I must say a thousand things Wonderful attention, excellent service from the bartenders, super charismatic and beautiful waitresses. But, they need another DJ, he interrupts the songs a lot, changes them, mixes too many rhythms... its in reggaeton and then a salsa and then a merengue and then reggaeton... I love the rakata song and I think the DJ does too because he sang it all the time. time.. hahaha I couldnt even dance. But I must say that if they change the DJ... it will be a great great Latin place

I was there celebrating my birthday. A drunk woman kept bothering me and my husband wanting to fight. I flag down security 4 times to let them know about the problem and they did nothing about. They said they couldnt do anything about it till she hits me. Whats the point of having security in an establishment? We are a paying customer who requested your service. Instead, they prefer to have physical fights break out than do something about to it to prevent it. Not a safe place to go to.

The vibe was good. Everyone was just there to have a good time however, we ordered and paid for food that took more than 40 minutes to get and even then we only got our wings. Our fries and tacos never showed up. This was even after having to ask twice. Point is dont order food. Definitely got for a great time tho. Emerson was the best!

The place has a good atmosphere but the service is terrible, the waitress told us that we had to have a minimum of $150 in consumption or buy a bottle to be able to sit at a table and that we had to first pay the $150 before starting to consume? That seems like a scam to me, they give you the drinks at the price they want, terrible service and the one who arrived was with her arrogant attitude just because we were not men!!

To much hype for this place. Beware if you reserve a table before going. I did and when we arrived the waitress told us that in order to sit reserved (simple table with 2 chairs) I had to spend a minimum of 150.00 no lying. Even if we only drink 4 drinks, still 150.00. This was not explained on the website. Maybe the waitress was running a scam if so that says alot about this place. The bar is literally twice the size of the dance floor and the djs suck. Audio system kept turning off while dancing. Cielo club SUCKS!. Dont waste your time driving out there.

First time in this place 08/26/23 I liked the place because it was spacious and comfortable, you dont feel like people are on top of you at all times and even more so if you are on the upper level, the people who attend the place are good and pleasant , the place has good security. But the great detail and what gives it a negative point is the DJ, we were there for about 2 hours to 2 and a half hours, music repeated during those hours, several songs and mixes repeated, he played cumbia many times (I have nothing against this genre) but the idea is to vary, only a few merengue songs, I never put on a salsa, that is, gentlemen, it is a Latin place, Latin people love salsa, merengue, not everything is cumbia and reggaeton, which is what makes the most the DJ. The pathetic mixes, the songs cut from one moment to the next. If they do well with that DJ, imagine if they look for a better one or someone who improves their way of playing music. Not when we return to this place, but hopefully when we do the music will be better, that is very important. Thank you! Ah! The empanadas and pastries were super good.

I also agree with some of these other reviews. This place USED TO be nice. The music was good, people came to dance, learn the rhythm and the ADULT environment. But in recent months, the club has gone downhill. Theyve started letting anybody in, regardless of their dress code or even age. Not sure if one of the younger DJs is letting these individuals in. Im disappointed, this used to be a great place to go dancing, but now its just not the same. I would not recommend this club to anyone in its current state.

Too bad that some bartenders are barely dressed in this establishment. We have come to dance latin music sporadicly since 6 years ago and I hadn t noticed that before. We contacted one of Cielo s promotors the week before to reserve a section for 8 on Saturday night, before Mothers Day. Upon arriving, we were greeted at the door and before being welcomed, we re informed there was a $10 cover for everyone. When I mentioned we had a reservation, they insisted there was still a cover. Eventually a manager came to assist and the agreed there was no cover for reserved sections. However, they were unable to locate any record of our reservation. They asked us to wait at the bar while they sorted it out. 30 min later, issue still unresolved. 30 minutes after that, I asked them to simply seat us in one of several available sections since they had clearly lost our reservation. There was a special promoted to us for the holiday that included the space we needed and required only a minimum bottle spend of $150. However, the most affordable bottle on the menu I was shown was $325. The one we chose was $400 for a not so rare or special tequila. I found this to be misleading and an effort to force upsell their bottles. Our waitress/bar tender was fantastic with service while we were there! Everything else was much less desirable than expected or advertised.

I have been there last Friday. The service and all is nice but they are charging more rates than they mentioned in Menu. And also they are charging 18% automatic gratuity for 2 people. When i asked them why was it charged then they were saying as it is night club we have our own rules. Then I asked that you no where mentioned as might club and it is a bar and grill though why do you charge me. They sent security on me and I was trying to explain him that you cannot charge me 18% Gratuity for 2 people, but he was telling the same thing that its a night club which was not mentioned any where. Them I asked I want to talk to manager but mo manager was there. That is illegal to charge a automatic gratuity for less than a party of 6 people. Please see your bill cheque before you make payment. They are looting the money simply. If they charge for what they serve we are happy to pay but this way is bad.

If you love to dance to different types of Latin music, this is the place to go near The Woodlands. They have a hookah bar, if you enjoy that. It gets very smokey, so I usually leave around 1am. I have never eaten here, but the drink service is good despite how busy it gets on a Saturday night.

~I have known about this place for awhile but never went until Halloween night.... When I arrived I was a bit annoyed at the door because they were charging a cover of $10.00 and yet the tickets they were selling from Everbrite were $20.00.... So, either they needed to change the cover to $20 each or refund $10 to the people whom overpaid with Everbrite.... Well, me and my bro proceeded to enter the bar and luckily for them the rest of the night went great.... We sat at the end of the bar and was waited on by the cutest bartender not just at the bar but in the entire place even when the place was packed wall to wall.... She made excellent drinks and tried the best she could to handle the barage of customers that soon followed.... As the place started to get packed we made our rounds around the bar including the small dance floor.... It was all in all a great time.... Unlike westerns where half the coward does nothing but drink, Latinos know how to party.... Everyone, was moving to the Latin progression music and the DJ was on point even when he mixed an insane mash-up.... I couldnt understand the lyrics but my body could the beat.... Well, about an hour before close we decide to kick out because its always good to leave before the choas begings.... I paid my tab and felt the 20% gratuity was very fair.... (And for the little girls whining about it try working food and beveage for a least 5 years and you will understand.... I worked 7 years at various positions in the industry....) Unfortunately, as I was leaving a passed a group of cute Latino girls and eventough there was an instant connection I just smiled as I made my way to the enterance.... As I aforementioned we had a great night and I do recommend this place.... Too bad Management screwed up the Ticket sale/cover or else they would have recieved 5 stars....~

My friends and I were there on Saturday, December 3, the employees including the manager wanted to force us to buy a bottle if we wanted a table when another employee had told us that we could sit there and we didnt have to buy a bottle because it was on the second floor . The security refuse to give me he s name and the manager name I asked another employee for the managers name and he told me he doesn t know the managers name but her husbands name was Washington and i believe the securitys name is Joe. The employees are rude include the manager (she didnt even come talk to us to solve the problem when we ask to speak to her ) the restroom are super dirty with vomit on the floor and of course expensive drinks. I want to add that for a bucket of beers was 56 dollars two long island tea 31 dollars we buy 7 shots of patron and 4 bucket of beer I believe we spend more then the bottle they want us to buy ,, We were a group of eight people and we had a very bad experience. Maybe the food is good. But Salsa Thursdays are horrible, really horrible. No true Salsa dancers. The dance floor is awkward because the DJ is in your face. It used to be great before COVID, now the real salsaroes dont go anymore.

Good place! He has been dedicating himself to the party for 7 years. It needs a little remodeling to make it a super club, but you can have a good night... they have some promotions, check out the page. For dancers: Cover charge $10 per person just for the DJ only no live music. . If you want a table $200 min charge.not really a confortable dancing space to dance or limited space for dance. You will finish t disappointed and broke for sure.

Loved the music!! theres no other place that have all this variety of music (salsa,Bachata, merengue, regueton) the bartenders are not very polite and well, the restroom has a long wait, since the place has two floors but only 2 restrooms downstairs for the entire place.

Went to celebrate a friend s birthday here on a Saturday night but don t think I will be going back. I was iffy about the place because of the reviews but still went to check it out there s a $10 fee to get in.The place is really nice in appearance but other than that I was not impressed. Our server didn t pay much attention to us and she looked so annoyed, the drinks were not that great neither pretty watered down. As the night went on I thought it would get better but the DJ just kept playing the same songs and would change them up about 30 seconds of playing them. I ve had better service, drinks and a better time at the Arandas bar across the freeway.

Its okay as a bar, the atmospheres pretty good but the drink selection is slim. For a Latin bar, its surprising that they dont have the national drink of the largest Latin country in the world. They also dont have something as simple as a topo chico. The dance floor is a bit small, and its not clean so its very sticky on the feet.

This Friday, I had the misfortune of being there, I called 2 days before to reserve some tables for 14 or 16 people, they returned my call until Friday, I specified that I needed a space for this number of people, the table they gave me They were only seated around 10 to 12 people, the rest of my guests were standing all night, I kindly asked them for one more table and they refused to give it to me, my guests and I consumed more than 12 buckets of beer and a bottle and they didnt. They allowed us to take another table. It was learned that the bottle includes the table and for a table of 4 people the consumption was $100.00 my waitress told me. When I was in charge she wanted them for $250.00, we spent more than $1300.00 and they gave me the worst service.

We went early to eat and secure a table. There was a cover ($10) and then they told us that to have a table, there was a $200 min for a table in the front area. (The place was empty.) The food was good, but service was lackluster and thoughtless. Also, we werent aware that a 20% tip was automatically added. We tipped again, even though the server was on the rude side, rolling her eyes as she walked away. (Not aware that we noticed all of her non verbals.) Overall, an expensive evening for not much fun, and actually VERY disappointing.

I could say this was one of my favorite night club, great music. But I was there Saturday July 16th I paid on cash witch I never do but I did it this time. Cashier ALMA LEMUS. should give me $20 back I just checked my change this lady give only $5 back. Careful and Doble check your tab or change what a way to still. if she tells me I just give to her my self

Not bad, it really is a Latin bar and the music is good.! But 3 toilets for that many women? The line is insane and gets really dirty.! I don t know how many people are allowed inside but you can barely walk in there! Also gets super hot!! Update: I went again to give it a second chance and everything was the same AND they charged me gratuity for a $70 bill for 2 people! NEVER GOING BACK

Had to wait outside for 20 minutes before being told it would be $20 a person to get in? Would have been fine if they were straight up but I wasted my time. Literally the whole line left cause the people working at Cielo don t even seem to know what s going on. Went to Rose on The Waterway that was welcoming and great. Took my party of 8 there and we all spent money on drinks. Wouldn t recommend Cielo, would recommend Rose on the waterway

We were having an excellent time on February 19th, me and my friends were enjoying the night, but the dj couldn t put one song we requested one!!! Don t come when he s here to play! I went and requested the song first, then my other friend went to ask him to play the song and I went and ask him again, I just kindly ask him are you going to play the song and he told me on my face NO but with a bad attitude, I didn t said anything, I just went back to my VIP area. The song is a reggaeton song that just came out by Karol G and Becky G which everyone is listening at the moment. I was very disappointed with the DJ, since I feel that I spent a lot of my money to get the VIP area because we like going to Cielo, and the DJ do not care about the costumers, he just play the song that he wants to play.

If you dont want to be scammed, dont go to this place: (they ask for a credit card if you want to buy something and they automatically charge you $25 plus what you consumed! We had to go to the bank to file a claim to get those $25 back. they robbed us, how many people will they scam and they without realizing it? They told me I cant sit at the table. I have never been to a place as horrible as this in my life. And those 4 stars that appear on the goggle are because the same employees left their good comments to fool people. Dont believe my version, go and kill yourself in the tower like me and my boyfriend did:(

When it tonight around 7pm. Was told up front that we have to be out my 930pm due to i had my child with us. Never been to this place before, was looking for a Puerto Rican restaurant and thats what pop up. We order tostones which in every other Puerto Rican spot including your own home if your Boriqua or not you have it w mayochup. They supposedly dont have any mayochup in that place. Even the server looked at me weird wgen i ask her like she had no clue what i was saying. The arroz con guandules was blend not much flavor. When ask for the bill heads up cause they put 20% gratitude in the bill for any party. Which #1 supposed to be for 6 or more people n #2 they screw the server already cause how do they know that you might not want to give them more then 20% or how do they know that you just want to pay the food/drinks w card but the tip w cash. Never had a place put a tip w only 3 people in the party. According to the server even if you order just a coke nothing else they put the 20% in. The server wasnt very attentive to us was more worry about smoking hooka w the rest of the team then their table. But she wasnt the only server not been attentive to their tables. Not a great 1st experience.
