Negative 1000 starts from me if i could leave those. Absolutely worst practice I have ever come across. These people are straight up thieves. They will not work on your case, never give you any response no matter how many times you call them or send as many emails. They will put you through a loop of throwing you to different people without any answer or update. If anyone is looking for immigration lawyer, please steer away and dont waste your time, money or energy over here. If anyone needs further information as to why I wrote this review, please contact me. I can fill you in with proof of a complete email trail stating how unprofessional and shameless these people are. P.S. Forgot to mention all those negative reviews that you might see here are all 100% true and I attest to all of them. Also, you will never receive any reliable or factual information from them. All they will tell you is It will be done, while the fact is that it wont be. Please consider those reviews before handing your money to these highway robbers.

Very bad services especially the receptionist. Very rude over the phone never reply to the email always making excuses. The attorney itself asks for $150 even after consultation if you have a question they never let you speak with the attorney. Even this 1 star is not reasonable. I would not recommend this firm at all. Do not use this firm for any immigratin work. Writ of Mandamus: I had lost all hopes for my pending AOS case with USCIS. I tried all options available but was out of luck. Then I decided to utilize the last option meaning filing the writ of mandamus ( makes federal agency to do their job). Long story short I decided to go for it and hired Mr. Willy s law firm for it. I was briefed clearly and completely about all the steps to be taken to file the writ by Mr. Willy. The office assistant Sumita was superb in document collection and explaining the requirements for them. Mr. James parker along with Miss Madiha have been very thorough in their communications and have made this whole process very smooth for me. My case was not in Texas, and it was not an issue for the law firm as they hired the local assistance for that. Right after the writ was filed, I was called for a final interview by USCIS. Special thanks to Mr. Chiro who accompanied me for my interview and raised the valid points when the officers were interviewing me. My sincere thanks to Mr. Willy and his paralegal Stephanie Stubbe for handling my GC case so professionally. When I started working with them, I had no confidence that my case can qualify for the EB1A category. Their fact-gathering, presenting appropriate and adequate exhibits, emphasizing key points, and ornamenting many other intricate details on paperwork made my case strong enough to convince the approver without any RFE! Anyone reading these comments needs to understand that the GC candidate has to work on most of the paper works, and all they do is mentor and guide you until they convince themselves first on your case. It will be a multiple painstakingly iterative process to reach the final draft. The only area that I was not so happy, is the time that the paralegal took to review certain open action items. They had other conflicting priorities (filing H1B first during Apr month etc) that caused some delay in my case progress. If you work hard and collaborate genuinely with them, you have a very high chance!

Hi, I would like to say Im glad to find and work with this law firm to file my 485J.On October 2020, when the filing dates became current for me, I was exploring my options to file for AP and AOS, where My case was rejected by my company Attorney and said that i had to start the GC process all over. Because in my case I have EB2 and EB3 from 2 different employers and Im not currently employed with them. Last year, October 2020, when the filing dates became current for me, I was exploring my options to file for AP and AOS. My case was peculiar - (1) I moved on from the employer who filed my I-140 (2) I was unemployed (but had a job prospect) during that period of time. Onboarding the new job and starting a fresh labor and I-140 looked like a distant dream while the filing dates could potentially retrogress at any moment. Mr. Willy, I had consulted with you a couple of weeks ago on my father, a green card holder who had stayed in India for a period of 1 year and 4 months and we were discussing how to get him back to the US without he losing his Green card. We followed your advice closely. We created a tabbed binder with tabs for the original flight ticket that would have allowed him to return in 4 months time from departure from the US - but was cancelled due to the pandemic and lockdowns, medical certificates and letters from doctors advising him to not travel, copies of medical investigations done in India that showed he was not fit to travel, US income tax returns that were filed for the last 3 years as a resident - including the latest 2020 tax return, bank statements, investment account statements, that demonstrated a close connection with the US, etc. . See attached for a picture of our binder. I think the advice you gave us asking us was to order a wheel chair was excellent. This allowed all of us to stay with my Dad as he got referred to secondary inspection. At the initial inspection point at Chicago airport immigration, the officer said that since the stay was over a year, he was sending us to secondary inspection. He was not willing to entertain any explanations.. At the secondary inspection, I showed the officer the tabbed binder and explained the circumstances of his delayed return. The officer accepted our position, and asked us why we did not get an SB1 visa. I told him that the consulates in India were closed to immigrant visas due to the pandemic. We tried but they had no appointments available until the pandemic was over. He accepted that position and asked us to sign a form that showed the SB1 visa fee being waived. He warned us to not overstay the next time and letting us go due to the pandemic and the health condition shown. Thank you very much for your detailed advice. It gave us a lot of confidence and things proceeded exactly as you predicted they would.

In 2014 , I employed Willy Nanayakkara, for an EB 5 process for my son. He was under treatment for Leukemia in the USA. After his second bone marrow transplant, we sought that the advance that we had paid this law firm (In Total $5,000+$900 for project preparation) be converted for legal expenses for processing my L1 Visa. We had an excellent experience with Willy and nanayakara associates .The entire office staff worked really hard on our case and guided us through the processing time. I cannot believe that lawyers work the way this firm works. My L-1 application took years to be reviewed by Mr Chiro , who seems to be a partner in this firm. They don t reply to calls or voice mail messages. After receiving advance money to process my application, appoints with Mr. Chiro became harder. This is when Mr. Willy and Mr. Chiro both know very well that my son is fighting Cancer and most of my time is spent in the hospital. Instead of being a help they proved to be money swindlers. THESE GUYS ARE NO HELP LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE FOR LEGAL SUPPORT. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO OR NEGATIVE STAR RATING.

Didnt know scheduling an appointment would be so difficult. Called in to schedule an appointment for me and my girlfriend (who doesnt understand English as much), so I asked them to put us down together. The receptionist (who is very poor at communication and customer relationship) agrees and puts us down together. After confirming and towards the end of the conversation she says, SHE WILL NOT ALLOW BOTH OF US TO COUNSEL TOGETHER). It is clients concern if they would receive detailed information or not or how many questions they ask, and how much detail they want to dive into. I know, we have limited time and everything, and didnt ask to extend that for free. We were ready to pay and all, but the receptionist was inarticulate, rude, grumpy and lacked clear thinking. I hope the attorneys there know how many clients they are losing because of her. She also also said that if i comment on here, she would mention in the reply how rude I was to her. So, dont be surprised to see that coming in the reply. Anyways, Bravo!! In successfully losing another client ;) Keep it up and let the receptionist control your life :)) Hope this review helps.

I would not touch them with a ten foot pole. The most unprofessional and incomprehensibly lazy immigration attorneys around. They do not respond to your emails and do not get back to you on the phone when promised. Do not be fooled by their proactive approach during pre-engagement meetings. This is all a plot to deceive potential clients of their money to pay them. Once you pay them, they would take months and months to fill out a simple form. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I have lost my money but I do not want anyone else to lose theirs!
