I would like to show my appreciation to Connie and Coby for the great job they have done for the Williams Company they have been working with us for approximately a year. Coby has been on site as my assistant during the construction project worth 37 million dollars. The building addition is an expansion of the Freezer and Dry Warehouse at the Sysco Central Texas Facility this is the number one plant in the United States for Sysco. Connie runs the administration office for Labor Finders. She has been excellent to deal with on a daily basis. I know all their team members that she has sent to me during the length of this project great people with construction knowledge and hard working. I ve worked for them for 15 years off and on basically when I was in between jobs and I ve always had a good positive experience working with this company.. Wilbur and bre have always been helpful and always kind people

I appreciate Connie and Amber so much. I can throw a last minute project at them and they can find just the right people to come save me. I have never had an issue with the staff they send or the responsiveness of the office, great team, thanks for all the hard work!

When Im going through my hard times and I need a quick side gig and some quick cash, this Labor Finders in San Marcos is the one that never lets me down. Always puts me on a job especially when it is needed bad. Sometimes I call or come in the office which I dont mind but most of the time they call me but rather I call them or they call me or I walk in the office I always accept a job and take it because I never say no to money. I give a five star because the people are friendly at the office the good about calling people for jobs and very great at paying out. Excellent paying jobs that they put me on too. I have nothing bad to say about this particular location. I just want to tell every single staff at this office thank you so much for always being here for me.

They screw you around on pay, they stagger the dates for workers who set a poor pace, make messes (on the actual job) then they haze you to pick up the slack that they created! Also, Bad communication between business-Individual-contractor.

Got hurt at a job site and they didnt even show any care . This company is going to get sued . It took me out of my other job aswell . So Im going to have to sue them . I reported the accident to them. I will file work mans comp ,and I will talk to a lawyer.

I work for a day and the debit card they gave me when call to activate it....had zero dollars in it. She was no help all she said they added it to the card. I think they but it in the wrong card or something. I know one thing I never got paid....she did show me the deposit but it showing zero balance......the card place told me the job finder has to call them......

They have the most bottom dollar pay of anyone 14.50 an hour equates to 12 when paid and Wilbur is the most unprofessional I have spoken to of any staffing agency I have worked for

Labor Finders has been our go-to vendor for temporary labor needs for the past several years. After trying several other vendors we have stuck with Labor Finders due to their responsiveness to our needs and the quality personnel they send our way. Rarely need more than a phone call to have good staff ready and waiting for us. Excellent value and service.

Must constantly be on them about paying you because they dont care and forget and at times say you left early to short your pay. But if your desperate and want to constantly worry about them paying you same day as advertised go for it.
