Where do I even begin. I walked into the shop, and the dude was throwing things everywhere and shoving things onto the floor in a fit of rage. He was extremely high and his eyes were bloodshot red. I had originally got a cartilage piercing done incorrectly so I came here in hopes they could fix it, but oh boy was I in for an experience. First, he tried to shove a new earring several gauges too big into the hole which caused excessive bleeding and pain. Then, when he finally decided it wouldnt fit he pierced my cartilage multiple times because he kept misplacing it. I went home with blood all over both sides of my face and throbbing ears. It has been 2 months and both ears have huge lumps and I have discovered from a reputable piercer that they were done very badly with cheap unsafe jewelry. Not only is the actual piercing service terrible, but he dropped my jewelry on the floor several times and the entire place is very unsanitary. And if you ask questions or complain you will get yelled and cussed at by the employees on drugs.

I had an appointment scheduled with David for 10 AM in the morning.The morning .of the appointment ,I had an unexpected hospital visit, but did get in contact with David and advise him that I was going to be running a little late but that I was still coming in for my appointment.David then responded with a thumbs up (witch I assumed it meant that was ok.The whole time this was going on,I stayed in contact with David ,and even told him that I was on my way to his shop.Never did he say anything about not being able to do it or anything of that nature .once I arrived to his shop ,I checked in with the receptionist at the front desk and advised her that I had a appointment with David for a tattoo.After waiting 10minutes David then rudely tells me that he has other appointments to do before he can do my tattoo.I attempted to explain that he didn t mention that when we were texting that morning.I did not get a apology or any accommodation.I will not go back to his shop and I will also never recommend him to anyone else.

WOW, what an awesome job guys. My daughter got her nose pierced August 5, 2023 for her birthday gift. Well long story short her blanket ended up pulling it out and her nose piercing closed. So we went back yesterday 02/01/2024 and got it redone by the owner and let me tell yall they are the bomb. Best place ever hands down for them. Great job.

We made last minute plans for a tattoo. We ended up at Deadicated after seeing good reviews. I think it was the best tattoo experience I ve ever had. This was #6 for me. Kayo (I think) was awesome. He helped me design my tattoo and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable . Everything was clean. Really enjoyed our visit too. I cried when I saw the completed work. I m very happy!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PIERCINGS!!! My roommate and I came in for septum piercings and the piercer botched it BAD. He pierced through my hard cartilage, way too high up, way too far back. I was screaming and shaking, and he tried to play it off. My roommate was pierced differently but theirs was way too low. The piercer did NOT use clamps when it was obvious he needed it. Not worth the price, not worth the pain. DO NOT COME HERE.

He seemed pretty pleased with his work, but clearly was a rookie with not alot of experience. Line work is way too choppy, wavy, and not even solid in alot of places. Went in for my first tattoo and couldnt have had a better experience. I was nervous, but CJ was very reassuring, relatable, patient and kind throughout the whole process. We talked a lot while I was getting it which made it hurt less and go by quicker and he guided me through how to take care of it afterwards. He put a stencil on so I could make sure I wanted the tattoo and that it was going on the right place. As soon as I saw it all my nerves melted away. If I decide to get another tattoo Im definitely going back to CJ.

I have gotten 3 amazing tattoos from CJ. The time and effort that he puts into drawing the design that you want is fantastic. He takes his time and puts in a lot of passion, especially with custom designs And his prices are very fair. I also got my nipples pierced by him and he was so patient with me, walking me through the whole process. When one of my nipple swelled I was able to go in and he change the jewelry for me so it would heal properly. I went to Alchemy tattoos originally to get my daughters name done. I was so upset with how it came out that I contacted David and he fixed it that same night! He was absolutely amazing, fast and amazing with little details. The atmosphere was also super comforting and the shop was amazingly clean. The picture shows a before/after. It still needs a little touch up once it s healed but it definitely looks a million times better than the joke at Alchemy that did it. Thank you David!

I wanted a specific look with my cover up. Showed pics and waited for the results from the artist. When I got to see his design I asked him for something closer to what I showed him, he threw a tantrum saying no one is on the same page and when we get it together he will come back to start the work, and also how after over 20 years of tattooing he has made everyone happy with what he has designed for them. I was also told the idea of what I actually wanted wouldn t work to cover up properly. Okay no big deal, then I go ahead with his design he drew for me and it s not what I want but cover ups aren t always easy so I know I cannot be too picky. After further review I can still see the old design through the cover up , it s not what I wanted in the first place, and when trying to talk to the artist about it he could not even articulate to me a reasoning in a manner that is becoming of an adult.

Went to get my daith pierced and had to wait for 30 minutes for the piercer to even show up. She was rushed and acted like I was putting her out. Fast forward two weeks and my ball has fallen out 3 times. Finally called today to try and get in to get it fixed or replaced and had the male piercer yell at me over the phone because he wasn t even supposed to be in today and didn t wanna see anyone until tomorrow, that he couldn t magically put my ball in over the phone and that my earring wouldn t budge at all, and that he didn t have time to deal with me I have never experienced customer service this horrible before! I ll be going to a different parlor to get my piercing fixed and will never recommend this place to anyone!

Super chill and inviting. Was able to play pool and relax on nice couches while I waited. Super clean!! I was amazed at the attention to detail. Exceeded all my expectations. Was welcomed when I first walked in and everyone working was very friendly and informative. I dont think 5 stars is enough!

We went here today and would highly recommend the guys here! They did fantastic work plus got to us as soon as we walked in. Very friendly and clean. So happy with them that Im already plotting my next tat! Thanks again for making my birthday a great and memorable one!

I visit San Angelo twice a year and I decided to get a tattoo. I looked on Yelp to look at the shops in the area. I knew that Dedicated was down the street from where Im staying and assumed they would be on Yelp. I decided to go to Dedicated and check it out. Chico was at the counter and he assisted me, somewhat disinterested. We looked at what I wanted and agreed on the size and price. The only day I could have the tattoo done would be either Monday or Thursday or Friday of that week. Chico said that another client was coming in on Monday and he would call me on Monday for a time, we agreed. Monday came, never received a call. I assumed that maybe the other client cancelled. If Dedicated had good customer service Chico should of called me on Monday or even Tuesday to reschedule for Thursday or Friday. I guess theyre door is busting down with customers and the dont need the customers. I mentioned this to some family members who live here and both had gotten tattoos at Dedicated. As I looked at the work, I was so glad I didnt get a tattoo at Dedicated. No wonder theyre not onYelp, they would have a lot of bad reviews. I did some research, visited several of the shops and decided to go to another artist (Chadbourne Ave.). I am very happy with the work, it was better then expected. I will definitely be back to see this artist. If Chico would of been more customer oriented maybe I would have gotten my tattoo here. Chico, Customer is King treat them as such or youll continue to lose business. Dedicated has now lost hundreds of dollars from a potential customer(s), me and my family members and their friends. If I get a good tattoo and I like the artist I will return not to mention the word of mouth and/or social media mentions that will hurt Dedicateds bottom line. The other artist was a bit more in price, but well worth it. Quality, customer service are just two things Dedicated should work on. Certainly wont ever be going here.

I received my first tattoo here and I am the biggest baby EVER at pain. Felipe was really patient with me and helped calm my nerves. He worked up to it and was really gentle. My husband and I both got crown tattoos and let me tell you, they look awesome! Highly recommend!

Whenever I am down in Texas I have found not only the tattoo shop, but also the tattoo artist Im going to. I give them a happy 5 star, would be 100 stars if possible. I had a walk in session with Aaron yesterday to get a tattoo (images in my g+ profile photos)- he not only made it personal and helped me out with creating something perfect, as this is a very special piece to me. My tattoo took a couple hours, but I enjoyed it totally. Aaron is the kindest, most down to earth and cool guy you could hope to have do your tattoo. Really awesome guy, not only that but as an artist he did an exceptional job for me I feel and HIGHLY suggest anyone wanting a tattoo done right to check these guys out.
