Held my daughters sweet 16 there and AC wasnt working. They told us they turned it on late. There was a lot of gnats in mens and womans restroom gnats around the cake and by the candy bar. Water on floor and someone slipped and fell. Photographers didnt give me all the package that was included. Owners blocked my number cause i kept calling looking for my daughters photos.. I dont recommend this place at all to anyone. Sweet 16 was held on March 16, 2024 n still cant get all my daughters photos.

My cousins wedding was a blast. Only weird thing was that one of the head helpers spoke no English.... but is deemed to know what I was saying lol. They are a one stop shop.

This place only that the owner or I dont know what it is, we paid for a package that brought a limousine DJ mariachi and Robot at the time of my party two days before they told me that the limousine we chose had broken down and that they would send me another one if the day arrived of the party and they sent me a garbage limousine, all old inside, few seats and not to mention the presentation, a whole lot of errors with the narrators and the Robot hour did not provide the balloons or light bracelets as we had agreed, everything was a shame I would definitely never hire them again nor do I recommend them, I felt scammed .

Was at a wedding, the Dj never played our request. The restrooms didnt flush , smelled nasty cause if all the dirty water overflowing.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place cheated us out of $1000. We had one party here and was about to hold another party there, if we had a good experience but we did not. Terrible service.

I m not sure how this place has 5 stars but this place was such a disappointment. We had my niece sweet 16 here and first they kept changing the prices you think your in a contract with a set price but that s not the case here. The day of the event guests complained to us that the staff let them know they had 10 mins to eat because they needed they re plate s back to start washing dishes at 8 pm the event started at 6. They did the same with the glass wear they poured our drinks in red plastic cups we were so confused. They charge $2 per cup of ice but if you complain you will get it for $1. The staff are unprofessional so many random people in regular clothes jeans and Tshirt just walking around why can t they attempt to dress up our guests were better dressed than the staff. At one point I saw a older man maybe a owner go up to our sorry looking fruit table and grab a piece of fruit and walked off eating it. The Photo Booth was the worst ! Don t hire the Photo Booth from the venue the lady is supper unfriendly she kept telling our guests get closer to fit in the Lense of her home camera. we were on top of each other and she was complaining about printing pictures for guests it was the worst experience this place need to be more professional for what they re charging. This place need to be more professional and more friendly for being in a customer service business. If you choose this place I suggest to bring in your own vendors it s for the best the food was horrible the cake was horrible just a dissatisfaction.
