The manager refused to accept an out of state ID with a credit card showing the same name. He kept saying It s not the same name when clearly it was. We shined a flash light on the card incase he couldn t see it and he asked his subordinate to see us out. Not sure if it was his pride or if he just lacked intellegence. Every other bar accepted the ID with the credit card that had a different name .

Came here from Canada and they refused us service after 1 drink. Almost completely sober and every floor knew not to serve us, it was so bizarre because it was not even 10pm, and their bartender on the second floor texted each other staff member about us. Not sure how this happened as we were not drunk in the slightest, never had this happen before - but will definitely never come back. Don t waste your time.

Age demographic would be college students. Pick and choose your days you can enjoy the 360° view of beautiful San Marcos! Note; its a long walk up a few flights of stairs, possibly over a hundred steps to the top. Theres bar service waiting.

Horrible service by bartender/manager named sky I hope she was lying about being the manager as she was drinking on the job. She could be seen drinking heavily with other bartenders as well as patrons. Horrible service and rude to my friend who was asking about specials. Definitely needs to be rehired. Take your business elsewhere.

On a chill weeknight, this is the place to go. I would come here with someone in my past who was special to me at the time, to try to catch the early evening thunderstorms in the distance. This place was by far the best place to watch them if it was nice outside, as you had a pretty good view of the horizon. Good memories. I agree though with others about weekends, waayy too packed to be enjoyable. Drinks were also a little pricey.

Music is usually pretty good. Drinks arent too pricey. Reason for the 2 stars is due to the fact that I come here every Friday and tonight they had a $3 shot special, yet I was charged $11 for TWO shots. Very dissatisfied.

When clients ask where to go in San Marcos, we recommend this bar above all else. Not only is it literally above all the other bars, but it blends the youthful ambiance of San Marcos with a more sophisticated feel, while staying true to what San Marcos is all about....Natural Beauty. The view is great, the drinks are made by people who know how to make good drinks, and the music is always good.
