I usually order fried chicken here but they do have some great burger options, biryani and etc. The prices are reasonable, despite of them using hand slaughter crescent chicken which is expensive than regular halal(machine slaughter) chicken!

Not sure why this place has a 4.2 rating. I ordered chicken over rice which was undercooked. A fiery zinger chicken Sandwich which was old. The fried chicken coating fell off the breast and the sandwich was extremely soggy. Lastly the onion rings were like chewing on rubber. Honestly some of the worst food I have ever eaten. Save your money and bad late night trips to the toilet. Houston has too many halal options to be eating this disgusting old undercooked trash.

Food was great , but the server is the rudest person I have ever met. Dude has attitude for no reason, when I called to make an order he hung up called again phone was blocked. I called from another phone he answered. The guy in the front needs to be FIRED . A couple of months ago, I ordered takeout from your establishment once not twice. After placing the order, I realized I wouldn t be able to pick it up and attempted to call multiple times to cancel. Unfortunately, I couldn t get through, so I stopped trying. Later, I received a call from Sara s informing me that my order was ready. I explained to the person on the phone that I had tried to reach out to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the individual I spoke with responded with attitude and abruptly hung up. Since then, my number has been blocked. I have visited in person three times to request that my number be unblocked, as the initial issue was not my fault. Despite continuing to order from your restaurant, the person at the counter, who I believe was the one who blocked my number, claimed not to know anything about it. I truly enjoy the food at your restaurant, but the counter staff s rude and rash behavior is disappointing. It s unfortunate that the owner has to manage such situations.

The food was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. The server had the worst attitude I ve ever encountered. He was rude for no reason, hung up on me when I tried to place an order over the phone, and even blocked my number when I called back. I had to use a different phone just to get through. The person working the front desk is a disgrace and should be fired immediately. I won t be coming back.

Decent food but this place needs to be looked into for tax fraud. I ve been eating here for a long time and the price charged never matches the price advertised. They have a sign on the register that says all credit cards are subject to a 3.5% fee which is completely normal but then i realized they re manually charging that 3.5% fee on all debit cards as well which is straight up fraud and bad business practice and i wonder how many people on the daily are getting charged the extra 3.5% fee on the Debit cards. As a business owner that has used clover and square before, there is no 3.5% fee on debit cards, only credit cards! Will be getting this matter looked into.

Ever since the Guatemalan cashier with the gold chain been there, the food quality has gone downhill. While he isnt rude nor friendly, there is so much carelessness with how they handle the food. Unseasoned fries, no sauces or ketchup is ever given, whenever we ask for any sauces like ketchup, the cashier gives a literal single packet. Chicken is melting through the foam container and sketchy crowd due to the adjacent gas station. The only nice factor is that the dining area is calm and laid back. The previous owners were awesome and very much present, now it seems like there is no management or quality control. Their demeanor towards any form of online criticism also says alot as well.

The food isnt that great quality wise. For service the guy that was helping seemed almost annoyed that we bothered his day. Not so friendly, and to top it off for a dine-in restaurant you would think that you would be able to use the restrooms but they have a note there saying that it is out of service but when my son was still eating we saw two guys come in and one went to order while the other went to use the restroom as if he knew the sign was bogus and when he came out to join the other guy they were talking to the employee as if they knew eachother because they were even asking about the lady working in the back and they were laughing.. so unprofessional, never going back.

I went there to get some food for my kid and I and we had ordered and chicken shawarma and a spicy chicken sandwich combo which cost me around $30 and while the presentation was lovely the food was subpar. The chicken shawarma was bland and cold while the spicy chicken sandwich was so thin and hard it made my son s jaw hurt. The only positive thing about this was the customer service and the cold can of coke.

One of the most authentic NY-style gyro spots in Houston! Large portions, good prices, delicous food, humble environs -- yeah, this place qualifies as a great hole-in-the-wall. We ordered the combination gyro and chicken over rice and a burger. Burger and fries were solid, but the combo blew us away. White sauce was a vibrant, acidic, and tangy compliment to the deeply savory, hot, and juicy gyro over the bed of rice. Side salad was fresh, and the red sauce was nice and spicy. It really did taste like I was eating from a street cart in Manhattan. Not a great ambience, but you obviously dont come here for that. You come for the food. This place is Lets Eat HTX approved!
