Do not recommend. Rude service, terrible rooms. Falling apart. Was 10 mins early, no one greeted us, when he finally did come out he was very rude. Customer service is non existent and very lacking. While waiting, we re already 5 past our start time, we re not given any reason or anyone to talk to. Very disorganized.

Customer service lacking. Spent almost 20 min trying to follow instructions to open safe in Bank Heist. Game master told us to just follow instructions then refused to show us how to open the safe when the time ran out. Our group has done about 50 escape rooms and I have never left a room more disappointed.

To start off we arrived early due to us being from out of town and here for vacation. Our scheduled time was 3:30 and we showed up at 2:30. The person that came to the counter the curly haired kid had an attitude from the beginning. Then we didn t get into our room until 3:45. The rooms have no clues or how to start to get going. So you use a lot of your time trying to figure things out. We picked the middle difficulty room so shouldn t have been that bad to get started. When asking clues you have to wait an additional 1-2 minutes before they respond. So this say they are not watching the cameras as we are going. The clues that are given are absolutely horrible. Then you are aloud to use your phone for light and calculators. When walking out I was holding my phone and accidentally pushed my camera button as we walked out and the curly haired kids asked me with a lot of attitude can I ask why you have your camera out . So after this we left without photo or anything due to the disrespect and unprofessionalism.

For the price the experience was kinda meh... the escape room (or at least the bank heist) was very vauge in its directions and would leave me and my team of 5 stumped. The guide/hintmaster was alright, they gave us hints but it would sometimes be something super vauge (which I guess is kinda the point) or would just plan out say that they cant help us. Would I come back here? Probably not. Would I reccomend this place? Maybe but probably not the bank heist

This escape room was a load of fun. The reservation was quick and easy and checking in was a good and fast time. The room itself was super interactive and super fun. It wasnt too hurt my head hard but a oh my gosh why didnt I see that fun. It was so much fun!! Would definitely recommend for anyone just trying to have a little brain teaser and good family time. Try out the Western Bank Heists. Made so many memories I wont forget for a long time!!

The staff failed to set up the room correctly and we spent nearly 30 minutes looking for an item that wasn t there. An additional five minutes was given to us, but not nearly enough time to accomplish the mission. No refund (even partial), no do-over - just a big waste of time and money. They pulled the old, You signed the waiver card. Awful place, not to mention filthy.

We had a great experience! Loved the decorations and the mood inside either rooms. Waldschrate was creepy and very thrilling. Kept you on your toes. Murder at Mardi Gras was supper stressful with a lot of turns and twist. Came close to not making it but we got it with seconds to spare. Payton and memo were great hosts and kept us into that game. The hints were super helpful. Definitely doing this again!

Done plenty of escape rooms in the past (over 15) and I absolutely love escape rooms, however this one was just ok. Did the dig, atmosphere was okay. Puzzles were boring and didnt make much sense. Not actually that many puzzles to solve given the hour (around 6), its more of just look around and find out. An example is here is a magnet, run it around the whole room to see what its for.

First time doing an escape room. Did the DIG with our company team building and was pleasantly impressed with the amount of work put in by the set design. We have done over 25 escape rooms for context. Pros: This was a great looking room. Very detailed. Cons: the clues didnt always guide very well . Several of the clues opened compartments that didnt open easily so we didnt realized we had even solved the clue right away. One of the final clues was actually clearly marked, but all 4 of us couldnt get the clue to open. The game master paused our game and tried 4 times unsuccessfully to help get that next clue for us. He never got it open and asked if we could just move to the next part of solving the room after telling us what that clue did. There was some automatic sound instructions that I couldnt hear as well. Changed to one star as the safe has been broken for awhile from reviews. Thats totally unacceptable to keep having us pay to do a room with a broken prop so important to finishing the game. Shame on me for not checking reviews. Shame on you for not fixing this problem. Money grab on tourists.

The room was much like any others-- find numbers, use them as clues, repeat-- but Im reviewing the overall experience of this visit, which was pretty disappointing. To start, I will give credit to them for honoring the grace period. We had people show up late but still within the 15-minute window and so our 60min clock didnt start until then. Unfortunately thats about the only good thing I can say about it. Bathrooms-- disgusting. We were there on a Saturday so I understand it could have been busy but theres always time to do some cleaning up. Customer service-- lacking. Before the escape began, we were told we could ask for as many hints as we wanted, after a certain time. Perhaps we misunderstood, but half our group heard that loud and clear. That was not the case. We asked for three hints, and beyond that we were told we could not recveive any more. So we had fifteen minutes of just hitting our heads against the wall. Our host, though that is a generous title, was not the one who let us out at the end. Not sure where they disappeared to. The young man who did come get us told us that he had no time to discuss any of the clues with us. We were stuck on one item. He confirmed we were doing it right, but it still did not work. He would not show us. He said he had to get the room ready for the next group. Previously he had said there were no groups after us. Nobody was in the lobby waiting, and there were no more reservations made. Throughout our visit, we had a friend waiting in the lobby-- she showed up too late, he would not let her into our room even though we paid for it. Ridiculous. She said they were turning down multiple smaller parties while we were in there. The paties may have been too small, but they werent getting any other business so whats the point in turning down willing customers? Finally, as we went out to the lobby to get ready to leave, we never saw any employee again. Nobody came out to ask how the visit was. Nobody ofered to take our photo, with all the props they have there. We didnt want any, but they didnt know that. Anyway, overall this was a waste of money. I do not recommend, not to anybody.

Went and did The Heist and it was hands down the worst escape room I have ever been to. The props barely worked and our game master switched two of the locks so we were stuck until he decided to come in and actually help us. You could tell the game master did not want to be there. He was barely paying attention to us. Despite having the right code one of the locks would not open and we were told to be precise despite several failed attempts. Game master just stopped responding to us, so we left with time to spare.

This is the WORST escape room I have ever been to. I have played about 20 escape rooms in different states and this one was horrible. It s the only room I have walked out of with time on the clock. The locks weren t working. Two of the locks were switched, so even though we had the right code and right place it wouldn t work because it had been placed on the wrong prop. We had asked the game master if we were using the right code and they said yes, after 5 minutes of trying it and it not working, they finally came in and told us it was the wrong spot. After that the safe did not work, after 10 minutes and asking for help, we didn t get any. The room didn t feel like it flowed well and after all the issues with locks and the safe completely not opening, we decided to walk out. The escape game is 100% better, so go there, instead of this waste of a money company.

Western Bank Heist: If I could give them no stars I would. Save your money. We would have been out with 20 minutes left but the safe wouldnt open despite having the correct combination. After we failed we had the worker and the manager come in and neither could open it until one of them violently shook the combination, about 7 tries later. We did the Dig. They do not have any difficulty ratings on their site. They do not have detailed information on what the room is about. There were not enough informational clues in the room. We had to rely on them to give us riddles which should have been clues that you find in the room. There were no connections to the next task that needed to occur. The Agency escape room here was not very fun. Full disclosure, my group of four couldnt complete this. This room was predicated more on finding random hidden things than solving any actual puzzles. There were many things labeled do not touch/move, so when you find other items glued down it gives dont touch vibes as well, even if they should be explored. There was no flow to the finding of things, and a lot of extraneous objects with no impact at all. Other rooms might be good, but The Agency should be avoided.

TLDR: Western Bank Heist props are broken/malfunctioning and customer service from the staff doesn t exist. The staff are rude and operate a game that doesn t work properly and then won t refund or even apologize for the issues. Awful final experience at an outdated and broken game. This is the 3rd escape room we ve done here. The first {The Agency} was fun. Room was interesting and even though we didn t get out, it was fun, modern and challenging. The second was iffy {The Dig} because the people assigned to the room with us were intoxicated. We were surprised they were allowed to participate, but ended up having an okay time. That leads us to the finally room {Western Bank Heist} which we played today. The game is outdated and the props seem to be broken. Despite being non-linear and not very exciting, in general, the issue was the puzzles/locks don t work. One requires a specific set of information which is printed very small and the right answer is only found at the top of a clue (unacceptable for kids/short people/people with poor eyesight, etc). The biggest issue was the safe. The key to unlock it didn t work properly and after struggling for 10 minutes to get the prop to work, we were told the wires don t matter so we continues to struggle and try to find different ways to make it work - we finally decided that with a clearly apathetic and unhelpful game master, that continuing the game was pointless. The game master, Calvin, is also difficult to understand because he mumbled. His clues aren t really helpful and he ll let you struggle for a significant period of time before he ll answer, even if you repeatedly ask for help. Basically, he just ignores you as time ticks away. We d wasted so much time and nothing was working. We walked out of the room with time still on the clock. The game master would have let us walk out of the building without even asking what was wrong or why we left the room without finishing. We had to point out the problems in the room and then show him the broken prop. He couldn t have cared less about our poor experience. I asked for a contact email to resolve the issue. There isn t one. I asked for a phone number or manager to speak with someone about it, since the experience was SO bad and customer service was non existent. He said the manager, Cam, was in the control room with him (so clearly he d heard our concerns and didn t even bother to turn around and help address the issue or come speak to us.) when I asked him to discuss the issue, he basically insinuated nothing was wrong and no one had ever complained about the prop before (even though he admitted the last one broke and this was a new prop). He stood there, petulantly rolling his eyes snd cracking his knuckles, then shrugged when I asked about the poor customer service. He finally offered us extra time in the room but we declined, since the props don t work effectively. Why try to play a game when nothing works as it should? Looking over other reviews for this game, it s clear we are NOT the only people who have had this issue and it s obvious the owners don t care to fix/update their broken room or address their appalling staff attitude. Don t go here; save your money for a better experience elsewhere.

I played The Agency, and it was really rough. There were tons of red herrings, mashing random things against other random things until something popped out and a lot of giving parts of puzzles out that wouldnt be useful until much later. Im pretty sure the game master wasnt paying attention at all to our party of 8 in a room that had only 1 active puzzle at any given time. We repeatedly did the actions needed to open a vault and it didnt work, only after burning 10 minutes trying mashing more random pieces together did we ask for a clue and the guy told us to do the thing wed done already 3 times. Ridiculous place, would not recommend.

All I can say is go somewhere else. The game coaches were super friendly and answered our questions. But the rooms themselves are ran down. The clues arent really the best, there is no way of getting out of the room without hints. Thats how vague the clues were. Then the props are all sorts of broken, totally messes with your head while in there. The owner needs to invest some serious money to renovate it.

Great eles ale room, the staff however almost ruined the experience , lady appeared to be annoyed to work There , when asked soné details she was being sarcastic and giving a lot of attitude, rolling eyes and stuff like that. This place is super fun! Great equipment and great owners! They were super knowledgeable and friendly. The escape room we chose was a super unique experience. The owners allowed us to stay over our allotted time in order to play out our game. Really fun and highly recommend this location over other VR places.

Got really excited to play The Dig with my wife then about 10 minutes into it we realized we had both separately played this exact game 7 years ago in Dallas. I m not a fan of the franchise thing where it s the same game in every town. I understand from a business stand point. But really dislike it from a customer stand point. I ve done over 50 escape rooms. How am I supposed to keep track over the years. I will say their production value is great. But I really prefer unique experiences.

I ve done several dozen escape rooms over the years. This was the worst escape room experience ever. The game master was downright hostile and rude, even threatening to kick us out if we broke the rules before we even started the game. And the puzzles in the room (the agency) we re poorly executed, overtly obscure, and frustrating at best especially when you ve come to expect a certain basic level of quality in escape rooms in general. It was to the point where you wonder if they even want ANYONE to complete the room at all. We didn t even get to the puzzle they warned us about near the end where failing the challenge once would result in automatic room failure. Do not recommend!

Firstly, I have to say that I have a TON of experience with Escape rooms around the country (Idaho, California, Texas, North Carolina, anthe Louisiana) and have played around 80 rooms. This location was the worst I have been to for several reasons: 1: the employees were rude upon entrance and not welcoming during training . No smiles given. And both seemed annoyed that we had a reservation. 2: the room itself (The Agency) was not logically sequenced and the steps to solve certain clues were very disordered or hidden so well that a clue was absolutely necessary to find. Again, I have a TON of experience playing escape rooms so I would highly recommend going to the other downtown escape room company in San Antonio.

Tough for me to rate, because the game master was sooo helpful and attentive and the room had wonderful surprises, but 4 stars nonetheless... There were just two of us, one a novice and one experienced, completing The Dig. The room was incredibly well-decorated and had several tricks and effects that were thematically endearing and made the room extremely memorable! However... - The room didnt get reset fully, so one lock was still open and a piece was missing. - There werent as many puzzles to solve as Id have liked, especially if we had a larger group. - The voice-over soundtrack that gave instructions was hard to hear. - And $46 per person (with tax) was so steep... Maybe because we only had two, but even then, I wouldnt come back for that price nor would I want to have more than three adults in the room. If the price doesnt throw you off, give it a shot! Youll probably have a great time.

Bought my tickets in advance for a bday party and had two no shows. Lost the value of those tickets and no refund. They are unable to separate the two tickets from the bundle in order to use at a later date. Value lost, $40+ no bueno smh Won t be returning. I felt unappreciated for the amount I had spent in total. I prefer services that make the customers feel valued, more than their gains.
