If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order on 8/13 to be ready at 12:30 pm (Cobb salad and 6 flat wings). I arrived at 12:30, checked in. The employee said maybe an additional 4-5 min. No problem. At 12:50 she came and said we have no Cobb salads, would you like something else? As frustrated as I was I told her I d take a Caesar salad and the refund of my difference. At about 1:05 she came back and said the manager was going to make me a salad. I in turn asked for a refund. The manager came out, never apologized. He took the last 4 of my cc and said 3-4 days for a refund. I have called that restaurant 4 times because here we are at 9 days later and no refund and a manager will NEVER come to the phone. I ve attempted to contact corporate. No response. Garbage!!!! The principle is not the cost, it s the lack of accountability!

Extremely bad customer service. You ll have to wait like like an hour to get your drinks because the waiters are chitchatting in the corner. I have video footage or the worker chitchatting in the booths and it s not the first time. Whoever the manger is they need to get rid of him. That s unacceptable. This is the second time in a row I come to this Buffalo Wild Wings this week and 2 times that I get sat and nobody came to take my order both times I sat for 20 minutes and nobody even came to check if we at least got our drinks, today two waitresses questioned who was gonna attend us and they just left, a waste of time truly. I placed an order for pickup on a Monday night. It took 40 minutes past the time I was told to pick up my order for me to become fed up and request a refund, then another 20 for a manager to finally come by. I was told no refund could be provided save for a phone call via the companys website, as it was a mobile order. Lo and behold, there is no phone number. I would appreciate my order being refunded, at the very least, as the wasted hour of my life and aggravation of driving home past the time all other places are closed bing compensated definitely wont happen if the quality and timeliness of service is anything to go by. I dont know who dropped the ball, because the poor girls coordinating orders kept yelling into the back every 20 minutes to see if my order was ready. Save your money for a competitor or a literal crackhead offering you a leftover cheeseburger. At least then youd actually be guaranteed service.

Went out with family and had the pleasure of being served by Chazery. She did a great job and was super attentive. With the way they have their All You Can Eat Boneless special set up your server has to come by the table frequently and she did not miss a beat. Best service we have had eating at a restaurant in a while. Cheers!

The restaurant was empty, and they still never came to serve us. We didn t even get our drinks. One of the other waiters came over to ask if we had been served, and when we said no he said he d let someone know. Still, no one came. The same guy came back to ask us if our waiter came to serve us, but still no one came. At that point we just decided to leave.

I literally waited on hold for more than 15 min to place a to go order that I never got the opportunity to place and finally hung up the phone when I pulled in to park. When I arrived I noticed the phone receiver was off the hook so they wouldnt get calls even though the line was still ringing. I spoke to the girl/Alex at the counter twlling her that I was on hold for 15 min and she gave me an oh well look and said theyre super busy.. Then the manager(I think his name is James) walked up and quickly turned around. I STOOD AT THE COUNTER WAITING FOR ANYBODY/SOMEBODY to take my order. I literally watch them walk back and forth ignoring me until I ask the girl Alex if she could take my order and she literally was about to tell me she was busy and turned back around and was disinterested in really helping me. I got my order and the food didnt look good enough for me to want to eat. I was so disappointed in the order til literally stood with this girl while looking at the food and questioning her while James peeped around the corner at me...I will be throwing this food away and calling corporate..Crazy thing is I was courteous and patient. Maybe it was the area I was in Ive never written a review before for no company or organization but this location deserved all this.AND, AND, AND I DROVE OUT OF MY WAY FOR THIS SERVICE AND FOOD

The adult male manager was very rude to my daughter because they did not prepare the order accurately. He lied and said they did not serve the item, but I have ordered the same thing five (5) times this past week from this location the same way I ordered it today. Look at the picture of the sloppy mess they provided as a manner of revenge . I tried to clean it up enough to eat, but I was unsuccessful. I will never order from this location again.

Ordered over $100 dollars in food to be picked up here. When we arrived there were over 10 items missing from our ordered when we got home. Tried calling them multiple times to only be left waiting on the phone for over an hour with the prompt saying you re next on the call, we ll get to you soon but got tired of waiting so we hung up. Tried all 3 options on the phone, pressing all 1-3 options, no luck. There s also no way to report missing food on the website either. This location is over 30 minutes away from our home. Just file a dispute with your credit card company, you ll get faster results with them than at this location.

Yesterday, May 28,2024. Very busy. Was comped a free BUD when I walked in from Manager, Mike. Did not get ANY service from my waiter, Jonathon. Left BWW. Terrible experience. Then, I return today, Wednesday, May 29, 2024. About 7:15 PM. Sit in bar area. Andre is tending bar. Says he will be right back for my food order. Andre does not come back. I walk to the bar and ask Andre to put the NHL Hockey game which started at 7:30 PM on any TV. At 7:45, the game semi-final game is in full swing but no hockey on TV. No Food. Andre stated when I arrived that he was only taking care of the bar area. However, he was also taking care of folks in the main dining area. I left and went to SPECTATORS where I got immediate service on drink, food and NHL Hockey. Owner, I realize ya ll just remodeled and opened up with special BOGO deals on both Tuesday and Wednesday, but the service was just terrible both days. I am really really disappointed in Andre due to the repeated simple requests not being followed up. No excuse. Veteran bartender. Been coming to this BWW for over 15 years. Have NEVER had this experience before. If this is how your business will behave in the future then that s fine. You ARE the OWNER and there are real staffing and personnel problems at the Sugar Land location. Not a rant. That s just how your franchise is NOW operating.

The service and the food are the two factors i consider the most. Usually the wait time depends on how many people are in the store. But sometimes when there s not a lot of people they take some time to serve. The food have a good taste, the amount of fries are sometimes good quantity and sometimes they give you just enough to cover the plate. The wings, like I mentioned, have a good taste, texture and texture are awesome. But some how I don t know why they re wings are so small and don t have enough meat. I think a 3 is good enough for those factors mentioned.

Placed an order for $83.32 online. The money was deducted from my credit card. Prior to picking up the order my roommate was told that the site does not honor corporate bundles, and that the order was canceled and per manager, and money would be refunded in 3-5 days. Went to B-dubs in Sugar Land to watch the Astros game. Arrived and was greeted by Chris, the manager. We seated ourselves but he came to our table right away with menus and sent Morgan our waitress right over. I had a gift card bonus whose promotion expired months ago. I let Chris know that I wasn t happy about not realizing the bonus expired (fine print). Chris took care of us by discounting some of the meal. He talked to us like his buddies and made us at home. In addition the Astros game was not playing where we ate and Chris took the time to make sure we got a great view of one of the TV screens. Our waitress Morgan is very nice and she checked in on us many times. Very attentive. Thanks for a good dinner out you all!

I will never eat here again i waited 45 minutes for some nasty food which they did not follow procedures on how i wanted my order. Then I get my wings and I see feathers and claw and I spoke with the manager and he swore in his whole 10 years of working with the company that he never had feathers in the wings and he checks them daily he refused to remake my food we continue to eat and ended up finding more feathers and ended up getting food poisoning. I use to eat here every Tuesday but they lost my service for good. Can t even follow instructions on how to cook or prep orders. The drinks tasted like syrup the chicken sandwich was so small it was like a slider and wasn t fresh my fries was cold even the sauce tasted nasty. The manager didn t even care about my service at all. This place use to be good also Josue the server instead of giving me my correct change he gave me back what my total was and pocketed the remaining money I spoke with a manager as well and he could not do anything because I didn t notice til I got home what my change was.

The marrow in the bone were dried out which tells me these wings were frozen for a long time; not freshly processed or butchered! Not my kind of food quality. Save your time and avoid this restaurant. Ive never had such slow service in my life. We waited to get seated as there was no host present. Then we waited ages for someone to come over to take the order or at the very least greet us. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. We got up and left from there and will be sure to not come back. It looks like this place has had many complaints in the past and no improvements have been made. Wanted to go to eat. I had never gone to Buffalo Wild Wings. I was like , where have I been? Anyway my family and I went. As soon as I walked in the staff welcomed us right away. Great smile and friendly. Do you know how hard it is to get good service now days? But that day I was really impressed. The food was excellent. The tater tots are absolutely delicious . I hadnt had great tots like this in a long time . Our waitress was very attentive. Checked on us periodically. Brought us refills at the perfect timing. When I say we had quality service believe me we did. So with that being said we will be going back. The only thing I would recommend is a big sign out by Hwy 6. This place is snuggled up in the back of a nother business. Imagine if more people would see it Id bet it would be non stop .

On January 6, 2024 me and my family came in for dinner. We Enter the restaurant and no one came to sit us down, we had to look for someone to assist us. That was already a bad start. The young lady got us a table and told us that the server will be here shortly. Minutes came and no one has yet come. We notice that other parties were arriving and being seated. 3 parties arrived after we did and they received immediate attention . 25 minutes went by and no ever came to our table. (Waiters just walking back and forward) employees just chatting and not taking there job serious is unprofessional. I had to take my family elsewhere. I was really hoping to give my local Buffalo Wild Wings a try. But our experience was exclusively awful. As a business owner. This is very rude and unprofessionalism. The host is nice and friendly when we first walked to the store. That is the only reason why I gave it two star. Service is extremely horrible. I don t know what happened to this location when servers are busy talking chatting and did not pay attention to the food. It took about half of an hour for the food. Wings got cold when they came out. Asked for napkin multiple times but the server could careless. Food was horrible. Wings are hard and dried even though sauce on top. Ordered one drink and brought out another different kind of drink. This store needs a serious general manager who cares for the income of the store by paying more attention to the surrounding. Will come back and hope to see the positive change.

Lets start off by saying the wings were excellent, full of flavor and vary good sized. Now everything else is not so good from here. After being sat, we asked for a manager at the ten minute mark of waiters walking by us (one on a cell phone) and never being greeted. Then five minutes later a server named Aaron came and finally greeted us, took our drink order, appetizer order (asked if we wanted it first and yes we did), and then took our food order. Needless to say the appetizer came out with no trays, forks or napkins (Had to ask for them and when they brought them, they didnt even bring enough for the table. A minute later the wings are brought to the table with no time to eat the appetizer. Needless to say, we saw tables sat after us get served before us, never saw the manager and will be having to drive to a different location for our next wing night. To end on a positive note, the music was awesome.

Very clean, Great atmosphere. The bullet bourbon chicken wings are outstanding. The nachos they served were mostly chips and hardly any toppings. All in all good food good place to eat service could be a little bit better but it was a good experience.

Server didn t attended us till 30min after we were seated & she had walked past us 5-6 times before she attended us , meanwhile she was standing laughing by the drinks with the other servers. I placed an order on the app for pick up. When I arrived I was handed the bag. After I left I realized I was missing half of the wings Id ordered. I returned to the store and told them. After checking the item list on the bag with the contents of the bag they finally went and found the rest of them (already boxed and waiting). Since everything else in the order was accounted for, I went home. Then when I opened the hatch queso I ordered (plain, no pico) I found some kind of watery chili that may have had a little queso at the bottom. Honestly it was watery and gross. I did not want to return, so I called and the young lady that answered (the same one that had helped me in person) again had to pull up the order and check and then admitted I was right it should have been plain. I asked to speak to a manager about getting a credit since I didnt want to come back for a replacement. He decided it was a better choice to argue with me than offer a solution. First he claimed he was in the to go window and no one had come back for left out wings. I said the young lady helped me and then heard her talking to him in the background. He then argued with me that the queso comes that way, with chili. No, its an additional add on at an added expense. He finally agreed - Im not certain if he was making excuses or just doesnt know the menu - but said he couldnt refund it, that Id have to wait for the other manager who would be there 5 hours later. So after eating part of lunch that no longer tastes as good as it should, my husband made a trip back to get a replacement queso since Ill never see that refund. At no point was I rude, I simply asked for what Id ordered. The girl at the store was very polite, the issue was the shift manager not wanting to provide customer service follow through. I honestly had planned to go back this week to use a reward, but I dont know that I want to go back ever. We have visited in person in the recent past and had a much better service experience, so I will give them that. Just dont trust anything they package for you to take home.

I came to watch the Izzy vs Strickland UFC fight. I got there at 9:15 and got a table since the bar was full. Saw a White couple and another Blavk man get seated after me around 9:25. I had not even been greeted or given a drink of water. Both the couple and the same man finally got waited on around 9:40. around 9:45 the couple recieved their appetizer and I still hadnt recieved as much as a greeting. called a random waiter to request the waiter for my table, he said he would get him...still nothing. called for manager, who asked if i was okay. i said no and explained what happened. He apologized and said my waiter would be over shortly. I didnt get a waiter til 9:55. I was at my table 40min and had to speak to the manager to get a freaking drink.

Walked in around lunch time and expected there to be a wait due to the lunch rush, it wasn t. I called in my order. There was no one at the front desk for about 5 min. The hostess came and posted up in her area. Took her another 5 min to actually acknowledge me, perhaps because she was not in to-gos. Or maybe I had on an invisible shield. The place smelled of mold. It was awful. Finally she called the male with dark curly hair to the front. He never made eye contact with me he kept his head down and told me my total. The overall first experience was trash. 1 of my wings had absolutely NO SAUCE on it. 0/10 would not recommend this location. Customer service trumps EVERYTHING and they had none. I see recent reviews about the service and reply s to them. Take that same energy and put into your staff!! They SUCK it s not hard to understand.

Update: After 5 years, this specific location hasn t changed. Horrendous experience trying to order delivery with their app. Imagine ordering a meal for your staff and finding out it gets cancelled. Do not know which party is at fault (BW3 or Doordash) since everyone has a different story but it doesn t fix empty stomachs of hard working nurses. Pointless to order online & arrive on time or earlier. Waited for over 20 minutes and saw customers who ordered after me to get their meal first when they ordered in real time. Probably one of the worst BW3 around.
