When i say i called at least 10 plus lawyers, i am genuinely not kidding. I called several traffic citation lawyers trying to get my window tint citation dismissed. Everyone else asked me to show up in court, pay a lawyer, take my tint off and did not guarantee that the fee would be waived. As soon as i called Rubin & Rolong P.L.L.C. I knew i was dealing with a knowledgeable team that would fight for you no matter what. I was not wrong whatsoever, within less than a week they dismissed my case, dismissed any fees/fines, took it off my record and saved me time by not having to show up to court. 15/10 i definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a lawyer, they know what they are doing.

Weve all heard the jokes, among them, Shakespeares famous line, First we kill all the lawyers. But I met the real deal today. I mean I actually parted with my hard earned dollars to retain him. And Roy Rolong was worth every penny and more! I sat in a court room with over a hundred other defendants, in my case waiting for a judge to rule on a case that i believed had no validity. But men have been hung on bad charges. And I watched nervously as lawyers and clerks milled around, crowding the front of the courtroom. For twenty minutes I watched my attorney stand next to the prosecutor, dominating his time, like a bulldog worrying a bone, making my case. What did I do? I merely said Present, when the bailiff called my name. And before the judge entered the courtroom to begin the hearings, Roy walked up the aisle, beckoned to me, and said, Your case has been dismissed. And when I asked about court fees, he told me there were none. I have never been in court before this, and hope never to be again. But if I am, I want Roy Rolong to represent me!

I was recommended to James by an attorney friend to deal with a traffic citation. I expected a long wait and legal jargon. James answered my txt within a very short time. Amazing attorney! Told me truthfully what the outcome would possibly be, didn t lie to me and give fake promises, kept me up to date with my case. Always answered when I called. I had received four tickets, a fifth which I was on deferred adjudication for. If I had not had James take care of my case I wouldve lost my deferred adjudication for my speeding ticket. All the attorneys I d spoken to wanted to wait until my court date just to reset. James got to work on it the very next day after I had retained him. The outcome of my case was 3 tickets completely dismissed! Two tickets, complying with the probationary period will also get dismissed! None of these tickets on my record, Just as he had predicted. Last month I received a class C theft citation, it was going to go on my record and I was really wanting to avoid that. When I went to my consultation, James made me feel comfortable, was very professional, and answered all my questions. When I found myself in need of a criminal attorney, I truly did not know where to start. I decided to do multiple free consultations. James immediately stood out. In my gut I felt more at ease with him than any of the other lawyers I met with. He was genuine and honest. Just to give you an idea, some of the other guys I met with were using scare tactics to try and pressure me into making a decision on the spot. In hindsight, I am so glad I didn t buckle under the pressure and hire one of the other guys. Upon hiring James as my lawyer he immediately got to work and was proactive about tackling my issue . I didn t even know that dismissal may be an option. I will forever be grateful to him for getting my case dismissed. I was never unable to reach James at any point over the past month.
