll give you the good and the bad bc there are both. We had a party for a football team and 8 kids age 10-13 attended. First off, it s relatively cheap compared other places and they allow you to bring your own food in, so points there. Our party room had 4 picnic tables and was a decent size. The picnic tables were not in good condition and rocked back and forth (one even tilted with one side coming up) when people got up or sat down. Although they did clean our party room, there were fruit flies all over the room, possibly from the drains in the bathroom, which were right outside the party room door. The bathrooms were disgusting. When you have 10-12 year old boys coming out complaining about the smell and cleanliness you KNOW it s bad. You could smell the bathrooms just outside the door but thankfully not in our party room. Judging from previous reviews this is not a reflection on the staff on duty at the time but rather an ongoing janitorial issue. The place as a whole was very dirty, but I chalk that up to the fact that it was very busy in the common area and not that many employees working. The employee that seemed to be in charge and helping us was as sweet and as helpful as he could be (young, white, short kinda curly hair) so kudos to him. Some of the arcade type games were not working. The biggest points come from the lasertag and lazermaze. All of the kids from our party had a lot of fun. The games are 20 minutes long, multi levels, and they came out sweaty and laughing. They loved all of the laser activities. Would I book a party again there? Probably not. Would I bring my kiddo and a few friends for a few cheap games of lasertag? Probably. Just come equipped with some hand sanitizer

Employee was kind, friendly, and helpful! Went with young kids and was pleasantly surprised to find the packs and phasers werent too heavy for them. Vest/phaser customization options are a nice touch, and the arena has four levels and lots of lazer light effects for a fun atmosphere. The lazer maze is also really fun!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Sugar Land hidden gem! Family owned and pleasantly staffed, this laser tag venue surpassed my expectations. Even with two birthday parties going simultaneously, the laser games were well managed and efficiently conducted, and Pat handled our changing number of guests and party needs without missing a beat. The per guest party price was very reasonable and she even made allowances for changing guest numbers. One of the owners gave our two birthday kids each a free game, for another day. A nice surprise, indeed! I didn t play the laser games, so I cannot speak to their quality, but the kids were thrilled with the games they played. So... Thank you, Laser Zone - we will return for more birthday shenanigans!!

Hands down the best place to play laser tag. It has a huge 3 story arena dedicated to the sport. Also the laser tag guns and vests work the better than anywhere else and register hit fire precisely. If you are looking to play some real laser tag, this is the best spot in the country. It s hard to find entertainment centers like this one that dedicate themselves to laser tag. This place will and always has been my favorite place to play laser tag. Laser zone truly deserves more recognition.

This was the first time I visited ANY Laser tag place. I took 4 of my nephews (ages 12-16) this past weekend and they LOOOOOVED it!!!! I was concerned about safety, but EVERYONE wore a mask and the place looks clean, so it was fine. I didnt do the laser tag thing, but I played air hockey and there were also more games that a 45 year old could nostalgically enjoy. After 7pm, theres UNLIMITED GAMES for $16.50!!!, so DEFINITELY gonna return. The youngest of the four wants to have his BIRTHDAY PARTY here!!!!

My kids always love coming here. We always have a great time when we come. The staff is always nice and helpful. The two gentlemen Bruno and Johnson on our last visit were extremely helpful and kind. They helped my littlest one out and were more than patient with all the kids playing. We will continue to come back here.

We came for my daughters bday for the Friday unlimited Lasertag for $16 each and Bruno was very helpful at the front office with arcades and getting us checked in. Joshua also helped us choose what type of game we can play in the laser zone. Really cool place for kids get tired and have fun!

Its a great place to take the kids or blow off some steam. Bruno and Jim do a great job keeping this place running on a Saturday night. Seriously, laser tag can be as fun as an adult as it was when you were small. Laser One has a multi-level arena with black lights music and plenty of other distractions. Beware the adult taggers who do this daily. They are very good and work in teams. The guys who do this at earn all kinds of rewards and statuses that can make them a real pain to play with. My kids have had birthday parties here and those were great.

What a great place for a party! I liked that they had a private party room, and the kids liked the laser tag fun. Local places delivered pizza. So easy! And, Elijah, Bruno and Cooper did a great job taking the kids through the laser tag rooms. Laser Zone easily earned 5 stars from me!

We waited till the last minute to plan our son s birthday party. Laserzone got everything set up for us and the kids had a great time. The staff was friendly and even gave us a warming bag to keep our pizzas warm.
