Drinks were good, 2 long Islands I had and was impressed by the price. Come to find out the bartender tipped themself I think. So allegedly it was supposed to be $6.50 a drink, which I was impressed and happy about, then I saw I ended up being charged $18.25 for two drinks. So if they really are $7 , it was $14 for the drinks and they threw in a $4 tip for themselves because I had a tab open. Not cool, I was thinking about going back until I saw what I was actually charged. Never again.

This is an amazing hidden gem! If youre looking for a local spot off the beaten path this is the spot for you. The staff is awesome and the drinks are great. You have to have Chriss bloody mary!

Thank you for saving my night. Had the worst service at Francis bogside. I wanted to drink and could not get any there. Walked over to Alibis and was greeted right away and great service. Perfect atmosphere and ambience.

I would tell ya more but I dont remember much, cause them long islands be strooonnnggg I havent been out in awhile and was invited by some committed guest, and I cannot recommend Alibis enough, great hospitality, cozy atmosphere and everyone is sooooo nice, great drinks, amazing prices and lets not forget about how fun Karoke is! 10 out 10 I recommend stopping by!

Came by here a second time, and found a lot to love! It s the perfect local place, not pretentious, welcomes everyone, and great bartenders. The inside is cozy, nice and chill on a hot day. The patio is perfect. Excellent stop on St Paul s Square.

I always have a wonderful time when I come to Alibis. The staff is amazing , and very attentive. Anytime I need to celebrate an occasion, this is my go to place. This was listed as a sports bar... it is not! They had some sports on TV, but there was no volume on any TV and the music was so loud. It was Monday night during the World Series and Monday Night Football. I was very disappointed. The locals were nice and recommended a place for me to go.

Stopped into this place before a Brahma s Game game at the Alamodome, perfect place to go before and after the game, just about a block or two from the North Entrance of the Dome. Great atmosphere and mix crowd, even pet friendly. Bartenders were attentive and helped us right away, we were able to get more than one round without a long wait. It also had a great outdoor patio out front to relax and sit.

I wanted to share my amazing experience as a first timer at Alibi s. This little bar was a little quiet at first then the locals showed up. Lol They were naturally curious about someone they ve never seen there before but welcomed me with open arms. They were so funny, so cool, so generous, everyone bought me a drink, and definitely showed me how close everyone was. I told them I was just visiting SA for the weekend and they said well we will miss you, you don t just have friends here you are now part of the Alibi s family. So we drank, great beer selection btw, and we danced, and we sang and had a good old time. Definitely returning when I head back to SA. Say hi to everyone for me.

Alibis is a great place to chill regardless of the night! Do you want to sing karaoke? Or maybe listen to a cool DJ while drinking and having a good time? This is the place to be! Great low key vibe and great prices. One of the female bartenders did not want to accept my ID, which is fair because it s an uncommon ID, luckily the male bartender with tattoo sleeves accepted it. The bartender was funny and welcoming will definitely be back. PS it was a DACA work permit use it all the time to fly, I m guessing it should be good enough to get a drink.
