Amazing from beginning to end!! Thank you for making our daughters xv the best experience! We got to enjoy every moment thanks to Alexis who kept track of every detail and even turned on the Photo Booth later because we wanted more pics. And I have no words to describe Toña s service. Simply amazing. Thank you very much maam for making me happy Princess and the whole family would have a wonderful experience. Thanks for decorating and adding all the extra that I put in. For being aware of not only that there was no lack of food or drink for the guests but for me and my husband all night and for my children. For fixing my girls dress and buying her nachos. From the first day we walked in to tour the hall we were always greeted with outstanding customer service. The day of our event (6/01/2024) the staff and manager Alexis made sure our day ran smoothly. My guest were taken away on how elegant and beautiful the hall looked. Yesterday 01/19/2024 we celebrated my daughters quinceañera and I really have no complaints because the service they provided was of very good quality! The living room is super clean and everything is well organized. The food was very delicious and the cake and dessert table were very tasty. Thanks to Alexis who helped us from the first day we went to make the contract, to the DJ who was very kind and above all to Mrs. Toña who throughout the event was very aware that we did not miss anything and is a very helpful person And pleasant. Without a doubt I would rent this room again. 100% recommended.

Nice place, only the service and attention is good, but it is annoying that you havent finished eating yet and they are already removing your plates, in the middle of the party they pass between the tables with the garbage container removing the disposable plates and glasses, very bad impression It seems that the waiters want the party to be over and clean up quickly before leaving.

This time I left at 12am and everything went well, but a few years back at 12:30am the security officer was rudely demanding loudly for everyone to leave. My sister was promised a cake we showed them a picture of, but instead they made and gave us an entirely different cake. The layout where the tables at the entrance is awkward, the servers were nice and attentive. The main lady when planning the event, made an ugly face to one of her staff members and scolded her when she found out that her staff member had let someone use the restroom upstairs.

We had our wedding 10/20/23 and 5 stars is just not enough. From the day we booked, to the very end of the night of our event, Alexis was amazing to us! And the servers & bartenders were just as amazing! We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how good the food & cake tasted, the snacks, the setup, the service, EVERYTHING! The photographers/videographers are also beyond great! The DJ as well. We are happy we chose this venue for our special day/night! I LOVE this hall! It s literally the absolute best, the way they have furnished the hall and make accommodations for the guests liking! I have been to many events here and have had my own event here as well & every time; they go above and beyond and provided a spot on five star service. If you re looking for a beautiful hall with amazing packages & the best service, I definitely recommend this hall! We just had a quinceñera at this hall and the amount of compliments we have gotten is crazy. Everything was so beautiful. The dj they provide played all the music we wanted. We loved everything about it. Our guests told us they loved how everything was so organized. The choreographer was amazing and so helpful. We put a lot of trust in him helping coordinate the presentation and he did amazing at it. Staff was so kind and helpful. The waitress and waiters brought out food fast. I definitely recommend this place to host any event. If my family has any future events we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Garza hall for everything my sister loved her quince!

The food from appetizers, to dinner and cake was delicious. The place is beautiful and a hidden gem! Will update as party gets closer which is end of August 2022!! UPDATED: 8/27/2022 Finally! Yesterday was my daughters quience and omg note to parents. As much as we planned for this, some things will not go as planned and you ll just have to move on lol this hall was on point! Toña was a gem! She was on it. Made sure people were fed had had drinks and Tona would find me throughout event, my daughter and her father and offer beverages and so thankful for this because I was walking around talking to family and friends and rarely able to go to my seat to get my drink! The DJ Diego was amazing I told him to switch it up toward the end and he nailed it lol my daughter loved every min of it! He had my playlist or something lol he knew what we wanted. Food was delicious. We went to one of their open house events to try all the food samples and cakes and how they d host a quience. And encourage you to attend. This hall clearly deals with parties all the time and know the possibilities that can occur and will help you through it flawlessly!!We loved this hall and everyone in it who made this night stress free! Giovanni thank you too! THANK YOU! PARENTS: 1.Recommend getting with one point to contact at hall so you have one person to always go to think of that person as your caseworker so when you need to make 1k changes you have that one person whose familiar with you lol 2. Create a schedule for your day with photographer, hall, limo and get everyone s name & number so not doing last min. 3. Something or someone will mess up. It s okay lol just go to the next thing. Had our event there July 3rd and it was amazing. Everything went as planned! Alexis and his team were absolutely on point. The wait staff took care of everything and the day of coordinator stayed in constant contact with me all night making sure it was all seamless. All of the employees the day of were easy to interact with and accommodating. DJ kept the floor packed and the big heads really got the crowd going. I received so many compliments from our guest.

Im sure they get plenty of booking from people that dont know any better. For ppl looking for venues; dont go with the first location you see and you should get the most out of your money. I Toured this place and then checked out their socials for an idea on how it is decorated. Im a party planner hired to find the venue, look for the best fit and deal for my clients. Let me start with saying even a plain warehouse can be dressed up with decorations so I look at the actual building and structure. To start this almost looks like it is off a back alley, hate the ceilings tiles looks ugly but appreciate the new floors. Although this was the right size venue, the bathrooms need a facelift, and the cash bar is very ridiculous for the type of venues that you are. Your a bit overpriced especially when you add the bar fee. Advice: Update bathrooms, get new modern ceiling tiles. maybe more draping, change the chandeliers on the dance floor out for bigger ones. Itll fill up more of the empty overhead space up top, Add more Variety of centerpieces so not every event looks the same. Oh yeah and get rid of the cash bar doesnt fit your venue. the bar fee was not a go. consider painting the exterior a more modern color. Venues need to invest some of their revenue into upgrades to Avoid looking dated and be able to compete. Times change and looks change this does not mean you should raise prices. this is just so you stay up to date with whats treading. Yall already have made some changes ...so Ill definitely check yall out again in the future.

Garza s reception hall is a hidden gem in southeast Houston! It is very classy, modern, has a staircase (which was a must for me), beautiful decor, but most importantly, the service and attention given for my daughter s XV exceeded my expectations. I left early to place table souvenirs, arrange some personal items where I wanted, etc When I get there, Toñita quickly greeted me and told me she had placed what I intended to do around the hall tables already. I was sooo happy about not having to stress and do that myself. She kindly said if I didn t agree on where she had placed it to let her know. I couldn t have done it better! Aside from this kind gesture, the hall staff served my guests past 8pm and I was told they d keep serving until food ran out. We did pay for extra plates (we rather have left overs), so they offered and served my invitees throughout the entire night. On top of that, they gave me the food and cake that was left well packed and helped to carry everything personal into our vehicles. The DJ was great and asked prior to the event what type of music we wanted him to play. I also booked the EMP choreography team and Ignacio along with his group of dance courtship went above and beyond to make sure the presentation ran smoothly. Thereafter, they were still attentive and asking if we needed anything. It was truly a stress free evening for myself and my family. Integrity is the best word I can use to wrap up my review for this venue!

I have attended several events here and the staff is always attentive and they go the extra mile for their clients. I have not had one bad experience here and I have witnessed several of the previous clients come up to the staff at the end of their event and praise them for how well the event went. The two stars is soly because this place is really nice and decently decorated. Theyve remodeled so they have more modern floors, and fixtures which makes a big difference. The prices seem okay on surface, packages start from 11,000 to 15,000 but will end up more. You also have to considering the location. I would be expect it to be a bit more affordable because of location and area. You can find a upscale venue in a nicer area for close to the same cost. Packages dont include everything so there will be added cost, many basic things are not included. Example: Sparkler which most DJ service automatically included are extra... and you can actually buy them off amazon cheaper too. The cash bar is a huge turn off, I find it very tacky to ask guests to pay for their drinks. Strange because their 2nd location (down the street) lets you bring your own drinks beverages. No other bar options were discussed during tour which was disappointing. I came to see this because Ive been here before and knew it was a decent venue I thought if I compromised the area I would save big $$$ but this was gonna end up way too close to the cost of the different upscale venue with a better vibe and even included a beautiful garden for photos so we went with the upscale one. The bar policy was a hard NO for us.

I honestly don t even know where to start but we had our daughter 15teen this past Friday October 8, 2021 and we had the BEST EXPERIENCE from talking to the owner Paty to booking with Liz & Giovanni going through all the stuff that was in my package the food was so delicious , my decorations. The cake the entire Staff Tonita was awesome from the time I walked in the hall my TRUST TOWARDS THE HALL WAS 100% I told Giovanni DO NOT ASK ME ANYTHING THE NIGHT OF EVENT FEEL FREE TO MAKE A DECISION YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONAL IN COORDINATING AND TURNED OUT TO BE A UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT MY DAUGHTER ENJOYED EVERY SINGLE MOMENT OF IT !!! If I could I would not even give them one star. This is the worst experience! I was approched by the owner Patricia who address me very aggressively. I had paid extra for them not to sell drinks. They did not honor even though we had a contract. We were going back and forth with no solution. Giovanni attempt to help but was unsuccessful. They still sold the drinks and fail to honor my contract. I paid for an experience and they fail to deliver that! This all took place 10 min before my event started. Also the security guard which is a south Houston police officer was constantly on his phone and was not guarding the door and when address about a situation he replied this is not my problem by the end of the night all he did was kicking us out of the venue around 1:08. DO NOT BOOK!

I dont know that guys name but my nephew could even say hi to the family. But he came two times to tell him that he couldnt have his drink in the hall. Also he went to my other nephew and told him that he couldnt have his cooler either when we had it inside the whole night. Dont get me wrong the place is nice looking but that guy was unprofessional! The rest of the staff was nice & courdious, but he was not at all courteous. I had to step in & tell him you already told him twice, y nephew is just trying to say hi to the family! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

My son just had his wedding here, and even though the reception was beautiful, my only complaint is that the dj wasn t scheduled for long, but he did manage to mess up the entrance for the bride and groom by calling out the wrong names. Instead of apologizing for his mistake he went on and said the correct names but only then it was received with and underwhelming response.

Place is not very big but it does have a max occupancy of 612. There is and upstairs for guest or quincerena court to change. The hall catered, dj, table set up, provided security, and all beverages. The process was seamless for my God daughters special day. Well worth the cost highly recommended.

Be careful, I do not recommend it at all, a family members party was going to happen and the owner, as long as she was given the money, her attitude was good, but due to the pandemic, it was proposed to change the date and once everything was paid, she refused, being unconscious. Due to the disease, it is the last straw that there are people so just look at your convenience without caring about the rest, so be very careful, community, so that the hypocrisy and cynicism of this lady does not reach you and think carefully before choosing your party hall. There are many people like her, you just have to be careful.

Celebrated my wedding on 11/15/19 Maria Perkins with my husband Aalan Perkins. We definitely Recommended because how the service was very nice,responsible. Making sure Everyone was well cared of etc. By them doing this made my day very special and dreams come true as I wanted it to. Also the food was wonderful. The place I very nice but they lie to you about the packages they offer then they change the price at the last minute and they dont honor what the put in writing. Its a shame thay did that because I would have definitely singed a contract with them. But everything happens for a reason. I was able to find a better price at the Galla reception hall with a savings of $2000 with everything included. Even with all the extra stuff that I added it was still cheaper, and its a bigger Hall.

We had our event yesterday, our daughters 15th birthday, a very nice party, the staff was very friendly, the rockers took excellent care of our guests and were attentive to every detail throughout our event, the beautiful room, the delicious food, thank you very much to everyone for making it.
